I had my teeth cleaned yesterday at Pioneer Greens Dentistry. Julie was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She did probably the most thorough cleaning that I’ve ever had. Equally as important was the fact that she was gentle in her work, but also cared about what was going on in my life. I had a great experience at Pioneer Greens Dentistry and can highly recommend their compassionate and professional services they provide their patients.

The staff at Pioneer Greens is highly knowledgeable and always does amazing work. I will continue to recommend them to my family and friends. Hands down, the best dentist practice in Lincoln. Oh, and the music they play overhead is pretty good too! 😉

Love this place, I have never liked going to dentist offices. Yet Pioneer Greens always makes me feel welcomed and they have the nicest staff!

My dental health has improved by a lot since I have been going to Pioneer Greens Dental office. They have shown me how to improve my brushing and general care of my teeth many times during my teeth cleaning appointments. On this visit they shared an idea for reducing pain on one side of my jaw. My dental hygienist Courtney is among the best I’ve ever had and seems to enjoy her work. Dr Pauley is very professional, thorough and personable. The whole staff is friendly and efficient.

I have been visiting Dr. Pauly and Pioneer Greens Dentistry for almost two years now. They have worked to create a plan for dental care that is built perfectly for me. I visited Pioneer Greens Dentistry because of a tooth emergency. They were able to see me right away and Dr. Pauley was exceptional. I was new to the practice and he took the time to get to know me and what I needed for my dental care as well as explaining the practice’s philosophy for patient care.As it turned out, I had sprained my tooth (or as Dr. Pauley put it, my periodontal ligaments were angry).He gave me several options for how I could proceed. I chose to start the new patient process because I had been meaning to look for a provider after Covid had calmed down and I appreciated dynamic of the clinic.The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Claire, who had answered my initial phone call, came out and greeted me while I was waiting and gave me some insight into my dental insurance; Lori helped explain the check-in procedure which was all digital; and Ericka was a delight as a dental assistant/tooth photographer extraordinaire.

Everyone that attended to me during my appointment were very kind and attentive. Each asked me if I had any questions as they finished their portion of my appointment. Hygienist did a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. Dr. Pauley asked to know the person behind the teeth. Never have I had a dentist that really cared To ask. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed. Every once in a while you’ll hear Dr. Haag singing with the music playing!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible service! This office is a liar. They tried to lure you into some unnecessary services to get your money. But they wouldnt submit the claims to the insurance on time, and they wouldnt admit. I am screwed. Avoid!

I previously had veneers done 16 years ago, by a different dentist! I was referred to Dr Haag that he does amazing work and someone that I could trust! However he is out of my insurance network so I had fear that it was not going to nervous that it was not going to be affordable to get them replaced, as I had one chip. These are my two front teeth so I was particular in who was going to do them and I wanted them done right! The staff was so friendly and helpful, they quoted me exactly what it was going to be up front! The process was fast, painless and easy! Dr Hagg and dental assistants designed my new front teeth perfect in shape and color! He fitted them to my mouth, that my bite was the same as before! I couldnt be more happy! Thank you so much!

Clearly I share a relation with Dr. Pauley, but to be honest, I waited and waited to book my appointment with him, namely because I was so attached to my childhood dentist who Id seen for years. However, upon my first visit I found myself murmuring things like Oh my gosh, I *never* knew thats why dentists do that, truly wishing Id made the switch earlier.The thoroughness of the intake exam and level of care and explanation given left me feeling so safe, comforted, and like I now have such an advocate for my oral health—someone looking out for my best interests, not simply looking to recommend procedures to make money. I felt unrushed, my questions were answered and I was shown and given explanations about all of my X-rays. Pioneer Greens has shown me new ways to better care for my teeth and provided better tools to get the job done. Dr. Chris, Dr. Claire, and Emily the very competent technician who I am lucky enough to have cleaning my teeth as well as evaluating potential tooth problems have provided excellent and friendly care for my teeth. They have also provided an implant which helped correct a jaw problem and have repaired several teeth as well.

I once had a chipped tooth that had been treated by a different place that had to be re-done almost twice a year. Since going to Dr. Claire and Dr. Chris it was a one time deal and been holding strong for almost 6 years. The assistants and front office are outstanding. I’ve always had a great experience here.

