Love coming here! It’s family owned and the couple who run it is super nice and accommodating! They don’t have a huge staff, so the best way to go is to make an appointment! The pedicure massage is awesome! I fall asleep almost every time lol!

Lee and Yao are spectacular and they do an excellent job. What they do lasts because they take the time to do it right. While I think they technically take walk-ins, do yourself a favor and make an appointment. If you dont make an appointment, its very unlikely they will be free when you show up.

This place is a hidden gem!! Called late on a Saturday and Lee was able to fit me in immediately. Both she and her husband are very professional. Clean environment, relaxing atmosphere and I didn’t feel they rushed through the process even though they had customers come in that had an appointment. My nails look fantastic and my pedicure was awesome .i will be returning. I love that I can support a local small business.

I called last minute this morning and they were able to do my nails within the hour. I asked for Nexgen. The length is shorter than I wanted and the shape is more rounded than I wanted. I like it a bit more squared off with just a slightly rounded edge. The entire experience was around 40 minutes and the color is nice. Ill probably be able because the price was nice. $38 for a full nexgen set with nail tips added. Dont expect a fancy nail salon but its close to home and a good price, give it a chance! They recommended appointment because they are short handed right now.

I really like my nails done by Lee, and this is the least expensive set of NexGen (dipping powder) nails Ive gotten in over 5 years.

While looking for a new nail place in the area that would be closer to home I found this spot.Humble shop that appears to be run only by an older gentleman and lady. They have a small assorted collection of dated cream and top coats. Dipping power and gel products are also available. Appointment ONLY. According to the the older gentleman who worked on my feet this location does one-on-one sessions and No Walk-ins. Very low pricing. Dip powder starts at $38 while pedicures start at $30. During my visit I was surprised by the lower rates that were available in their services menu then shortly I began to understand. I chose this place because of the positive reviews but sadly they chose to treat this customer in a way that did not support those reviews.Customer service is generally more than a quiet demeanor but for them that is the gist of it. While having my hand nails prepped the nail tech lady explained it would be $45 for dip powder manicure ($38 for the service itself+$5 for removing my dip powder product+$2 for two nail tips) at this time I explain my natural nails have grown long enough and Im choosing to shorten and will not need nail tips. It was surprising to see one or two nail tips be charged but I guess that is how they keep overhead. At one point after having my nails wrapped in cotton/aluminum acetone soak for about 10 mins she removes and grinds a bit then begins to apply the dip powder top coat. I had to stop her since there was plenty of undissolved product on my nails. When trying to explain, the nail techs both the manicurist and pedicurist, would interject and repeatedly interrupt. They were under the impression that they are human and not machines and cannot do perfect work -their words - I took a picture to show what perhaps they could not notice if due to poor eyesight but still I received resistance. There is so much more to say that occured at this location but writing this all down is like reliving this stupid ordeal.Trying to make this short: I decided to only pay for my pedicure and the removal of dip powder. Both of which I received mediocre-sub par service. My hands still have patches of dip powder and my feet reeked of nail polish for the next 10 hours.10/10 Would NEVER recommend, for the same general price you can get way better service quality.

This place is fabulous. We were in town visiting my Mom and I really needed my nails done. The shop fit me in, did an incredible job...better than any place I have been in the 30 yrs I have been getting nails done. I highly recommend. They are clean and following all Covid guidelines. I desperately needed a mani pedi and this place was the closest to my new place.Called to see if they had an availability and I was there within 10 mins.Tons of parking, they check you in and since this is covid season you have to sign paperwork basically stating you went knowing full well you can get exposed yada yada...They have a large space and lots of pedicure seats and manicure stations.Employees take very good care of you and your space. They are clean and use all precautions to keep your exposure to others at a minimum.They worked quickly and efficiently. I would come here again for sure.Prices arent bad either

First time coming here. They took care of me and I love my nails. The owner is very nice and puts attention to detail. Definitely recommend making an appointment because I found that only the owner and Lee are working right now so they stay busy all day. The service and environment are good, didnt it give it 5 starts only bc I wished they had more nexgen colors. Give them a try.

Very clean shop run by a very friendly couple. I come here for acrylics and pedis and they always do a phenomenal job. They get new products in often and have a great selection of gel, dip, and acrylic as well as fun extras like foil or chrome powder. Always call ahead because they are a smaller place.

