My nails started shipping sooner than I would’ve wanted and I asked the girl not to shape my nails and she kind of did it anyway there was nothing wrong with the shape itself but I just wanted my nails to have a natural shape. Other than that they’re pretty good I would just make sure you tell them exactly what you want two times so there isn’t any confusion.

I had previously gotten my nails done somewhere else and they really were not good. I was able to make an appointment here the very next day and it was very clean and had a friendly atmosphere. They gave me exactly what I wanted.

A baby could honestly paint my nails better. The fans/air blowers for nails and pedicures have spider webs. Also, as soon as the man got my nails done, he carries my phone and purse over and dragged me to where the fan and the air blowers were. Very inappropriate. The sorts of questions the man asked were so disrespectful. These people need to learn to respect their customers and do a better job.

Everyone is amazing here! Professional, friendly, great nail artists. Have had the best pedicure and feet & legs massage in my life! They take their time and ensure you are satisfied with their service. Very clean, relaxing atmosphere. Its a wonderful place to be pampered!

I have been here once about 3 years ago. I did not like it (not entirely sure why) so I did not go back. The last couple of months, I went to Hot Nails three times for a full set and shellac because my roommate convinced me that they must have gotten better. My nails always looked good. The ladies did what I wanted, but the edges by my cuticles always peeled. Before I started going here, I could push it to about three weeks before needing a fill, but here I could barely make it to two weeks before they peeled. They would also break easily. I have broken at least one nail after getting my nails done here each time. It is really bothersome. It never happened to me at my other nail places. I did read other reviews and noticed that other ladies said the same thing. Im sure they do well in other areas for nails, but the acrylics just did not hold up. I peeled them off each time because I did not have the time or money to be going back every two weeks. Never have I ever had to peel my nails off within two weeks time. Like I said, the colors were great and the ladies are lovely, but maybe its their acrylic powder products? I just wish they didnt peel so easily. Maybe it is a place I will try again in another couple of months/years, but as for now, I am still on the search of the perfect salon.

I went here because my friend’s nails looked so good. So, I went in and got acrylics. I showed this lady a design I wanted, but she chose the wrong color, even though I already picked it out. She tried to convince me it looked nice, but it looked awful. So, I made a different person do my nails. The lady that did my nails prior was talking bad about me, and I didn’t appreciate. She also cut my cuticle so bad it started bleeding. When I was done, she charged me sooooo much than it needed to be.

Got a full set and about 2 fills. Fills kept lifting after only 1.5 weeks. Got fungus on my real nails. This has NEVER happened to me. Thought, well, okay, I’ll go back and ask for a refund. They said it’s not their fault. That my hands are probably too wet and they get moisture under there. I work at an office. The most I get my hands we are in the shower. They nade no effort to fix anything or keep me as a returning customer.

I agree with the best pedicure statement above. A classic pedicure is a spa grade treatment. You still only pay 25 though. Im talking hot stones, multiple massages with scrub, lotion, oil, and a mask. I never have to wait but they are always busy. Good time management I guess 😊

They are AMAZING! I haven’t had my nails done in 5+ years. My cousin goes here and said I wouldn’t be disappointed. There’s one man that works there, he’s the one who did my nails. And he did them exactly how I wanted. I’ll be going back for sure.

Very friendly and competitive pricing. They did a great job accommodating my granddaughter and my niece (they are 4 years old). I will definitely visit again.....fast forward there was a 100% staffing change. I went to get my eyebrows done last week. I had to go immediately to another shop to get my eyebrows redone.

Very over priced for pedicures. Charges for stuff that is included in other salons. Will never get another pedicure here again. The quality was not even Worth $30! For a basic pedicure! The salon was kinda clean but just not worth the prices!

I got a pedicure and shellac manicure for the first time here today. I got the pedicure first and my friend also got one with me. They charged me an extra $5 saying I had calesus on my feet(which I know I do, Ive just never been charged extra for it so I just said okay) but gave my friend the same treatment for no more money. The person I had was very thorough but slow. When she was doing my manicure she put like 3 layers of top coat on but still got the shellac color all over my fingers. I usually go to American Nails and love it there, my friend wanted to try this place.

They’re way too rough with the drills, they can’t paint my nails without flooding my cuticles/ getting it on my skin. they also ALWAYS refile your nails after they’re done painting them and it NEVER fails to make the polish chip. the costumer service here is also awful, the workers make you feel rushed and unappreciated.

I love hot nails. They are quick and good. My nails were done in July. 2 months ago. Have grown out but not broken, chipped or anything. Will continue to go there.

Cindy always does a great job on my waxing! I refuse to have anyone else touch my eyebrows shes been doing my waxing for over 3 years now. Always polite and fun small talk.

Awesome job, very nice and friendly. Just moved here and this was the 3 shop I have tried and my last, found my new nail salon! Accommodated my five year old with a drink and tv while me and my 14 year old got our diva on.

Well my nails looked cute until they started falling off not even 24 hours after I got them done. They werent put on good enough. It wasnt a big deal until I went back the next day to get it fixed and I was told to come back later. I shouldnt have to go to the nail salon 3 different times for some basic a** nails that they half ass did. Ive never really had problems with them before but this just irritated me.

They were great and treated me with kindness.

Hot Nails does a fabulous job every time and they do not over charge! I love this nail shop when Im on the the North side of Lincoln. If you are pressed for time and the are not busy it is not uncommon to have two nail techins working on your Mani & Pedi simentaneously! The techs are all great! I love this venue and the people that work there!

This place is so dirty and ridiculously overpriced for the mediocre work you get. Has anyone read their health department inspections? Let’s just say they are not very good. 3 of my nails fell off after 3 days. That has never happened before. I can tell they use MMA monomer which is ILLEGAL because my skin broke out immediately. Hopefully this place gets shut down soon!
