These guys are great! After moving from the city and frequenting Dominican barbershops (a staple of a male living in the Bronx) I searched high and low for a great barber out here. Justin Blendz is my personal Barber but Ive seen some crazy haircuts from other barbers they can do some nice designs and really cool haircuts highly recommended. Place is also clean and bright which is a plus.

Customer service is severely lacking, especially in the timeliness area. First time was a few months ago and I waited half an hour for Erick to come in. Recently I texted him on a Friday and was told I could come in for an 11:00am appointment on Monday. Arrived at 11:00am that day only to be told he wasn’t there and wouldn’t be in until later and I could come back when he’s in. I scheduled an appointment for a reason. Even more annoying is that the barber has my number and didn’t even drop a courtesy text. Moving onto another place with a better service record.

I take my boys to Dynasty Barber Shop every week and have to say I highly recommend this barber shop to everybody. In my opinion the best barbershop in Long Island. I followed Sandy from a previous barbershop and was pleasantly surprised to here he opened his own place The new shop is Customer friendly and very clean. He is a perfectionist, very detailed. He takes his time with every customer and never rushes . My son will only go to Sandy.

I believe the customer service was bad. One of the barbers “El Chino” made me wait due to a customer appointment, not having anyone in the chair at that moment. Now let’s talk about the cut. My face was slightly cut in different areas and he did a veeeery deep edgegoing outward on my goat tee. It looks hideous. I had to take it all off. Now letting it grow.

Clean place. Good cut. Slacking and not focused staff. Very slow. Always got friends hanging around the store. Talking and laughing. Barbers kept walking away from their customers to chat with friends or go outside. Texting and talking on their phones mid haircut. Very unprofessional. No patience for this. I will not be coming back.
