Walked in one day and the lady at the front was so rude and had an attitude for no reason. I’m an respectful person and I didn’t say or do anything for her to treat me like that. She’s not the type of person to work there. They never answer the phone. Customer service is bad

I dont know who this new woman is at the front but she is definitely useless. Normally what takes place when I go in is they tell me what they have available and that speeds up the process. I decide if I want to take the job or not because 9 times out of 10, a staffing agency will not have what I really want to do. My resume is on file but she couldnt retrieve it so why is that my problem. She was passive aggressive and no help at all. Like seriously get a new recruiter or receptionist or whatever she is because she is a bad representative for your company. I wonder does people like her realize that without people such as me to work, they will eventually have no work either, smh...

Poor excuse for a temporary employment service. Payroll department are scammers.

This is a TERRIBLE place to try and look for work. I have been calling since after November 28th 2017 and no one answered until I finally called Crystal from corporate. I was finally able to get someone on the phone and I went up there on the morning of Dec. 11th 2017. I spoke to Walter and told him I was interested in the machine operator. He told me to email him my resume and give him a couple days. I called him December 15th to see where we were at with employment, he could not find my resume. After mentioning my conversation with Crystal he magically pulled it up and said the job was no longer available, but he would send my resume over to the Conyers location to a lady name Melissa and that she was supposed to get in contact with me. I called multiple times since then and after the New Year and still no answer or been contacted yet. HORRIBLE place. DO NOT GO HERE FOR EMPLOYMENT!!

It’s like pulling teeth trying to get anyone to answer the phone. Customer service is horrible. These folks don’t give a damn about us and what we’re going through.
