Most of the pictures posted by owner are not work of their own which is honestly PLAGIARISM especially if most designs posted cannot even be replicated. My nails turned out OKAY and I had PLEASANT CUSTOMER SERVICE but the only reason I came here is because the posted pictures looked AMAZING and what I received was far from. I couldn’t even have what I wanted done originally because they posted a picture of a design they literally don’t even have the materials for. To top it off, I had crosses painted on my nails which is highly assumptious. I can almost guarantee I will not return.

First picture is the same day I got it done in second picture he hasn’t even been a week and the paint is coming off we asked for a pedicure and they only took less than 10 minutes and they were done. they don’t even massage our foot . And the manicure Was sorry I won’t go back to this place I live in Dallas went to visit my mom and sister and we all three went and got a pedicure manicure we pay

Only negative review Ive ever left if that says anything. Was very disappointed. I go to have my nails done to have them professionally cleaned and manicured. My nail technician might have been in a hurry, only explanation I can come up with for such obvious terrible work. I tried to be kind but she didnt even pretend to pay attention to what I wanted. I had to take my hand away at one point as I had asked over and over to not file or shape my nails, they had already been done. But she kept going until I physically removed my hand. She took off some of my existing polish but left a complete mess. She then applied a base coat over the existing mess. My nails hadnt been cleaned at all and only made into a bigger mess for me to clean later.

Ive been here before and it was ok.Today it wasnt good.The girl who started my nails was very subdivided. She didnt like the polish I picked out at first I thought she was saying the polish had gone off so I picked a similar color. Turns out she just didnt think I would want glow in the dark. What...She put the first layer on thick then gave me to someone else to finish.I would have picked something more than the basic Mani but wasnt offered anything else or shown the menu.Im not sure Little Elm has a nail salon worth my money but its not Cowboy Nails.When I get home I get to file my nails properly something else she didnt manage to do.Very sad at the service and job quality.

I went to nail salon. The owner of salon was giving very bad service. My all nails are uneven. Owner was rushing to pay out rather than customer satisfaction. Plus, owner was allowing there employees to talk to customers rudely instead of owner supposed to come and take care of situation. I wouldn’t suggest you to go to this salon. If you are concerned about ur nails then do not go because u end up with nails short and uneven nails.

Very bad experience!!My girls and I tried this place for the first time. We asked for Manicure/Pedicure. Manicure was not done at all, they only did our nails. Pedicure we paid for the Warm Pedicure, both ladies just applied what they were supposed to apply, but no nail shaping, I asked them to please trim (twice) and still didn’t. My toe nails and cuticles look like they are in desperate need of a pedicure, this was just done yesterday. The relaxing leg and foot massage was not a massage. It was like they just applied the Dead Sea salt and lotion and then just immediately, cleaned them off. Not that this may matter because I don’t see that many responses from the owner.

I made a appointment with Vi because I seen some rave reviews on FB about her fabulous work! I was greeted and taken promptly even though I was early for my appointment. She was very friendly and professional. She listened attentively to what I wanted and delivered. I was extremely happy with her work. I strongly recommend her! The nail shop was a nice size. It was very clean and had a nice relaxing atmosphere. I was also offered a beverage a couple times. Great experience! I am making it my new nail spot!

The guy who didn’t my feet hurt me and was being to rough I have a scrapes on my leg he wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing and was Gossiping in other language to a coworker I’m not happy about my experience will not be coming back

Great service and atmosphere. Came in on a Monday morning and was the only customer. I was treated amazingly. Warm weighted heating pad on my shoulders and offered a beverage right away. It had been a while since I had a pedicure but Thomas didnt bat an eye. He was so attentive and my toe art is beautiful. While Thomas worked his magic on my feet, Tom did a great job on my NexGen. At first he couldnt find the color I was asking for, but he searched high and low and found it. He cleaned up my cuticles very nicely and the warm towel at the end was heavenly. I am very picky about my nail salons so believe me when I say....go here!

Pedicure was okay, got acrylic nails and one broke off that evening and another one a week later, my press on nails last longer than that. Great atmosphere subpar work

My cousins and I went in on a Saturday afternoon and all got mani/pedis.The employees worked really well together, got us all in and out pretty quickly.The place was clean, comfortable and also had select drinks available on request. They are a little more pricey than I would prefer but I would come here again definitely.Thank you!!

The girl doing my nails was going so fast, I felt like an inconvenience. She did a good job on my nails. Right now they are by appointment only and you have to have a mask.

This is by far the best nail spa that Ive been to!! I had such an amazing experience. I hate that I didnt ask for the gentlemans name that was originally working on my pedicure because he was so kind! Seriously amazing!! Tina finished my French tip and created a flower design on my toe🌻. She didnt have to do it but she did! She took her time and it turned out beautiful. Seriously Im so happy with the results☺. I would recommend this nail spa to anyone and everyone. Im so grateful and Ill be coming again.

