Absolutely amazing experience! The main boss (his name escapes me) is what a manager should be. Honestly without him, I would have not left with a car. They gave me the price I needed to have, the car I wanted and a satisfactory trade in price.Initially the car I bought was filthy. The team did not clean the car at all when someone traded it in but I was told to come back the next day for a full detail of the vehicle ND they did it. Gave me a loaner for a day and got my car back super clean the next day.There was a recall on the model and they took care of it in an hour. I cant sat enough good things about this place all due to the manager I worked with. Hes the heart of this place.

I was looking for a new Kia Telluride. Had a chance to visit the dealership. Did a test drive and configured it. Sales person was super nice. When it came to pricing, sales person mentioned that the Market adjustment is $6000 above MSRP with mandatory paint protection for couple of thousand bucks.I asked whether they can do Kia factory order at MSRP. The manager simply said they cant do it because it is a company policy. He didnt even bother to negotiate anything. Too bad. I did exactly the same (factory order at MSRP - no additional fees) with International Kia at Orland park. I would have gone with these guys if they tried any negotiation. Be competitive with other dealers!

Bought a 2017 Kia Sorrento at the end of 2017. Had it for 4 years no major problems at all until now. March of 2021 I noticed that no oil was registering on the dip stick. So Itook it to the dealer service department and told them what was going on. They checked it out, did a oil change and told me to come back in 1000 - 1200 miles to check it again. Did that and still no oil after 1200 miles. Well this the third time bringing it back as of today August 31, 2021 I been without a car for almost a week. To make matters worse I was told theres no loaner car for my situation so I cant get around nor go to work. Wrote a letter to Corporate and all I got was junk mail. Really disappointed with Kia right now I thought I was buying from a great company that stood behind their work and took care of there customers. Not the case for me......

Ive never experienced anything like this before. My husband and I went to see a Lexus ES 350, nice car. I got a bad vibe from Val, the salesman just by listening to how he talked to the previous customers that didnt purchase a car. However, we decided to still see the Lexus. I liked the car but wanted to see the same exact car, different color but at the dealership across the street, Hyundai of Lincolnwood. Val, supposedly called to see if the vehicle I was inquiring about was still available. He comes back 2 mins later and tells us the vehicle was sold. That seemed weird, so I suggested to my husband that we should still go check. Got across the street to Hyundai and and there goes the vehicle Val claimed was sold. Such a disappointment and I will NEVER refer anyone to Kia of Lincolnwood. Its not that serious to go out your way to lie to customers just to get a sale.
