Way over priced! Used to be my go to spot but I will not be back.They did not do several things listed under the package I selected. I said pedicure with white line, you know a French tip. Painted all toes it all white. OK, fine, they were cute so I let that slide. Did not do callus treatment or face mask as listed on the price sheet. Also, the amount they charge for gel polish is not listed anywhere. Total was $60, so I was charged an extra $15 without being informed until time to pay. I knew it would be an upcharge, it would have been nice to know how much ahead of time.People go get pedicures to relax. This felt more like a rip off than a relaxing experience. White gel pedicure, definitely not worth $60 .

I came here for the first time based on the reviews. But i was not happy when i left. My nails are poorly done. I tried to explain to the lady that i didn’t like how she applied the polish but she kept going and insisted that the extra polish will rinse off. Also i asked for coffin but they are regular square shaped & my nails are lumpy as well. I will not return. Very unsatisfied.

The staff is rude and unprofessional. A person went off on me just because I couldn’t hear them under there mask. Then I spoke to the manager about damage on my nails a staff member was rude unseemly and unprofessional yelling at across the store saying its been a long time. It been a long time, because I said I wasn’t going to come back because of the rude staff. I didn’t realize my nails were that damaged until I went to a another salon they said I could get a fill using a french clear polish, due to the excessive amount of Acrylic on my nails. I had get pink polish to cover up the pink dents in my nails. I wasn’t even mad about it, I just wanted a partial refund for the $78 I spent . I called and spoke to the manager the second time and the same guy was in the background saying it’s been a long time. It’s shouldn’t matter how long it’s been because I do have pictures and I came in peace. It does matter to God he is watching everything we do and how we treat people. He said touch not his Annointed and do his prophet no harm. Jesus is coming back again ready or not.

The technician rushed through my nails. The dip powered was unevenly applied, and three days later all my nails have cracked. The technician didn’t finish the job before he started a new customer. My bad was dry and covered in powder when he asked me to move chairs. Luckily, another technician offered me at least some cuticle oil. The “manicure” portion of the dip powder manicure was just cutting my cuticles. I will absolutely not return, and I’m going to get my nails fixed elsewhere.

This place was completely disrespectful. told you they could do stuff halfway through they would back out. very rushed. just thought of you as another client and needed you to hurry up and make a decision so they could move on. note to everyone THEY DONT DO DESIGNS

Absolutely love this place. They are so nice and professional. They do an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure. I went today after having a horrible experience at Asian Nails off Cantrell. Horrible job on my manicure and the lady at Allure redid my manicure and it looks wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

I surprised my wife on a Saturday morning with all trip to get her hands feet and eyebrows done. When I called them and asked how long is the wait the operated said, you come now. There was no waiting when we arrived. They received us as though we were the only people they ever seen. I recommend this place. As a man they made me feel comfortable dropping my wife off.

Its easy to get an appointment, and if you dont mind the personnel sitting around laughing and conversing in their language not talking to you (the customer) its a great place to go!!! I went in asking for a simple manicure and walked out with a full set of gel nails!!! Whats up with that???

My girlfriend talked me into going and getting a pedicure with her. Having never been to a nail salon little less ever getting a pedicure before I was apprehensive. How ever this place was spotless and the staff was great. I would have no problem coming back here in future.

I had an amazing experience with Emma today. I would say Im an experienced veteran when it comes to nail services and Emma raised the bar in expectations. I had acrylics and wanted to get rid of them. Any time I had done this in the past it was always a stressful experience due to trauma previous nail techs caused. My experience today was far from that. Emma really knows what shes doing and educates you along the way - I love when this happens in beauty services. She took her time soaking and removing my acrylics and took note of my damaged, thin, brittle natural nails. I had some trauma caused on my natural nail a few weeks ago at another salon and Emma suggested doing a protein treatment to prep my nails. Never has a nail tech even educated me that this could be done. I am beyond impressed with the condition and finish of my natural nails and truly have faith that I can start to grow out my natural nails.Bottom line - Emma is amazing and cant wait to see her again

This is the only place I trust with my lashes. Emma helped me when another girl messed up my fill and was able to fit me in and make me look amazing... one vacation and 3 weeks later they still look amazing.The girl at the front desk is super helpful, sweet, and the most accommodating receptionist around and shoutout to her for always help fitting me in. :)Ive been a customer for years and wont go any where else. Very professional and courteous staff. I get compliments on my nails always. Highly recommended.

After tiring of the low scale nail spa experience, on a visit to Little Rock google led me straight to Allure Nails. It was the quality service. I selected the hot stone pedicure and a gel manicure. It was immaculately done and fast. I actually wanted to spend more time relaxing. I loved the experience, the attention to detail and the great customer service. I would recommend as a must try.

I love this place ! And I absolutely love Emma! Shes my nail lady ! She does my Mani & Pedi . The owner is very nice. Its a very busy place but love that Im able to see Emma. She does a very good job and is very clean/ sanitary. I usually dont mind waiting for her. Always a returning customer for sure.I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

I just moved back to the Little Rock area and was looking for a new nail salon to go to. I’m so fortunate that this place is right down the street from my place. They did an amazing job on both my gel manicure and pedicure. I will definitely be coming back!

I love this salon. They work fast, are super polite, and my manicures always come out perfect. It’s quality without any of the pretentiousness I see at other places.

