I love this place and have been coming here for years! Today Dan did my nails for my birthday and I love them! 10/10 recommend they have awesome options for pedicures, can do any kind of nail you might want and if u bring in a pic of what you are wanting they will make sure you leave satisfied! The prices are very reasonable and the employees are super nice. Also they are all really good at making sure to fix any mistakes they make without being rude about it, which is amazing.

I Love Lisa. I have been going to Lisa for 3 years every two weeks. She always makes sure I am happy with my services and she always does a fabulous job. Lisa always provides me with 5 star service and she’s always happy and upbeat. I would pay any amount to have my nails done by Lisa. You pay for what you get, which is quality and skill. I would recommend Sapphire nails to anyone, everyone who works there is very talented and the salon always has a good vibe!

This was my first time having my nails done professionally, so I didnt know what to expect or what to ask for. I just knew my nails always look awful. I called and spoke with one of the owners, who very kindly asked questions and helped me figure out what I should do. I was able to book an appointment for an hour later! The same gentleman started my nails and walked me through what would occur. He was so nice to this newbie! After my dip was complete, I had the opportunity to talk to the other owner, who could not have been lovelier! She explained the processes and options in a bit more detail, told me how to take care of my dry dry cuticles, and also gave me some cuticle oil she usually saves for repeat customers! I hate to keep saying nice, but they were! Im going to try something wild the next time I go! I saw some excellent artistry! Definitely go here if you want a clean spa with responsive staff and management.

This is by far the best nail place I have found in Lincoln. They do a fantastic job keeping up with the times and trends. Everytime I want my nails done they give me the best design, quality, and exactly what I want. I have gone here for over a year and my experience has been the same every time, they are always exceeding my expectations.

I get my nails done often and I have NEVER experienced the patience and attention to detail that this staff provided during both my pedicure and full set. I have had people in the past rush through shaping and buffing coffin nails but my artist took time to make them perfect. I will definitely be going back again!

Nancy did a great job! Everybody in the salon was so kind and cared for their customers well. I was offered a beverage throughout my service and always felt well taken care of. My nails look amazing, they are stunning! My experience here was perfect and I’ll definitely be going back. Every tech there seemed to do a wonderful job, Nancy did mine and her work was beautiful! She was so sweet too!!

Do you notice that they only reply to the good reviews ? I as a business owner will reply to ALL comments, if it’s something we need to work on I would love to know . It’s rude to simply ignore people’s reviews who weren’t happy with their service .. as long as it wasn’t distasteful and rude . I have rescheduled my pedicure and fill more than once, (I run 2 business here in Lincoln so I can’t always make my apts) I have part timers call in last minute so I have to go into my stores. I was told “sure, but keep your appointments next time” excuse me? I’ll just go somewhere else… I have the decency to at least let u know verses just not showing up. I could have just done that. For all the times I go in for an appointment and I’m not even seen until 20-30 minutes past, I’m sure you’re busy enough to fill in my pedicure time slot that I can’t make … they expect you to keep appointments but they can’t even do that for you. The work is good, but there are plenty of others that are good too. I know 2 nail techs who have quit both within 2 weeks of each other. It’s just a toxic environment.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. The place was so dirty, with layers of sticky grime. They burned both me and my daughter with the water, the rocks and the towels, talked the whole time to each other (at one time they were talking about their pooping habits) not even paying attention that they hadn’t even exfoliated my feet. They put the scrub only on the front of my legs and then poured the alcohol stuff across the top of my feet and toes. My toes burned after I was done. The girl who did my pedicure spot polished my toenails, so it was clumpy and uneven and they only did one coat of Polish on my daughters toes no second color coat or a clear coat. We left and actually went somewhere else that we trusted to fix it and get rid of the burning feeling on our feet.

Sapphire nails always leaves me speechless! They’re amazing at what they do, I never sit in awkward silence. and it’s also very affordable. I’ve been coming to them for a couple years now and they’ve always been good to me. I will always recommend sapphire nails to anybody who asks!!

I do not understand the good reviews of this place. It was dirty and stinky. I got transferred between 3 different people. My nails ended up bumpy, uneven, and crooked on the edges. Plus there are random black spots and glitter in the top coat. I’m so angry I just spent $50 for horrible nails.

I always have a great experience at Sapphire. Nancy is one of my favorite nail artist. She is very detail oriented and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend to anyone who wants to splurge a little on their nails. The price is worth it because they give you good quality nails.

