It was very peaceful and the employees were a bonus. The salon is well maintained and very clean. Nancy did my nails so well that I am going to schedule with her every time I go.

My mother and I went to get our nails done here today. We actually are leaving for Disney world on Monday and we wanted to have cute nails for when we go. My nails were not too bad fortunately, the design was the only thing that made it look unprofessional. My mothers nails are all uneven, too thick, and just overall sloppy. Multiple nails are pointing upwards and one of her nails has blood mixed in with the gel polish that is from her cuticle being cut. She also was supposed to have a “pearl” type effect on one nail on each hand but it looks absolutely nothing like how they described it. This is not the first time we have had troubles with this place either.

Happy Nails gives the best service. Friendly,professional and thorough. Nancy does a fabulous job on my nails. Always so smooth and just tge right length. Love the pedicures. So relaxing.

Literally best place for me. The lady did a ombre acrylic. It was so gorgeous. I got them done a month ago but man I was impressed!!

This is the 2nd time that my daughter and I had an appointment, she got in 15 min after our appointment time. I waited for 1 hr. I was not going to have enough time to get them done, so I declined to have them done. BTW, they know that I pay when my daughter and I come in. And when they were restricted during COVID, I tipped 100% on our services. I just wish I was treated with some respect.

I am always happy with the designs they do and the service. They do a great job.

I went here on Saturday with my friend. We just had a girls weekend and knew we wanted our nails done. We’re from out of town so I did research on which place and I read the reviews for this place. Most of the negative reviews were because of the wait times. I’ll have to agree on that. We had to wait about an hour before we got seated and our nails started on. But it was long enough to see how friendly this place is. The gal I got I don’t think was 100% sure on what she was doing as I did ask for something specific but she tried and asked if I liked it at every step. She tried to get what I wanted to the best of her ability and I appreciated that. So I’m giving a 4/5 star because I loved this place and they were all friendly and made sure their customers were happy. So if you don’t mind the wait I definitely recommended this place!! Thank you happy nails I enjoyed my girls weekend (will try putting a picture up of my nails if I can figure it out)

They were very accommodating and stayed late for me and were very creative with the design I requested.

Went in and asked if they had time, said to come back in an hour so we did, helped 4 people after us and did not get to us for almost another hour and then told us she couldn’t do something and tried to get us to spend more money

Excellent! You will never get the personal attention and detail like you get at Happy nails anywhere else. Hands down they have absolutely everything there better! I went there on a whim after being treated dismissively at two different salons and I will never go anywhere else. The amount of colors they have for their dip is amazing. Wherever I go I get compliments! Happy nails has the nicest staff! I have never been treated like just another person that comes in! They remember you every single time and they treat you so well! It really is a different experience than any other salon. I highly recommend it- at least try it once! You will see what I mean!

I decided to try this place out since I work close by. And now I have been coming here for months. Glad I decided to check it out. Every time I go its usually as a walk in. And the longest Ive ever had to wait is 10 mins. Its a relaxing, nice atmosphere. All the ladies that work there are so nice. Plus they always do a fantastic job on my nails each time.

I only go to these ladies for anything and everything nail and waxing related. They always leave my brows full and beautiful and also keeping them clean. They never miss a hair on my upper lip. Along with waxing their nail care is phenomenal. My nails always last so long and never lack in strength after treatment. Really well run and will fit you in as soon as possible. They have customers for life, I have been one for three years and will be here until I move!

I go here on a regular basis. I have my nails done with powder dip. I am always made to feel welcome and comfortable there. I also get regular pedicures. I feel so relaxed after one. I not had any problems with Happy Nails and I highly recommend them.

Worst ever first I ask for ONE SINGLE nail repair which they say “oh 4$” then when it’s done they say I can’t use credit card or check with out it being 10$ that should be said upfront. DUH!! Second the effing nail fell off the next day. Literally less than 24 hrs and it fell off. Lesson learned go to Shiny nail where they are NICE and do a GOOD JOB!!!

Made an appointment for 5 people at 1 pm on a Friday. We all arrived on time. There were 5 employees working when we showed up, one even giving what looked to be a 6th employee a pedicure. By the time we left at 4 pm (yes, we were there for 3 hours...4 shellac manis & 4 pedis), only 3 remained. We waited 45 min for our first pedicure to start. Our last manicure didn’t start until 3 pm and that was after asking when they were going to do her nails 3 times! They literally took a walk-in customer before our scheduled appointment!! NOT impressed with their attention to customers.Gave them 2 stars only because the price for the service was reasonable & appears to be a clean shop. Can’t say I’d go back.

Perfect customer Service. The type of service I love to see when I get my nails done. Best place in town to me. I probably wont go anywhere else now. The essential oil sugar scurb is the best treat to add to any pedicure. Love it.

I decided to look for a new nail salon that was closer to home. I looked up the best salons in Lincoln, & Happy Nails was one of the top 3 and right by my house. It seemed like a perfect switch, especially when I walked in. The place is well kept, clean, and the chairs are a lot nicer than other places. Also, they did one thing different that other salons dont which was wrapping the legs in warm towels. Needless to say, I felt comfortable and thought it was going to be a wonderful experience and that Id found a new long term salon until I was up and my pedicure began.Like a lot of places Ive been, the salon had employees that didnt speak very good English... which was totally fine except throughout the duration of my visit they spoke in their language back and forth the ENTIRE time and were audibly louder than any other salon. Also, I have a fairy tattoo on my leg, and one of the employees waved a washcloth towards it as she walked by, scoffed, spoke in her language aloud, and I was given dirty looks once it was noticed by her and other employees. I even smiled at a different worker and she gave me an awful look before quickly looking away from me. I felt like I was 2 inches tall. I wasnt offered a design either, & thats something Im use to elsewhere. I was exhausted mentally, physically, & emotionally & had just got off work after being up since 5am. I was hoping for a relaxing experience, but I left feeling hurt & confused. Happy Nails is NOT a happy environment in my opinion, and I wont be returning!!!

Today I had a horrible experience there. My nails have gotten really long after getting shellac so I went in to get the shellac off and get another color. There was a new girl helping me who didnt speak any english. She trimmed most of my nail off and filed, for what seemed like an eternity but she could not for the life of her shape them! EVERY NAIL ON MY HAND HAD A DIFFERENT SHAPE! The nails were so short that there was literally nothing I could do! I told the owner(? it seemed like the one answering the phones was the lady in charge) right away and they told me if I want long nails I can get acrylic.....WTF BRUH DONT CUT OFF MY LONG NAILS AND THEN TELL ME TO GET ACRYLIC!Thankfully the lady I always see was there and she tried to fix what the other lady did. She tried but at that point my nails were so short there wasnt much she could do. I left with my beautiful, long nails chopped off and no nail polish and I still paid. I am very disappointed.Ive come here many times for manicures and pedicures and always left a happy customer, until now. I usually get the same lady who does a great job on my nails! It is true that the ladies there dont always chat with you and just talk amongst themselves while doing your nail but I dont care about that. As long as my nails look good Im happy! BEWARE before letting a lady in her 30s-40s who speaks no english (literally not even one word) work on your nail there- chances are shell probably mess them up beyond repair!