I went in earlier today for the first time & had a great, relaxing experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped right away. I got my old set of acrylics removed and then did gel on my nails. The guy that did my nails was polite, gentle on my nails and took his time. They turned out beautiful. I will be coming back, I overall enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. Affordable prices, as well thats always a plus!I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

I thoroughly enjoyed my FIRST time here today! I had just got off working a 12 hour shift and wanted some R&R. I got ALL that and more! I really like the chair massager too. It just tickled at some points lol but I didnt mind that! Will definitely be back 😊

The dip nails that I received were very poorly done. They were way too thick, and not smooth at all. The finish was foggy and the shape was not what was asked for. Overall this was not a great experience, and I don’t recommend.

My go to place for pedicure! Love the fact that I can usually walk right in with little to no wait! I usually try to get Kathy, she is meticulous with the nails and gives a great massage! She also does great artwork if you desire a touch of flair on your toenail.

I went to Kavin, he was careful with my real nails and did dont take too much of my natural off. He finished my nails quickly but he didnt seem to rush. Many people seemed to come in for a pedicure as well so next time I think I will do that along with my hands. Definitely going back soon!

Hands down the nicest nail salon Ive ever been to, in any city. Very sleek, luxurious atmosphere and clean, comfortable massage chairs. This place is large and very easily accommodated our group of 6 for Mani/pedis. Emma was very friendly and did my gel manicure in a beautiful grey purple with efficiency and expertise. 10 days later and it still looks great with no chips. My pedicure was a pleasant experience although I think the vibrations from the massage chair made it challenging for the nail technician to paint a smooth polish on my toes. The overall spa experience is really indulgent and you can treat yourself to a glass of wine to go along with your treatment. Thanks for a lovely spa experience to kick off my sister in laws wedding weekend!

Really love the services here! The tech waxing me was so gentle! She made sure I was comfortable as well. Friendly lady. She waxed all my leg hair off and both my legs were really smooth! Honestly couldnt believe they were this smooth since its been forever!

Emma was the best! Great conversation and even better mani/pedi! Will definitely be recommending her to all of my friends.

Called and was told they weren’t busy. 15 minutes later 6 people arrived. My nail technician didn’t wear a mask (all other employees did.) They did not distance seats, so you were still right beside someone (for me between 2 strangers.) Disappointed.

My first time going this nail shop. I went for a pedicure and manicure. Walked in and was seated right away! Very friendly and fully staffed! Im 8 months pregnant and the guy that did my hands and feet took very care of me from the time I walked in. Placed a pillow behind my back, walked me to the next station, made sure I was comfortable the whole time! From me being out of town I really enjoyed the treatment. The only thing I can say went wrong is 2 nails shorter than the other but thats all! Just might go back of ever I go back our of town!

Me and my friend came in there for eyebrows. They were very rude. One of the ladies got mad because I asked if she washed her hands prior to doing my eyebrows. They also had nats and their cleanliness was not up to par! Very dirty! I do NOT recommend this Salon whatsoever.

Friendly staff. but terrible experience.. i’m not one to leave reviews, but for this i had to. they let this very nice older man give me a pedicure. didn’t message me and my toes look SO terrible. like a two year old did it.. i was polite because he was trying his best, but it’s a waste of my time and money. he then realized how bad they looked and just started putting coat after coat on and THEN took it off and tried to redo it all so i just got clear polish.won’t be back

Worst acrylics I have ever had! Shape is awful, paint is bubbled, & they have started to break & fall off after only 2 days. Very disappointed & absolutely will not return.

Horrible experience, I got Gel polish and diamonds. I was charged 50$ for this but when I told them I did not like my nails they would not fix it or give me my money back. Their customer service was terrible and I had to go to a different nail salon to get my nails fixed. Please don’t waste your time and money going here.

I went in for a polish change and quickly decided to get a pedicure. They yelled 30.00 as the prices are clearly posted on the wall. I sat down and an older lady proceeded to assist. There was a lady whose pedicure had already begun. Needless to say my pedicure was completed before hers and yes we both got the same pedicure. My lady also kept adding nail polish remover to the OPI nail color I chose. I was pissed about that. She also didnt apply the polished over the entire nail. I paid for the service then left to get REAL pedicure in Chenal. I should have went there to begin with. Poor service and dirty facility.

This is the place ive been looking for. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere and clean. Their Pedi chairs were still in good condition which gave me a really great massage while having my nails done here. I had their Deluxe Pedicure service and i was very happy with the results. My technician knew exactly what she was doing and gave me a very beautiful looking nails at affordable price. Will be back whenever im in town again!

I would not come back to this salon, the guy that did my nails was not professional at all, he put the gel over my cuticle I had to fixed them at my house, and my manicure barely lasted a week and also when I asked him if he could do my nails like a picture I showed him he said plain and dry NO! I cant! Rude much?

Dont let these guys near your nails. they dont know what they doing. I pointed out that something wasnt right with my nail and the lady still just ignored me and painted over it. had the shellac nails and they didnt even last 2 hours before chipping. Wont ever go there agin

This place messed up my nails, I went to get acrylic nails and she hurt me when filing my real nails and she didnt do a very a good job filing the fake nails, I was left with lumpy parts because she failed to smooth down the acrylic nails. Never going here again!