Showed a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and the guy Dan had no idea what he was doing. Workers was “teaching” him by pointing instead of showing him. Was told one price and then over charged.

The worst nail job I’ve ever had done. So uneven and bumpy. I have random black glitter in my pink nails.Some of my nails are crooked too! Terrible job! Going somewhere different tomorrow because I can’t even stand to look at them

I absolutely loved my experience. They were very clean and sanitary. Tom did my pedicure he was very good. I had good conversation with him and I didnt feel like he rushed through my service. He was very detailed. I truly appreciated it. Nicki did my daughters acrylics. She also did a very good job 10/10 would recommend.

I went there, and they cut me while filing my nail. It took two hours for just nails. After that my nails are so big from all the product. It’s been 1 hour, and it’s already chipping. At the beginning of this whole thing I asked for water, and I never got any. The person doing my nails never talked to me.

I made my appointment on the phone he said, “send me a pic of the nails you want on Facebook messenger and I’ll give you an accurate quote.” I sent it, he told me “$50 to $55.” I get there after the services have already started say it will be $80. I said, “that’s not what I was quoted” and showed them the conversation on messenger. They stated, “that’s just a quote we haven’t finished your nails yet so we can charge you whatever we want.” I can understand a quote being off $5 give or take, not a 31-37% up charge. That’s bad business to tell someone a price then once the services have already started, then decide to increase the price. Will not be going back.Reply to the owner: There was no difference in the picture I sent on Facebook messenger and the one I showed when I came to the salon. You even stated it was the salons fault for the misquote because your employee didn’t know the difference between glitter and treasure nail. I’m so glad to hear your going to be getting a better and more accurate quoting system.

Got my nails done by Nancy and they are the best nails I’ve ever gotten! Lee did my toes and of course they matched the perfection on my nails!

I called and they said they accept walk ins. Came in and they told me they were full and wouldnt see me. Glad I wasted my gas. They are open until 6 and it is not even 1pm.Reply to owner: I can understand being busy but there was no professionalism. No one offered for me to make an appointment. No one apologized for telling me they would accept a walk in and within the hour being told they are too busy and just wasted my time and gas. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Had an amazing experience today. First time coming through just went through a few photos of my favorite designs that theyve done previously and just told her to have fun with it. Absolutely in love with the amazing Art she made. Very quick and personable crew. I cannot wait to come back

Haven’t been a while but decided to give them a second chance. Went in made our nails super thin which led to them breaking easily a day later. Came in our nail techs didn’t fill out the sheet correctly so they didn’t which color our nails were. Didn’t make it clear which bin was dip or shellac. Led to a lot of confusion and us getting our nails painted the wrong color. I had a acrylic set on and she proceeded to do half dip then put shellac polish on top of it. To top it off they made our nails thin again. Shape is wonky and the whole experience is was uncomfortable because we were being ignored! Wouldn’t recommend mindys unless you are going in for short dip nails.

I drove all the way to Omaha to this place, and I was very speechless with the outcome! The staff was friendly and very welcoming, I got full set and showed them a pic I was inspired by and they rocked it! I’m still aw struck how they did them! Such great service and will be back!

Omg omg! My new favorite salon! The wait is so worth it! They are a bit on the pricy side but for the work and beauty of the nails it is worth it! First time nails havnt hurt days after getting them! I have sensitive hands so other places that just slapped a nail on with no care hurt my fingers and made me usually rip them off. Sapphire is one of the best nail salons in Lincoln Nebraska.

My husband and I made an appointment for 2 pedicures. This was his first time as he had his MMA fight the next day.We arrived and were promptly sat.both ladies were SO accommodating and friendly.(as well as the male who offered refreshments)My husband needed extra callouses removed which was only $5 extra! he had the wax pedicure and I had the coffee pedicure; recommended by my nail tech. I’m 8 months pregnant and my pedicure was the most relaxed I’ve felt my entire pregnancy. It was the best experience I’ve had in a salon. Both pedicures were Amazing! They take extra caution and extra time to give you a great RELAXING experience! Not to mention they converse with you and get to know you as a client! I also adore my color on my toes, bright and bold! Definitely recommend sapphire nails!!