Lee* did my nails and she was not only very polite but she also did an amazing job on my nexgen nails! The place is very well maintained and the water for my pedicure felt like it came straight fromHell itself which is just my style. I can’t leave this review without mentioning the FIRE MUSIC that was played. I mean, Shania Twain, Celine freaking Dion,Toni Braxton, Mariah Carey! My best friend and I were feeling the nostalgia and ourselves. If you can manage to get out and get those nails did, this is the place. I know times are ridiculous right now so don’t waste your money.

They took such great care of me! I called and made a same day appointment. They were busy when I wanted to come in and were still able to accommodate. I felt like my technician wasn’t rushing me. As other reviewers have stated for now it is just the two of them so calling before you go is highly recommended and they make every effort to fit you in as soon as possible if you are trying for a same day appointment

This is a really nice location. The owners were really nice. I would have given this location 5 stars but it really bothered me when I selected a nexgen color for my nails, I was told what I didn’t want and the color was changed. I found that to be very disrespectful. When I said yes it’s what I want, she told me no I didn’t and selected a color close to the one I had on when I came in and was told this is much better. I wanted a clear look with a hint of tint, but that’s not what I got. I would strongly suggest listening to your customers. I did not ask for suggestions I knew what I wanted and should have received what I selected. My mom received a very nice pedicure. We really like this couple as they were very nice and did a really good job. But if I’m paying my money for something, I should get the service that I’m requesting. For that reason, I will probably not go back.

I just moved to the area and I read the reviews so I decided to make myself an appointment. I recently had my nails done in another Salon and I didn’t like the way my nails turned out. I decided to try this place. I showed at 6 and it was not busy at all. The husband sat me down right away and offered me a drink along with my husband. Soon after Lee Came and sat down and immediately started doing my nails. The serviceman my nails were great. It’s hidden from the street so not too many people know if this place. Due to that she told me it’s just her and her husband right now. I pray that more people find this place and start going. Be patient with them it is better to call and make appointment being that it’s just them two.

Came in with no appointment and was seated right away, not only that but the initial greeting was super friendly and the nail tech that did my nails was extremely professional! Her name is Lee, and she did ombré pink and white on my nails (which Ive never had done so I was apprehensive) she knew I was on the fence about the color choice so she did two nail with different techniques and let me choose which I preferred! EXCELLENT service and would highly recommend to anybody in the area!**She did recommend to make an appointment as they do get busy during after work hours and weekends!

Website and signs on the front door say walk-ins welcome but when I went in without an appointment the man who came up to the front desk asked me if I could come back at an appointment time. You should not have walk-ins welcome signs if you have to make an appointment to come in

The person who was doing my nails seemed like he was in a rush. Almost all of my nails are uneven and not shaped the same. I was also cut twice and was bleeding in which he just applied the polish as if I was not. MY overall quality was poor, but my friend was placed with someone different and her nails turned out great.

Absolutely love this nail salon, Holly takes alot of pride in her work. We have tried other salons but still havent found anything close to the quality we get here. We dont go anywhere else now. Try it you wont be sorry.

This place is a hidden gem. We looked up the reviews and had to stop by as they are the highest rated salon in all of the Frisco/Little Elm area. And that is for a good reason...Their prices are great, but more importantly, their service is 5 star. They listen attentively to what you want and do not rush you at all or try to up sell. My wife and I both got pedis and she got her nails done, and we both felt like we were long standing customers even though this was our first time. Ivy and Yao worked on my wifes feet and nails, while Tammy handled my pedi.Would we come back? Yes. The real question is, why go any where else?We will definitely be repeat customers!

This has honestly been the best experience ive ever had with the nail salons i go to. i was apprehensive at what salon to go to because im new to the area, I searched best nail salon near me and HD nails was the first one to pop up. as soon as I walked in they were so friendly, I didnt get the name to the man who helped me when I first walked in but he was very nice and polite, told me to take my time picking out my color . other salons just rush and rush you, he did not. also asked if he could get me anything to drink . Miss Lee did my nails and they came out amazing, she actually listens to how you want your nails and does them exactly like you ask. this place is so underrated I dont understand why! she also did my brows and shaped them how I wanted . ill definitely be coming back here every time I need a set done . 🧡 ill be sure to post pictures of my nails on their facebook page also
