I came to Ms. Chelsea Carrow with nothing I went to Surge Staffing in Lithia springs I met with her for an interview she offered me a job at Fresh Express working in the freezer I told her that I needed a car she told me that wasnt cold like I thought it would be she convinced me to try it out I saved every paycheck I got now I have a nice Lexus but none of this would be possible without Chelsea I am forever grateful to her if ur struggling in u need help please reach out Ms. Chelsea she will not stir u wrong I cant thank her enough your the best!!

The epitome of unprofessional & ghetto. I sat in the office for nearly 20 minutes waiting to speak with someone about a new assignment. They basictally gave me a business card and told me to call them later. When I did call, they placed me on multiple holds (10 minutes or more) just to tell me to call back. This happened twice. its obvious the women running this office hate their jobs because they dont take it seriously. Given the other reviews listed under this business Im surprised its still it open. Dont give these people your time. They wont respect it. I will be contacting HR regarding my experience. I truly wish I could give them a zero star rating.

First impression is key - Unfortunately Sheila at the front desk bombed on first impression. I was completely put off by her attitude and lack of professionalism. Even though Im in need of a job badly, Sheila seems like she needs a new one. With that said I will not be applying with this agency because if its acceptable for the front desk to behave with such horrible customer service I can only imagine how I would be treated as an employee / job seeker.

Wendy who works at the main front desk is EXTRMELY RUDE, not only did she look at me like I was stupid for coming when she asked me too but she called me alll the way to the office just to tell me that my resume didnt fit the job, which I was perfectly fine with but why couldnt she just tell me that on the phone ?? She had me come over an hour away making me think I actually had a chance on getting the job, She was very hateful . This has nothing to do with not getting the job, it has everything to do with how she wasted my time. I will never ever try to work for surge staffing again, that was the worst service I have ever had . I dont understand how she continues to work there when people have so many negative feed back about her and the company? She is very unprofessional and needs to be fired for how she treats people . I am very unimpressed with how surge staffing treats people, they should hire people who have good attitudes and actually care about helping people, these people dont care a thing about helping people. If I could give them negative zero stars ? I definitely would . WENDY talks to people any kind of way she wants to, she says shes just being blunt . No . Shes being stuck up and hateful . The staff in here are unproffessional and no people skills. From the teenage boy/receptionist at the desk to the heavy set woman that has zero class. I left the moment I realized they were not customer service oriented

My husband and his brother went in and the lady behind the main desk was so rude and put it that she was blunt no. She was VERY rude. Told them to go online and good luck basically. She just gave us dirty looks and a snobby attitude that sucked. Very bad service . Refuse to apply through them.