I wouldnt go anywhere else. Its been 39 year since my accident which left me with many dental problems. Over this time I have been seen by 7 different dentist enduring replacement 8 point bridge every 8 to 10 years. My brother and mom (who both live an hour away from Lincoln) recommended that I see Dr. Chris or Dr. Claire I have now been seen by both doctors at Pioneer Greens Dentistry since 2010 and I have lots to smile about.I have always been very impressed with their very professional caring staff, state of the art equipment, superb quality of crowns and cleanings and great music. But the best part is you get cutting edge doctors who are gentle and truly care about your experience and sometimes they sing while they work which cracks me up. Its now like a family reunion when I go to the dentist since nearly every family member of mine goes to Pioneer Greens Dentistry. My family and I moved from Beatrice to Lincoln several years ago and Dr. Chris and Dr. Claire were recommended by our family dentist Dr. Gleason. We knew we could trust Dr. Gleason and I am glad we did because the Pioneer Greens staff has been amazing. They are all so kind and friendly. They are all very professional and do their jobs well. My family and I originally had Dr. Claire and now have Dr. Steve since Dr. Claire has moved to a different position. Transition can be difficult at times but Dr. Chris and Dr. Claire really wanted to know how we felt about it and made sure we were comfortable with switching to Dr. Steve. Dr. Chris and Dr. Claire are wonderful people and we knew that whomever would be our new dentist would be just as great as they are and he has proven to be just as great. We usually get Amy the hygienist and I hope we continue to get her because she has a sweet personality and does a great job. She is always so friendly and is very gentle when she works on our teeth. I cant say enough good things about Pioneer Greens. You would definitely not be disappointed if you went there, I know my family and I have not been since day one. :)

This was my first visit and I was in awe of the warm welcoming, laughter, and caring feeling I was given. I could feel that in the atmosphere too. They have state of the art equipment as well as thinking. I felt the patient-centered quality as Dr. Chris worked with me on my goals and plan for healthy teeth and gums. I have never had this advanced thinking or techniques used on me. Not only do I feel confident about the health of my oral care, I felt very special. All of the staff are welcoming, smiling, and laughing too!

I recently started seeing a different dentist due to an inaurance change, and up until that point I was happy with all aspects of the care I received at Pioneer Greens. In Spring of 2018 my cleaning went fine, no issues mentioned. I brought up a small chip in my tooth that I wanted fixed. The dentist stated that since Id be coming back for that, we could fill two teeth that started to show signs that a cavity and filling would be in my future anyway. A care plan was provided for the three teeth that would be worked on and I left without making an appointment. In May my insurance changed, so I found another provider. I took my treatment plan with me so they would know where I left off at my previous dental office. To my surprise, I found at my cleaning in Fall of 2018 at the new provider, my teeth mentioned in the care plan where nowhere near the point of needing work (aside from my chipped tooth). Based on conversation with my new hygienist, it appears a fraction of my patient file was provided in the records transfer. I wasnt considering a switch until the insurance change forced me to leave, now Im actually glad it happened.

There was not one twinge of pain in the whole process, and now he has a tooth that should last for the rest of his life. It was an awesome experience. Without a doubt, we feel that Dr. Chris and his wife Clare are among the top dentists in Nebraska.

My last few dental procedures had been completed by other dental offices. Comparatively, the procedure at Pioneer Greens Dentistry was light years better, examples included the administering of the anesthetic, ensuring it was done properly with the least amount of pain and that it was effective throughout the procedure, taking detailed pictures to ensure it was correct, keeping me informed of what was going on during the procedure, making adjustments to make sure the crown fit properly, taking extra time to ensure the color matched my other teeth, being friendly throughout the process, and most importantly completing the procedure pain free.It is awesome to get services from a great dental office.

If you are new to Lincoln and looking for a dentist who truly invests in you and cares about your oral health, make an appointment with Dr. Pauley. During my first visit, they took individual pictures of my teeth, mouth, bite, and pallets to ensure my future oral health was taken care of, so if something were to happen (broken tooth, accident/injury, etc.) they would have pictures to correct it. This was something my three previous dentists had never done, and it reassured me knowing Dr. Pauley and his team cared about my current and future oral health. The hygienist, Selena, was personable, charismatic, and honest during the cleaning, making sure I was comfortable and clarified anything I had questions about. Best Dental Care Ive Experienced... In 66 years, Ive seen a few dentists, but the care is the most advanced and the people you deal with are the best from the front office to the dental professionals providing the service.We’ve been seeing the dentists at Pioneer Greens for several years now & have always had exceptional dental care in a professional & friendly environment.Mostly our time there has been for 2x per year cleaning & checkups. Recently, however I had need for 3-fillings & a crown. They were able to work me in 2-days between my scheduled travel to do both. The crown was done in a 2-hour single visit by Dr Sean Pauley. He was great in not only performing the dental work but told me exactly what he was doing every step of the way & worked seamlessly with his support staff.

Love my dental office. Julie cleaned my teeth and Dr. Chris checked them too. Everyone is so nice there. They make coming to the dentist a pleasure. The people at the desk couldn’t be nicer. They do such a good job, they are nice, and they have a good dental plan that reeplaces insurance. What else can I ask for?

I needed to get a sleep apnea dental appliance because I could not use a CPAP machine. Dr. Claire and Amy have gone beyond my expectations with their warm and attentive professionalism with getting me properly fitted with the dental appliance. They are welcoming, readily available, patient, and explain things easily. Everyone else in the office has also been very helpful and nice. I highly recommend this office.
