There was a glitch in obtaining a certain part for my car because of the pandemic and they were excellent in keeping me informed regarding the issue. The two employees who helped me, Carlos and Alexis, were the best. Friendly, professional and honest. On top of their game. The entire experience was friction-less. This was a repair covered by State Farm (company for the car that hit the car that hit me from behind). The final cost seemed fair. They also gave me a free estimate for a different (not covered by insurance) minor repair that wed considered getting done at the same time. Decided against it for now, but will most probably return when/if we decide to repair it. They helped with the rental car which was really helpful. They called Enterprise to pick me up the day I dropped off our car, and then when our car was finished (days sooner than estimated), I was able to just leave the rental there and Enterprise came later to pick it up. Seamless process. I highly recommend this location for your bodyshop needs.

This was an incredible experience. I had multiple lights on my dashboard and the friendly staff ran the diagnostic test and explained to me what the issue was. They laid out all my options for me on how to fix the issue and their service was timely and great! Every person I talked to was courteous and helpful. They were able to explain the process and worked diligently over the holiday weekend to have my car ready early (which it was)! They will definitely have my business again. I was very impressed with the service I received from everyone in every part of the process. Customer service was helpful, the work was done efficiently and quickly, they even cleaned my car (inside and out), and were understanding in my struggle to drop off/pick up my car.

I brought my car to service king after someone hit it while it was parked over the winter. Upon arrival, the service manager came out greeted me and immediately started to look at the car. I was given an accurate timeline / cost and they stuck to it. My car is Mythos black so I am very picky about swirl marks or any imperfections and I couldnt find any when the job was completed. Also, not sure if this is standard but the fact they had an enterprise rep onsite streamlined the rental process which was nice. I hope I dont have to go back but if I need services in the future I now know where to go.

Great place to get your repairs done. This place will update you every other day on the status of your repairs as well as notify you if there will be more things you need to fix. They offer lifetime warranty on their repairs which they do a good job following through. Very easy to work with.

I asked for a quote to fix my driver side door and my front bumper as well. No quote. No fix. But.., everyone was very nice and the water was free. And the back half of my car looks great!

So I locked my keys, cell, and wallet in my car at the Kohls parking lot and so I needed help. I walked over to Service King and within 10 minutes the receptionalist and manager had me in my car. They did not ask me to pay for anything either. I was super thankful and happy that these were just nice people helping someone!

About a year ago I had some hail damage and some dent and paint work done to my new van from a branch falling on it. I used to work at a factory as a paint technician so I was very concerned about the quality of the work and the type of paint they used. After talking to the manager and seeing some of their work I went ahead with the repair. When I got the car back the paint work was beautiful and the match perfect. The people that work their were all very nice and helpful.The one complaint that I have is the non- direct phone line to the shop. You have to call the nation wide number and then get transferred to the shop to check on the repair. This causes a communication gap that seems to be the only problem I hear other people complain about. This is a busy shop because they do good work and why it is hard to get a hold of people.I was driving home from work yesterday and some one rear ended my new Jeep SRT. Im about to drop it off for repairs and my second experience with them. I will be posting another review once it is done.

The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. I was kept up to date throughout the process by Andrew R. and the work completed was exceptional and well ahead of their estimated timeline. I hope I dont have to file a claim again, but if I do, Ill definitely go back here.
