I was told to come in at 6pm to do an interview but when I got there at 5:45pm the doors were locked and no one picked up the phones. Wasted gas and my afternoon for ghetto and incompetent staff. I did include a screenshot of my confirmation email

Horrible.....Unprofessional....incompetent.I honestly have never dealt with service on any level as bad as this.this place should either be completely revised with a completely new staff or shut down. Communication here is very poor no confirmation emails or even a phone call; I had to reach out every time. Long story short they called a number I had listed as a reference instead of my actually number to inform me the I HAD the job just for me to call the next day to find out what time I should report to work because like I stated -lack of communication/failure to send out confirmation emails- had me lost. So I finally was able to get Quinton(however you spell his name) on the phone who seemed like he did not know what the hell was going on and he said he spoke with me the other day in which he did not....told me unfortunately I was not selected due to a lack of availability to work which is crazy because on my application I marked fully available for every shift but was asked what my preference was like I had a choice so i said I would prefer 1st but was willing to work other shifts if my preference was not available. I have all my phone conversations recorded even my initial 3 phone calls where I was not able to get anyone on the phone because some girl kept picking up and setting the phone down and continued to have a personal none work related conversation.

The candy warehouse has a very rude, and uncivilised supervisor Santiago who has no managerial skills on how to professionally address employees. I witnessed him today bashing a co worker how bad she is and he was saying it in front of everyone..who does that? You reprimand an employee in private not announcing it to people in Australia to hear plus his accusations were biased with no merit. He told the poor girl no one likes her..her co workers and team leads dont like her..its a lie! No way no how will everyone in the company dislike you because you always fight. Shes one of the most friendly..she talks to everyone and gets along with everyone.Hes rude to most workers not just her.Needless to say the poor girl walked out due to the humiliation.