Theres only one nail tech named Lin who knows how to do good quality nails. Ive had my gel polish bubble up in the bath and come off the same or next day twice. Ive had crooked, embarrassing pink & white. Last time, a lady took 4 hrs for a full set. I missed my Dr. appt and left with nails that looked like they needed to be filled. Thats a big thing here. Ive heard other customers complain. They leave a space. They dont start at your cuticle. I give up. Finding a new place.

First time and I really liked it. Amy is the queen of coffin shape nails and B is great in pedicures! Great service. Its hard to find a good nail place, trust me I v been to 6 in the area already. I gave it 4 starts only bc I wish they wouldnt have taken as long as they did, I was there for 2 hours and I got nexgen, wasnt expecting that. Usually its about 1hour. So I guess my tip is to make an appt if you are in a hurry. Other than that i do recommend this salon.

Extremely unhappy with my nails. The fact that i was charged for length and shape(mind you i asked for narrow square, & the length wellLet’s just say this is the shortest set of nails i have ever had) when i was told at first my total would be $40 i ended up being charge $55 and every single nail is leaning to the left and i have bubbles in my nails also the lady cut me several times!

Today was my first visit. Cowboy Nails was very clean and the staff was super nice! I will definitely go back again!

I got a pedicure here that came with the neck wrap, hot stone massage, and a simple arm and back massage in the chair. Everything was great!! Ive had to wait 6 months to get a pedicure and they got off all of my calluses.

This place is awesome! I came here after being rudely turned away by HD nails down the street. Even though there was a 15 minute wait and it was already an hour away from closing time, they told me to come right in and made me comfortable with a cup of wine while I waited to get my nails done. The technician was very sweet and did an excellent job on my nexgen. She didnt nake them too thick like some other places Ive been and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend this place!

I went to get acrylic nails done and the guy that did my nails seemed to be rushing he even cut me and it started bleeding and he just made it seem like it wasn’t even bleeding then he cut the pinkie nail weird shape didn’t even paint the nail polish on right one of them are Crooked and at first the guy didn’t even know what he was suppose to do. I guess he got confused by how I said I want a different color on my ring finger then the rest of The nails a different color but he only did one acrylic nail on the ring finger and said “so you only want nail polish on the rest of them” and basically had to keep telling him cause he didn’t seem to understand after I even said acrylic on all of them.Sorry for reallyNo punctuation

I LOVE this place, from the 1st time I went in there. I take my 5 year old with me quite often and they treat her like a princess, she gets a pedi almost all of the time and her nails polished. The owners are wonderful and really care about their customers. Im not sure if the negative comments are for the other locations but Cowboys Nail in Little Elm is top notch if you ask me.

I wish I could do no stars but since I cant Ill do one! Just went to take my excited 3 and 5 year old to get their nails polished only to be told they couldnt do it because they were too busy! I told the man I could wait and he just walked off!! So if you have excited kids dont take them here!!

I have been having my nails done since they started with nail 20 years ago.I have had 2 great experiences here. Tim did by far the best pedicure I have ever had. As I have aged you start having issues with your feet. When he finished they were gone.My nails were done by Candy. I do Nex Gen. The way she does them they are not too thick. They last for weeks.New to Little Elm, I hope my experiences are all as good as my new nail place.

Not the best experience for a pedicure. I have been here multiple times and they rush through the pedi. I have had the lowest level and next level pedi’s and both times I didn’t feel as though I got my moneys worth. Nice place bit the should take their time and be more thorough

I normally dont review nail salons as my experience usually is unremarkable at best. I have to say this place was amazing! My tech, Danvy, did an amazing job! Love love my nails! I wasnt rushed, she took her time and knew her stuff. Very friendly and funny too! I will be going back! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming! Her work was the best Ive had, hands down! My technician was Tammy super sweet girl. However, I got my nails done on Thursday, July 26th by Saturday my gel was coming off. Here it is Tuesday not even a week has passed and I have 3 gel nails remaining. I don’t think she put the sealer on before applying the gel now that I think about it...she only applied a glossy thing before the color and then a clear coat after the color. Super depressing. I feel like I just wasted my hard earned money...I tipped her pretty good too! Don’t get me wrong this place is beautiful and the hospitality is great even though I didn’t get my coke the greeters intention was nice

My friend and I showed up an hour before they were to close and were told to leave just come back tomorrow to get nails done. She will never step foot in the salon when they could have done her nails in the hour before they were to close but told her to leave by the rude ASS manager.

Had an older man do my nexgen manicure. He seemed rushed and didn’t put polish all the way to the edge of my nail on the sides. I mentioned it and he mumbled something then laughed. There’s also several big globs in the top coat leaving them uneven. Pedicure was ok but not anything special.I won’t be returning.

Ive never been so disrespected in my life by workers of a nail salon. She Messed on my nails the shape and the color I had to get them redone by Candy but the whole time she was doing is The Bald head woman was standing over her pretty much yelling at me telling me to tell the truth etc but it was a Bad experience for me !

