Arrived at 8am was treated as if I was there to rob the place. Was not helped not a good experience. No employment activity. Just rudeness as if I arrived at the wrong place. Better people skills are needed!!

Ive worked with Myrna Arroyo for over 20 years in various capacities and she brings a level of professionalism and competence to a very difficult job. There were times where we needed people 14 hours prior to our start time and she never let us down. If you need help, make sure you call Myrna and she will make miracles happen!!!

There are a trillion staffing places up and down Thornton road and in the surrounding areas to choose from. Do not come to this place. If you do and get put on an assignment make sure you are keeping track of your hours. My check was short 6 hours because they did not give me a working login the first day of work so I had to be given a new login and clock in at lunch. They did not fix my hours like they said. I call and call and call and no answer. I got in touch with someone to fix the issue and still nothing.

Premier Staffing is a great place. The Hispanic Woman Gloria who helped me was very helpful and is such a great person. I recommend everyone to come here. I have no complaint.

The location in lithia springs never answer the phone. I literally called for an hr straight and no answer. Very unprofessional

So far I have had nothing but professional interactions with Premier. Gloria was really nice and helpful!!! Found me a great job in only a couple weeks and so far its going great!!!

My experience at premier staffing was awesome. Gloria was so helpful and have a good customer relationship with the client that makes you feel welcoming.

I worked for this staffing company for a week and Im supposed to get paid on fridays and I havent got paid yet and I tried to call to see what was up and nothing

The staff is very great!! The only thing I have a issue with is how the people are very rude to the staff. It is always one recruiter In the office trying to handle everyones needs. Empire needs to focus more on safety. Because Ive witnessed a few rude and inappropriate people coming in the office.

They sent me to menasha for my first assignment the place was awful the management staff are very rude and unprofessional. The working conditions are unfit people were passing out and have seizures do to the heat and lack of water in take. Osha really needs to step in and do something about that place. Before someone dies they have no emergency plan when someone passes out they all just run around looking crazy.

I went to this establishment today and had a negative experience. The Manager ; Latonya was answering calls from left to right about several employees not getting paid by the pay card or by direct deposit so she was informing them that they couldnt be paid if they didnt clock in instead of finding out what was the reason that they couldnt clock in. Then her assistant; young lady didnt want to aid me on how to complete my application online inside the office. She was trying to get me to go home and complete it. So, I had explain to her that I came from afar and will complete my application there. She went and sat my the manager at a desk and they both carried on personal conversations using profanity in front me while applying online for the company. So, my moma asked the Yong lady for corporate number and she asked why. I replied because she asked you for it and you dont need to know the reason why. So, she said well, I feel like yall are both coming at me in a harsh way. I stated that I was because she had been unprofessional since I step foot in the doors. Then she said well, yall both can leave and I told her that I wasnt going anywhere until I complete my application. My mother went and explain to the manamger what had taken place and how her assistant didnt want to help me. So, the manager ended up helping me with application after all of that drama. She acted like she didnt know Corporates number but gave my mother a number. I wouldnt want to work for them until corporate give that location a entire staff replacement or refer any one that I know until this location gets their act together. The manager and assist has built a bond of ratchetness and unprofessional so they wont side against one another.

Honestly you people working there need to do better, if I could give -2 stars I would and I don’t even work there. Very rude and unprofessional y’all all need to be replaced all the way to the manager. And they don’t ever have any jobs available for you!

I found a job on indeed. I applied then went into the office. I sat in the chairs for atleast 20 minutes before the Hispanic lady who was the only one in the office finally approached me. I asked about the job I applied for and she said hold on. This lady had her whole man and child in the back. She walked them to the car and came back in and told me they didnt have any jobs and that corporate post them jobs but it doesnt mean there available. I was just like smh and I left. I also would like to say to the owner I know your making money but you need to investigate this location or your business in general because these reviews are all the same and that only could mean your services are horrible.

I applied a couple of Months ago and had a negative experience with the Staff. A young African American who was permanently employed there was extremely unprofessional. She was lazy, and didnt like helping our group during orientation. She was quick to enforce how important it was for us to be professional, because we represented the company. Yet, she wasnt professionally groom, her hair was wild, and her attitude was foul. I recisited the Lithia Springs Branch again on 6/1/2018, and carried my daughter there to apply. She was filling out an application on the computer, and needed assistance getting her job listing to go through so she could complete her application. The same African American female who my group found to be lazy, basically was refusing to assist my daughter. She kept blowing wind, making faces, and didnt wont to discontinue her unprofessional conversation she was having with the Branch Manager by the name of Latonya. I noticed prior to my daughter asking her for help, she was busy texting on her phone; while she was sitting close to the Manager. So, I asked her if she had the Corporate Office number, and she she confirmed yes, but what do you need it for? I stated to her that I had concerns with her not wanting to help, and her unprofessionalism, because she told my daughter to finish her application at home when we came from afar. My daughter told her that she wasnt going home to complete something that required her help, it was only one portion that was lingering which with expertise should have been a quick fix. She stated to me and my daughter that she felt like we were being harsh to her, and commanded that we leave the Staffing Agency. I asked her why, because I only asked for Corporate Office number, but wouldnt have needed it if she did her job. Im went to the Manager to explain to her what happened, she immediately got up, and assisted my daughter, which was something her employee was supposed to do. I asked the Manager if she had CirpirCor Office number, she stated no, but could find out. She stated typing really fast, and wrote down a bogus number that didnt exist. I called her back to ask again for the number, she put me on hold without giving me the number. I hung up and called her back, and they stopped answering the phone. I stated to her employee that what she did to me, and my daughter reminded me on the negative situations going on with Star Bucks and Waffle House in the Media. An employee dont like be challenged with a Corporate Office number, they ask the same persons their trying to hire to leave the premises. The Manager had to adasty to ask tell me after I revealed to them that I was a Mininister, that she couldnt believe I went there about the two negative restaurant experiences that mirrored our experience at their Agency for Employment. The entire time we were there, it was trifling ignoring hearing the phone ring with multiple complaints from employees not getting paid, and listening to excuses and lies from an unsupportive Manager. I will never recommend anyone to apply with this Agency, and will be calling Secretary of State to get CorpiCorp Office number on Monday.

Waiting to get paid, my card keeps saying they havent turned in my info,anyone else had this problem or can help, because leaving messages and text with premier dont work.

Found a job but no hire or raise outta 8 months

The people in this location is some of the most unprofessional people I have ever worked for . They are getting rude and quite in capable of giving anyone a job let alone a career.

Just called to ask about a job opportunity and whom ever the lady was that answered the phone was very rude, dry, and she seemed aggravated. I wouldnt dare seek them for employment. First impression did it for me !

They sent me a text about come in and do the rest of the hiring process told me to come back the next day for orientation at 9am because I was getting hired for a Quality Auditor position . I get there at 9 am the next day for orientation just for them to tell me they don’t have no more jobs and the position just got closed . Waste of time ! They just get your information put you down in they book for them to continue to get paid and tell you they have no jobs available after you sat during the process for a hour .

This staffing company is the worst I have ever dealt with.They very rarely answer your calls.I have tried for over a week now to check in and update my availability to work.I have now given up!Very poor service and unprofessional.
