First time trying this place and I love it. Did not had to wait for the service. The nail tech Tria was great. I love how she shaped and did my dip nails. She was gentle. It was her first time trying this tip pattern, but I think she did good for her first time.

VERY VERY KIND PEOPLE, just not worth the price.. paid 160 for nails and pedi, pedi was fine but not very happy with how acrylics came out.. not worth the price

Came in for my daughters birthday for her first pedicure. They have cute kids pedicure chairs!! They were quick to get us started and pretty much everyone who works there came over to say hello. Excellent service!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. Cindy did a fantastic job on my nails, and gave me probably the best dip manicure I have ever gotten. She was quick and efficient and made sure that my nails werent too thick without me even having to ask for it, which Ive had issues with at other places. Definitely will be going back and requesting Cindy!!

This was my first visit to the Nail Palace and I enjoyed my experience. The atmosphere was great and the music was relaxing. My pedicure was wonderful and thorough (I didnt get the mans name) so relaxing. Ms. Tina took great care of my nails wonderful conversation. They were busy, but rest assured they were informing me I was going be taken care of and they apologized for the wait. My new nail shop.

I hadn’t been to this business before, I just happened to notice it as I drove by. I decided to stop & I’m glad I did. They got me right in & the lady that gave me my pedicure was very nice & professional. I will definitely be going back.

Ms Joanne is great. She’s very friendly and listens to your requests. She’s very skilled and always gives you her professional opinion on your choices, which is a help. I’m glad I started coming here.

My mom & I got our nails done at the same time this afternoon(2/26/2021). Hers came out wonderfully. I was recommended to get gel polish over my acrylic nails instead of regular polish, but I still went with regular. When I left my nail polish seemed dry but was not. My nails got messed up as soon as I got back into my car. We went back in & Joann, who did my moms nails, took off my nail polish, filed & shaped them more to my liking (guessing she overheard what I said to the other manicurist) and put a top coat on as I requested, at no extra charge. My nails look great. I now understand that gel is recommended due to quick drying & that it lasts longer. I would highly recommend scheduling with Joann, shes friendly, outgoing & knowledgeable. Prices are fair, employees are nice, and inside is very clean.

I love that they have the little pedi massage chairs. My 3 year old sat comfortably in hers for her first spa pedicure. It was a very pleasant experience overall, although they have beverages and I had to ask for something to drink, whereas it was offered to other guests. Also, they have not updated their website and refused to honor the coupons that they have on there. Other than that, I liked the atmosphere and will return again.

Ive been here twice. Usually the staff is decent. Best manicurist, ask for Joann shes the best. Very good with detail with nails. Usually pretty social also.

Called and scheduled an appointment for an adult and a child mani /pedi. Wanted a girls day with my little...We got there a few minutes before our appointment time and no one acknowledged wed walked through the door.I advised the lady in the first chair we had an appointment (wed already checked in and been waiting 10 minutes) and she kind of huffed and said so, you have to wait.We ended up waiting 50 minutes to be sat in pedicure chairs and another 10 for them to put water in the bowl.Lee Lee, my pedicure tech and the gal that did my daughters toes were both very kind, but everyone else was rude.The gel nail polish on my fingers started chipping within 3 days and the pic I posted with my review is day 8, left/non dominate hand.The only good things... 1. I still had a great time with my daughter talking and playing video games together while we waited. 2. They serve wine if you ask.

Lily was amazing. I got the lavender pedicure and it was the best foot massage I’ve had at a nail salon. Highly recommend.

I am new to the area and have visited only one other shop. The experience was horrible. My nails werent shaped as I requested as I love the coffin shape. The manicurist left the hard substance underneath some of my nails as well. I came here and I am totally satisfied. The only thing I didnt know is that the basic pedicure doesnt include callous removal. I know now to chose the next service to include that. Overall Im satisfied!

Nice super clean place. Staff believes in service. Strongly recommend trying them out pricing little high but service meets the pricing they charge.

Holly gave me a wonderful relaxing cucumber manicure and provided lovely conversation. She was a joy to talk to and gave me beautiful sparkly red SNS nails for Valentines Day. Antoni did an amazing cucumber pedicure and was also very kind and friendly. They both took their time and did a thorough job. Thoroughly impressed and enjoyed how straight-forward the menu is. I went on a Friday morning and it was mostly empty so social distancing and mask wearing made me feel very safe. Highly recommend.

Worst experience by far! They were VERY rude, prices are way to high, poor quality service, my nails broke in a couple days, they did horrible on my toes. I left all around very disappointed and out $130. I would not go here.

The customer service is great! All of the manicurist are good but my favs are Cyndi for my nails and Rose for my pedicure.

Set an appt for a Dip Mani + Reg PediGot there, was seated immediately. Waited about 15mins for the Pedi tech. And for an hour my Pedi was done well by the tech but never did my Mani tech arrive. While I enjoyed my Pedi which was great. Over an hour later my Mani tech became available. This did not sit well with me, could not accept the manicure. Disappointed by the lack of respect for my time.

I am not a great photographer but my nails are on the top and what I told Joann what I wanted on the bottom. I think she did great and I love my nails.