I have been to the Cowboy Nail Bar in Little Elm twice since it opened just a couple of weeks ago and the experience has been great. My first visit was for a manicure and the most recent was for a facial. They are just introducing facials using NuSkin products including the NuSkin Galvanic Spa. Great experience! They are a family owned business and very customer service oriented.

They were all very friendly and welcoming. I also love my new nails!!

Awesome staff help everyway they can

Yesterday I went to The Cowboy Nail salon and I am beyond upset with the service I received there. I hardly write bad reviews and I certainly don’t bash businesses on social media - but I have to warn other people before they go into that place and walk out with hands that are in as much pain as mine. I paid $75 for nails and a pedicure. I get them done regularly and have never had any problems anywhere. The lady who did my nails was beyond rude - but that wasn’t the worst part. She DESTROYED my nails. She hit and broke the skin around almost every single one of my nails. I was horrified. She left glue all over my fingers and hands and acted annoyed that I asked her to take it off... it was BAD. She proceeded to spend 10 seconds wiping one spot off and then told me the rest would come off later! The nails are crooked, uneven, and are coming up over the sides of my skin in some places. There’s white lines around all the edges from glue from the take off in the beginning. It’s AWFUL. But more than anything- extremely painful. And destroyed until they heal...The lady who did my pedicure was extremely nice so I hate to say this but - I have to. I guess the polish they had was old and goopy so she had trouble painting evenly. It took an hour before it was smudged looking - like as if it was playdoh and someone pushed it to the side. (I will attach photos where it’s allowed)All of this is not even the worst part. When I contacted the location the customer service was RIDICULOUSLY AWFUL! The manager informed me that I needed to come back and they will fix it. I had zero interest in going back- they didn’t just destroy my nails - but they did a bad job on my sisters as well. And they HURT! I told them I did not want them “fixed” by them because they literally hurt my nails. I sent them pictures and everything and there’s clearly no denying the damage they’ve done by looking at those pictures.... at this point, I just wanted my money back. They responded “lol, can you tell me what time tomorrow so i can put ypur name down?” And that I needed to come in and let them fix it. Completely ignoring what I said. I kept saying that I didn’t want to come there for them to fix anything and that I didn’t want them touching my nails again. And they kept saying “we will fix for you blabla”. Finally I said I would send my husband to get the refund and they say this :“you have to come please, because we have to take off all services if you want to get full refund. thank you”They have to rip my nails off for me to get refunded?! WOW! What are you going to recycle them ?! I am LIVID. Why in the world would I want them to soak my cut up fingers in Acetone?!??! After what they did?! Seriously?!!? It hurts like hell already!!!! I’m MINDBLOWN! Horrible horrible customer service! I ended the conversation by letting them know :Wow! That’s extremely awful customer service! I will come in there and take off the polish on my toes since it’s smudged and looks awful- but I’m taking it off myself. I don’t want anyone touching me. But to expect me to let you put acetone on my nails when you’ve cut my skin all up- is not right- at all. And I’ll be calling the Texas department of licensing and registration. As well as warning future customers all over the Internet—- because this is NOT RIGHT.According to what you just said - I can get my money back for my pedicure if the polish is removed- so I will come in there tomorrow and remove it myself in front of you and other customers - and I expect the money back for that.So we will see how that goes 😡

This is about the most rudest place that I’ve ever come to visit with me being pregnant when I pacifically request for a service & appointment they would tell you to come in then lie about it when you a arrive when I’ve been coming to them since they’ve been open and then they like to change the prices alot then lie about what services they doing & don’t have a certain polish that they don’t have I don’t recomend nobody to come here because the Chinese guck or whatever they are they are the rudest people I’ve ever come in contact with and does such a poor job with uneven nails and polish

I had went to Cowboy nail bar for the first time and loved it. My nails are ambre nexgen and were done by Tom. I didnt even know you could do ambre on nexgen. Tom did an amazing job and I will be going back anytime I need my nails done again. 10 out of 10 love them!!!👍❤

I read nothing but good reviews about this location so I decided to try it out, extremely disappointed. The lady I had who did my pedicure was a older lady, never got her name, she did not conversate, she did not scrap the nail beds or underneath the nails, nails were jagged and sharp I had to ask her twice to file them, never buffed them, barely scrubbed the bottoms of my feet, paid job was horrible, no clear coat just all around horrible service. The price was not even worth half the cost. Would not recommend not will I refer.

Asked me if I wanted a mimosa and then put champagne in a glass with tomato juice. Really? I had a manicure and pedicure and it was just ok. They did them at the same time, which was frustrating. I will not go back.

Came in to get a gel manicure and the nail tech did a half ass job soaking the gel off and tried to do the manicure with gel still on my nail. She then tried to just get away with filing off the gel and burned me 3 time. Just went with a take off and it took an hour and I’m still walking out of here with leftover gel on my nails.
