Today I had the worst experience with my haircut at Supercut. I always get my haircut from here and never had problems. Today she messed up my hair so bad and didn’t even bother to apologize. It’s horrible.

I completed a check in online and Jessica was ready for me when I walked in. She was pleasant and professional and asked exactly what I wanted. I have been growing out a pixie cut and really needed a good haircut. I am thrilled with the result and will definitely go back.!

There have been other stylists over the years, each of whom followed Dianes example of professionalism. My latest visit was yesterday for my 1st professional haircut in a year was with Kaitlyn. I was happy to see her as I remembered her from her from her past employment at the salon. As expected, I am very happy with the new cut. If you are in need salon services a visit to the Lindenhurst SUPERCUTS is as close to a sure thing as you can get!

The girl who did my eyebrows today literally butchered my eyebrow so bad I was crying as I left .. my eyebrows were very very thick I hadnt gotten them done in about 6 months before quarantine.. but she kept saying how they were uneven and she was making them smaller and she showed me this .. I dont even know what do say or do smh I should of never came here!! Please dont make the mistake I did .

**WARNING** you got a 50/50 chance of leaving the place with a reasonable cut...they cannot cut men’s hair ! I would recommend training in the future if you’re going to cut someone’s hair and attempt a fade...never again will I use Supercuts

Went in late Sunday afternoon with my granddaughter, was taken in about 5 minutes. The lady listened to what we wanted and we both came out with great new hair styles. Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere and good prices.

Have been going their for years maybe 2x year. Went in for haircut. I am overweight. I was stunned when the hairdresser doing my hair shifted my chair a few inches to get to side I guess and made a loud grunting sound. I was embarrassed said nothing. Then she started brushing my hair roughly even in area of the faces and eyes. I was quite upset by that point and told her to be not so rough. She said Nurses are not rough! ( weird) and the continued brushing in same manner. She finished quickly.. My hair was wet she told me Done. I told her I did not want to go out so wet please dry it. I did not want a blow dry just some heat to make it less wet. They had done that in past. She said she would need to charge me $43.50 or something like that. I t. I told old her I wanted phone no. of her company and her name. She told me she didnt set the rules. I told her my real issue was her demeanor towards me from beginning. She did not seem to care very willingly and arrogantly gave me name and phone no. I left and sat in car and called company. Filed a complaint. I was told it would be passed on to a district manager. Days later I have received no response from company. My advice is if you have a physical flaw and wish to be demeaned while paying for a haircut, this may be just the right place for you to visit! Ugh. No repect.

Total rip off 45$ for a so so wash, cut and blow. Went early morning place was empty. Unfriendly dark haired stylist. Go to lemon tree or any where else not worth it.

This place is super close to where I live so it is our go to place. But I cant guarantee a good haircut. My 13 yr old goes and gets a good haircut, every time. My daughter goes and gets a decent haircut. I go a and its not a good hair cut. Some of the workers are really nice and helpful and other arent. Some just want to push the products on you. And its a bit expensive for a haircut that isnt quite what u want, plus extra for a wash and blow dry.

Got a simple modern mullet today basically just a shave on the sides. hispanic women maybe with glasses. said she doesnt do this style of haircut. didnt ask any questions, didnt touch my sideburns at all, didnt even brush me down after nor ask me how it was. could tell she was reluctant from the start and had an attitude and a smug look on her the whole time. could tell she was upset that it wasnt just a simple shape up. she spent all of 15 mins doing it, had to tell her that one side was clearly longer than the other. obviously hasnt been cutting hair long nor cares. still left her a $5 tip, wishing i hadnt. dont see this woman.