This was my first time going to this nail salon. I made an appointment at 5 and didn’t get started until about 5:45. I do understand places do get busy so I wasn’t worried. I did get cut a lot and I started to bleed a little so a little harsh on the nails. But my nails look amazing and it was definitely worth the $50. Most likely will become my new nail salon! ❤️

They provide music entertainment, offer you a drink, and make you feel like you are a friend before you leave. They have a great selection to choose from and are always doing new things. Sapphire Nails & Spa is the best nail salon I’ve encountered since moving here to Lincoln! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is new and very well set up. I have had “nails” since 1983. By nature I have tissue paper thin nails. It was recommended I go to dip, and after 1 month my nails are growing and hard. Sure this could happen other places however, their knowledge of the functioning body is impressive!The owners are Customer 1 priority, cleanliness in the pedicures, and first to market on techniques and products!Quiet, calming time, and not pushed thru like animals! IF there is an issue, it is resolved right away!

Appointment was very delayed. The guy cut me several time. Gel is very rough feeling and theres massive build up under my nails and on the sides. Nail shape is awful. Absolute waste of money! Nails are lifting after 2 days.

I came here to get shellac on my toes and was recommended to try this salon by many regulars that come here. I was absolutely blown away by not only their color options but how amazing the staff was. Bang did my pedi and found a weird buildup in my nail bed from the previous salon I had been at. She did a tremendous job taking care of it and it didn’t hurt at all. I definitely will be coming here exclusively! I 100% recommend this salon! Amazing service and best color options in Lincoln!!

Got a basic gel pedicure, $41. Customer service was great, (one lady was very pushy for us to buy other things and made rude comments) but overall I like everyone else’s customer service. Very nice and attentive.

My friend and I just went there. And I was in and out quick, easy, and my nail tech did a lovely job. My friend however had dip on already and needed it removed but she got left by her nail tech for an hour just sitting. Finally when someone came back to help her it was someone else and this nail tech did a poor job. She chunked the dip on and then took another hour and a half to file them back down. Overall was there for 2 1/2 hours, and she left with just okay nails. Overpriced for the time we spent there.

This place is awesome! I love the atmosphere and the massage chairs feel so good. Sapphire Nails & Spa just had their grand opening and the vibe tells me that this place will be a hit!

If I could give 0 starts I would. I use to only come to this place but the more I declined other services the more I felt they didnt care for me. If I only wanted a pedi they would push on me to get my nails done when I didnt want to. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:30pm but had to wait two hours before they even started on my nails. At first the lady who put the tips on got glue all over my fingers and then it kept getting worse. A different lady took over to do the design (she rushed to get them done and they turned out sloppy) at the end when i told her i wasnt happy with them. She kept making excuses. Then tried to fix them but only made them worse!!! Definitely not happy. Wish i could add pictures

The lady giving my girlfriend her pedicure scrubbed the side of her foot until it started bleeding. She failed to acknowledge it, appologize or make it right. All she did was keep putting the bleeding cuts back in the water and kept going. Employees constantly on their phones and not paying attention to THEIR job in front of them. Very unprofessional and not worth the 95 dollars that was paid for the service. We will not be returning and would not recommend.

Ive never felt less appreciated at a place where I didnt even get a chance to get anything done. I was fully prepared to spend a lot of money and I have seen people that have had beautiful nails from there and even follow the Instagram page. I made an appointment and had to wait two hours to my appointment. I waited and waited and when I showed up they were not prepared for me and didnt even know why I was there. The lady finally just told me sit down. I said I need to use the restroom really quick because Im a nurse and I hadnt had a chance to all day. Less than a minute later I come out and she has someone else sitting in the chair and is doing their nails and ignores me and Im just standing there. Everyone that works there is ignoring me and Im like okay so I had an appointment whats going on? They said oh can you just sit and wait another 15 minutes after they had started on someone who walked in after me that did not have an appointment. I said no I cant they asked me if I would just come back a different time. I had already been waiting and called ahead of time to make an appointment a specific appointment. This was so rude and unprofessional I dont think anyones ever cared less that I wanted to spend money in their business ever. I went to Happy Nails and immediately got the best service and was treated like a princess! I will not give sapphire nails another chance. Im shocked how rude my experience was! I also now need to add that I tried to teach out and share my experience with them to their Instagram, and instead of apologizing or making it right, they BLOCKED me! This is probably the worst customer service experience Ive ever had!! This wasnt just a little mix up or mistake - this was outright horrible on so many levels! At least anyone on Google can see how you treat your prospective customers! What a horrible place
