I’ve been to this dealer’s service department twice and both times they returned my car to me without the service done that they said they had done. The first time I paid $1,000 for annual service (oil change) only to have the car returned with the battery cover completely removed and empty windshield washing fluid — an item specifically listed on the invoice for an annual service. The car doesn’t have a dipstick so I couldn’t verify if they actually changed the oil. That is, I have no evidence the service was actually performed. The second time they called me to say that my key had been fixed, as I requested, and when I picked the car up the key did not work. Unforeseen circumstance the service rep said, then offered to fix it for over $500 and additional wait time.If you do business with this service department — and I recommend that you do not — you should double check that they’ve done everything they said that theyve done.