First time here! Made my appointment for 6 pm and they didnt start on me until close to 7 pm. Whats the point of appointments then? Also, Trish NEVER told me there would be an upcharge for the type of shape I got, and on top of all this, the sample for the color I chose was not even close to the real color. I did mention it to Trish. She only offered to put gel on top of the color which I think would make it even worse. She seemed bothered about changing it so I just went with it since I pretty much had no choice. VERY VERY UNSATISFIED!

This is the Best my nails have ever looked! I feel like I’ve been to almost every nail salon in little elm and this place is by far my favorite. Also extremely clean!

Joanne did an awesome job on my nails. I made an appt and they got me right to the chair as soon as I walked in. It took about an hour total for both my feet and nails. They got me in and out in no time. I’m a very satisfied customer and will be coming back.

Not worth the price. $140 before tip for two pedi (not gel) and one dip. This is not my normal place but I needed a last minute pedi and dip and my normal place was booked. My dip looks okay but my nails are all mismatched shapes and two were very crooked not to mention she cut me while using the dremel. I left but couldnt live with the crookedness so had to go back and ask them to fix it. My pedi was okay but overpriced and again my big toe was filed super crooked. Also had to ask for it to be fixed. Sorry but I will not be back.

I normally dont do reviews. But I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Needed a pedicure. Looked at the reviews, so decided to try this place. Salon was clean, chairs were in good condition. I like that they lined the tub with a plastic sleeve. Since I was a walk-in. Had to wait for a tech to free up. I lucked up & got Tony. I had the Pomegrante pedicure with the massage, hot towels & paraffin wax. Toney took his time & did a GREAT job! My feet were as soft as a baby by the time he finished. I will definitely be going back & will ask for Tony again.

The best experience at a nail salon that I have ever experienced! The entire staff was very friendly, professional and will make you feel comfortable. The prices are great especially for what all you get in each package! I will be coming back for a facial soon which is also reasonably priced! Please give this nail salon I try! You will not be disappointed!

I am someone who barely gets lucky with personal care services especially at a nail salon. This visit makes it an exception by excellent customer service from not only doing a good job the first time but also taking care of my concerns with shipped gel polish with courtesy. The lady Joanne is very professional and knows her work best.

I walked in with badly damaged nails. I was professionally counseled on what I should do and even provided with a medication to use on my nails. I was then given a recommendation for the powder dip nails so that my nail healing progress could be monitored at each new visit.V did my nails in record time and they look amazing!!!!!I am definitely a new, very happy customer 😁!

I loved this place, price was so great with happy hour special. They took their time and even had a chair for my daughter. I always bring her with me and other salons just basically clip her nails and paint and that’s it. This salon gave her a pedicure just like mine and even did cute designs on her nails. We will definitely be back!

I relocated from Tucson and had the same nail place for 15yrs. The 1st place I tried in Texas I literally got up and walked out, it was horrible!! Then I found this gem and Im so happy every time!!

Stopped in for a polish change. Decided on a basic pedicure considering it was happy hour. Joanne did an amazing job! Courteous, friendly, detail orientated, thorough, and knowledgeable-30 years experience. Provided feedback on foot care👍 Go during happy hour!!!

This nail salon was the BEST I’ve found in North Texas! The technicians were all so detailed and nice! My nails were literally perfectly done and 3 weeks later they are still in tact even with working out and having an active lifestyle! I will never go anywhere else! Plus my eyebrows needed to be waxed and they were brought back to life that day! Could not speak higher of this place!

I was able to get right in. The nail tech did and excellent job and took his time. I am very basic and usually come for a simple pedicure, but I definitely recommend them.

Under new management recently. Was happy with service and surroundings before but, the change is dramatic. New, very comfortable chairs, pedicures are an artful process, with flowers, fruits, scrubs and lotions in individual bowls rather that bottles and jars. Had the best ever pedicure today. Background music changed from light pop to spa like music. So very relaxing. Staff (some there for the 8 years I’ve been going) is amazing, accommodating and gracious. Highly recommend..

I really appreciate there service. Owner and employees are very friendly and polite. When you’ll mage an appointment, they are always on time. I’ve been going Nail Palace almost a year and so happy to get my nails done with Vincent. He does my nails (acrylic nails service) well and recommend him to anyone who has sensitive to nail drills on cuticles area. He has good technic and experienced.

Love this place!!! It’s ALWAYS clean- as in from the floor to the ceiling and chandeliers (which seems to be a major problem with other nail salons- once the new wears off they do not clean anything above 4ft high) ! The atmosphere is always welcoming. Not only are their pedicures the absolute best that I have experienced- but I am extremely picky regarding my nails, and Joanne wows me every time! They always stay on with no lifting or breaking. This last time I went almost a whole month between fills, due to work travels, before I could make it back in to see her, and still no lifting at all! Go here! You will not be disappointed!

Would give 0 stars but it’s not an option.Will not be going back! Not only was my pedi and nexgen rushed but I got two cuts (one nail was actually dripping blood) bumpy nails, I have two different lengths, not the shape I asked for, and as I sat there they asked if I could pay because they were closing soon, ok! No problem but then the tech proceeded to grab my purse, open it and dig for my wallet!! I asked her to stop but the nerve to grab my purse. Next day: I went back and asked to have them fixed, not only did they argue with me but I was advised I would have to pay for a new set but would get a small discount! Are you kidding me!?! I left and went somewhere else. Definitely not a place I would recommend. Stay away!
