I was planning on purchasing before the end of this year, but I soon realized that the vehicle that I was searching for was *very* hot and hard to find. I knew that I had to make a move fast!I went to the website and requested to start the buying process. It took all of maybe an hour to get a response from Jackie. I wasnt about trying to negotiate and haggle the price; the Cayenne was already a stellar value. Additionally, if you look up the residual value of these cars, theyre the BEST, by far! Even better than Lexus.From start to finish, the entire buying process over the phone took maybe an hour TOPS after waiting for the response back from the website request. I knew that I wanted the car and I put a deposit down. I wasnt able to make it the same day (We closed the deal on Friday, 8/27), but she was accommodating and willing to work with me. I had to fly in and drive the vehicle back on the agreed-upon Wednesday (9/1) date.I walked into the dealership, said that I had an appointment. She showed me the vehicle and they also walked through some of the basic stuff. Fortunately, Ive driven over a couple thousand miles in a newer Cayenne while on vacation earlier in the year, so there wasnt too much that I wasnt familiar with. My only concern was a visual inspection of the vehicle.As far as the condition of the vehicle, TOP NOTCH. Nothing less than spectacular. No scratches, no dings, new tires, and full-option. The only options that the car didnt have were rear climate control and a full leather interior. Those werent deal-breakers to me. The vehicle was the best that Ive seen. And Ive looked across the entire nation at every large or Premier Porsche dealership that I could find. On top of that, this was a CPO Cayenne, so nothing was left undone. Everything, including all services, were done. The Continental Cross Climate tires were over 8/32nd tread. Again, nothing but the best.Rachel, the business manager, made the signing and temp tag process quite pleasant as well.Overall, I loved being able to walk in, have the cash ready, and walk out the door inside of an HOUR. Thats been my magic number throughout this entire experience Considering this being one of the larger purchases that anyone would make outside of a house, Id say thats pretty impressive.Thank you so much Jackie! Bad experience with this guys, they had a car with lower price inside of the car and when I asked about the final price they said that the inside price paper which was printed its wrong and they increase the price with 2 thousand more because the supervisor John David said that Im the third person who is interested to buy this car and he decided to change the price. I said ok Iminterested,but the car doesnt have the inspection and they said that will do it next Monday. Monday I called them and they says that inspection was scheduled for 1st of July. 1st of July I have been called by Hubert Banasiuk and he said that the car was sold to somebody else. Definitely I dont recommend to work with this guys.

I purchased my first Porsche from Loeber Motors (aka Porsche Lincolnwood). This is the first time purchasing a luxury vehicle for me, and I wasnt sure what to expect. While the staff were still kind and professional, I loved that they were not pretentious in any way. The receptionist, salesman (Charles Tran), and sales manager (Dave Pearson) were all easy to interact with, and I never felt intimidated by the process.I specifically visited the dealership to look at a particular vehicle that they had in stock last December. I worked with the salesperson, Charles Tran. He was very friendly, genuine, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle I was looking at. The in-stock vehicle that I was considering didnt have some of the features that I was looking for. At the end of the day, Charles conceded that while he would love to sell me their in-stock vehicle that day, he would prefer that I get a Porsche with all of the features that I was seeking. I left the dealership without a purchase. After doing some more research and talking with Charles both on the phone and via e-mail, we custom designed a Porsche that had all the features I wanted in the vehicle.Once we came up with my ideal vehicle, we had a quick negotiation and settled on a price. I just bought my first Porsche from Loeber. Out of state. My car was shipped from thousands of miles away and it arrived in excellent condition. They made the process very easy. To anyone hesitating to buy a car online like I did, dont. This guys know what they are doing.

We picked up a new car yesterday that we had custom ordered and it was by far the best experience with any dealer of any brand. Placing a custom order always can be a tedious experience, but throw in a global pandemic and national shutdowns, and it could easily have been a recipe for frustration and exasperation. Dave Pearson the GM and Tony Taylor, our salesman, went above and beyond each step of the way to prevent that and to make it a great experience. For the second time this month I stopped in to Loeber Porsche regarding my new Porsche Macon. The first time I needed a tool for my tires and the second time I stopped in for some touch-up paint. Both times the services was beyond impecable! I was immediately greeted and helped to 110% satisfaction. In fact, when I stopped in to get the touch-up paint, not only did they have it in stock, they actually took care of the touch up for me!!! I purchased my Macon at a different dealer, but I will definitely be getting all my service done at Loeber.

Loeber Porsche Chicago is a great store. I had visited the porsche exchange in highland park and than went to this store. The staff here is very professional and very kind. The reason I bought my porsche here was because of Tom Simmons, Rachel Borizani, and Dave Pearson. As I live in Chicago this is also the closest dealer to me. The store they are working in right now is an old Mercedes store while they build a new one behind it. Thank you again for taking care of me.. I have already got a list of more customers for you...

I recently purchased a gently used Boxter from Loeber. Due to the ongoing pandemic, they worked with me remotely. I found the car on their website; the salesman delivered the car to my home for a test drive, negotiated via email/phone, facilitated the paperwork online and then delivered the car to my door post-purchase. What more can a consumer ask for? If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Loeber Porsche is the place to go when considering a Porsche. I can say that from first hand experience. My first Porsche was leased from the dealership further north on the Edens Expressway and turned in at Loeber and I purchased a new one from Loeber.
