I walked in and was assisted within 5 minutes. I always get my pedicures done here and they do an awesome job and it’s very relaxing. I got a manicure this time and it was not to great of an experience. While the dip and shape looks very good they were very rough on my cuticles and even cut me with the blade while filing down the dip and shaping up the corners. My cuticles are on fire and I have hang nails on almost every finger because they cut my actual skin off instead of just the cuticle. I will continue to get pedicures here and rave about them for that but I would be more choosy when it comes to my manicures.

New owners raised prices and removed all of the thec relaxin atmosphere. Did not follow instructions .

The thickest dip manicure Ive ever had. I thought maybe it was a one time thing, but after the 3rd time I changed Salons. When I asked for a chrome finish on my manicure they said my nails were too small and refused to do it, where going to other salons they have no problem.

Went to so many nail salons to get what I wanted and had bad experiences at all of them, this one I didnt. It was on point and did a great job even ended up bringing my daughter for a mani, pedi... was very professional

This was my first time coming in and overall I had a good experience. I was greeted and sat immediately when I walked in without an appointment. I was in and out in under an hour and my nails look great. I loved the relaxing music, and how quiet it was. However I would suggest working on customer service. The man that helped me did not offer any other services or designs, or really talk to me at all, but he did do an amazing job on my nails!

Wonderful experience with my mom and grandma! My grandma had never done a Mani or pedi before and they were great about it, we had a lot of fun! The details of the design on my nails is stunning!

A full set is $25 plus $3+ for shapes which are “coffin,Oval, etc.” I showed a picture of what I wanted which was square but less bulky on the side, basically cleaned up square. He charged me $8 for the shape. When I get coffin it’s normally $3 more but $8 for very very short and square? Hmmm. Not going again.

They used to be a good salon but they are no good anymore. The last 2 times I went I never get the shape I asked for, they cant do the design I asked for. I took my daughter to her first set of nails today and again the shape was not what she wanted and the guy didnt give her the design she asked for. Thanks for ruining her first nail experience.....

This place does an awesome job! It will be my #1 for now on, mostly because other places Ive went have messed up my nails & this place fixes them perfectly every time!

We just moved to the area and Im so glad I found this nail salon! The staff is always to kind and they do a great job! Last week I came in for French tip shellac nails and they still look perfect. Today I went in for a pedicure, and it was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had!

After spending a year loyal with another salon I switched! This has been the BEST decision! I stopped doing shellac and now do the dip. Absolutely LOVE the dip! They do such amazing work. My nails are strong, long and last a month!!!! Still look great weeks later. I go in just to switch color and trim nails down. Well worth every penny spent!!!

Good prices and very prompt service. We like going here for pedicures but the manicures were a little rushed that day. Not really their fault and we will definitely return!

I went in yesterday with only the shape I wanted in mind, and I was very pleasantly suprised with the results. T asked if I wanted a design and I asked for a flower and I she designed a flower more detailed than I expected. Very beautiful results. Such a relaxing time, and I plan to visit again. I dont remember the name of the lady that did my manicure dip (sorry!), but she always does a wonderful job! Tina did a great job on the shellac pedicure today, too. Luxe Nails is a very relaxing place and is always where I go for a mani or pedi.

First time I went to this salon, I received a gift certificate, thought I would try it out. The prices were higher than my regular nail salon so was little disappointed in that off the bat. The younger guy that did my pedicure, did a good job however they was no small talk. No social interaction. Water in spa kept going cold, he added warmer water twice. Was just not the service I expect from a nail salon.

Had an unpleasant experience getting a powder manicure done here. The lady was super aggressive and was filing so roughly on my thumbnail that it was burning. She ended up filing right through the polish and ended up having someone else re-do it. She messed up on several nails and had to keep re-doing them as well. My nails feel super sensitive and uncomfortable now since they each have like 10 coats of powder polish on them. Overall just not a good time and definitely not worth the money.

I live 1750 miles away and this is the best place I have ever had my nails done. Will be coming back in September. Looking forward to having them done again.

Honestly this was my first time doing a pedicure. I was nervous but the folks there were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

I walked-in an hour before close on a terribly cold Thursday in February. They were able to get me in for a mani/pedi and I was very happy with their service and overall attention to detail. Especially because they did not rush or seem annoyed with the time even though it did end up keeping them a bit past closing time. I had never been before but they were open later than most so I tried it and I would certainly go back again.

They get a 5 star review from me bc they have great survice and they are so nice and kind. They are just sweet people who like doing peoples nails. They always got me comin back

Unfortunately, for me, they are open at the most inconvenient time but the service is done really well and I’m definitely going back

The lady who painted my nails at the end BURPED in my face!! No, not a cute little Oops, excuse me burp, but a hot sausage I devowered in the back while I was waiting for the first chunky, sloppy coat of paint to hopefully dry belch from the pits of gloom where apparently customer service went to die. Not even an excuse me. Wont be back .

During my pedi she was scrapping off good skin on the boney part of my big toe instead of the calus area itself and it began to bleed pretty well not to mention it burned. She chose to ignore it continuing with putting my foot into the warm salty water when it just made the burn even worse. She said to me, was that there before, knowing dang well she just did it and as you could tell it was fresh blood.. i told her no it was not like that before. Did a good job on design and color hiwever the next day it still hurt looked infected very red and swollen so I called to report it. Needless to say my big toe looks and feels awful and it hurts badly to shower, get it wet. Its really unfortunate because it was the closest nail salon to me but will not be going back. Im out $29 as well.

Very disappointed in Service! Since its in my neighborhood I gave them a chance and tried to support their business. When they first opened quality of Service was good with each visit the quality moved towards the poor side. Tools are not sanitized after each use. Lack of workers so one person goes back and forth working on a couple different people at the same time. No longer received lotion and hand/arm massage with manis. Last visit cuticle cream was not used to soften cuticles, he just clipped (pulled)dry cuticles causing cracked cuticles. After that he squirted hand sanitizer on my cracked cuticles... causing burning. Will no longer support.

The music is great. Rarely a long wait. Thi is great and the music is wonderful!
