Stopped by for first time. I have been driving past this place every day and it’s always super packed. I came in late morning and it wasn’t super busy. I waited about 20-25 minutes total. They vacuumed my car really well and then hand washed it and hand dried it. I was pretty impressed. Too bad they don’t have monthly memberships. I will be coming again.

Management is very unprofessionally and rude. Found some minor damage to my car after it was washed and brought it up to management that same day was told to come back the following day in the morning to speak to the owner went the next day and the owner wasn’t there had to talk to him over the phone. Wasted my time driving back just to get told they weren’t going to do anything and eventually getting told by the owner “take your car and leave my car wash” if I could give zero stars I would. HIGHLY recommended not bringing your car here. Unless you want to pay for damages they cause out of your own pocket.

After their service my brand new car looked like the car is 10 years old. All over the car there were scratches that you can see clearly. When I came back to tell them that the wash caused scratches the manager instead of saying how to fix it or what to do and was being rude to me,he said it wasn’t their fault and that for 60$ they can wax my car. I think that what caused these scratches is that they don’t change their sponges very often. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH!

I went once when I was in a hurry and had randomly and unknowingly gotten a gas station car wash that was actually here. They were really nice even though I was confused and grumpy. Went back today to actually get the car wash and it was AMAZING. My car hasnt looked this clean in a while. And they added Rain-X upon request!!

I would like to share my traumatic experience that I dealt with at Auto Expo Detailing. I took in my 2008 Honda Civic a while back and I was left with a terrible job after I had paid in advance. Hate speech notes left in my center console and the Oder of cannabis left in my vehicle.I left the establishment upset only to be pulled over on the way home (mind you I’m on probation). The Officer thought I was under influence and arrested on the spot and now I’m facing jail time for violating my parole. I called the place up to see if they could help me out but the owner told me to buzz off and now I am left with nothing. My wife left me and took the kids and I’m going back to jail. Please if you know what is good for you don’t go to this place.

Really bad service and the owner is a piece of s h i t that screams at you. very scary. they will spray acid on your wheels even tho the owner knows they’re only supposed to be cleaned with soap and water. nobody there knows what they are doing. very upsetting that i spent so much money on my wheels only to have them ruined. don’t go here.

I dont even want to give this place ANY stars... i brought my car to this hand car wash expecting a good service done to my car like i come every other time whenever i dont feel like washing my car myself at home. But i got a HORRIBLE service they sprayed my EXPENSIVE wheels with acid when these wheels were only supposed to be washed with water and soap ONLY. When i came back to the car wash and tell them about my situation the manager said to bring it in on Sunday morning between 8-9am so they can work on the wheels for a COUPLE HOURS. They called me at Noon saying the car was ready, when i got there and took a look at my wheels it looked like they didnt even touch them. Thats when i told them what was there plan now on fixing my wheels since they ruined my wheels. The manager suggested to talk to the owner and said to me i dont think the owner will do anything about it; i found that pretty messed up since it was the employees who sprayed my wheels with acid, i mean you would expect them to know since its a hand car wash. (I mean think about it like this, if you get an exterior detail and the detailer scratches your car hed be responsible right?)When i went over in the morning to talk to owner, the lady at the front desk called the owner and handed me the phone and right off the bat he was really rude and was screaming over the phone like if i was deaf he even brought up the fact that those wheels were ONLY supposed to be clean with soap and water ONLY and when i told him then why did your employees spray acid on my wheels he didnt know what to say and told me to take my car and leave his car wash since they werent fixing my wheels.

Don’t go to this place!! HORRIBLE service. The lady who serviced me was rude and unprofessional. Will not be going back. They lost a customer for life. -1/10.

We had a detail service cost of $285, ended up with bad results. Picked it up in the evening and wasn’t able to see the swirls on my black truck that they had left after buffing it . Now I’m out of the area and have to pay to have the swirls taken out . I expected better results

Very horrible!! would not recommend, if they mess up something on your car they won’t take accountability if you try talking to the owner he will just be rude and not be helpful and make you feel like it’s your fault. very unprofessional. smh

Just got an interior detail in my Civic and it looks amazing!!!!!! I have an Australian shepherd and German shepherd who shed like crazy & have done a number on my car. The vinyl looks brand new, dashboard, stereo/cup holders etc are all spotless. I’m really impressed with how everything came out. Highly recommend auto expo

After debating on taking my car here or not, I did. Bad mistake! I spent 80 dollars and it seems as if they just washed my car with dish soap. My windows and rims ended up foggy and the inside of my car smelled as if the seats have been cleaned with a dirty rag.

They do a thorough job, car was sparkling clean inside and out when I was done. This is more than your basic car wash (and My car needed it after a long drive from FL!), so pricier but well worth it. Nice waiting area. Due to the detail accorded each vehicle, allow 30 plus minutes; I would guess more on weekends.

Auto Expo is the absolute best. Ive been going here for years and they have taken excellent care of my vehicles. Everyone offers their service with a sincere smile, and their standard of excellence is unmatched. When you go to Auto Expo you know you can relax because youre in the right place.

I took my vehicle here to get detailed. big mistake paid them $225.00 it seems like they just ran it through the car wash and put armor- all on the tires. The inside had dust and dirt on the gauges, the carpet wasnt cleaned along with the headliner. I had to clean the vehicle myself. I would not recommend this place.

These people are very unprofessional and rude and their website doesnt reflect their prices properly. The only good thing I have to say is that they did a pretty decent job on the detailing itself (and really they left a bunch of chemical marks around the car), but other than that they didnt take responsibility for messing up the electric work on my car and they showed no sort of professionalism that you would expect from a business.

I took my car into Auto Expo for a full detail and was more than impressed! I have been getting my car washed here for years and based on the decline of wash quality, I was expecting a sub-par detail, but I clearly was wrong. They made my car look better than it did when I bought it from the dealer three years ago! They exposed parking sensors that I didnt even know my car had (and mind you, I wash my car regularly) which was a huge surprise.The reason for giving it a perfect rating is not only how brand-new the car looked when I picked it up, but how they did not miss ANY of the small details that make a detail what its supposed to be. They made sure that every component throughout the interior was pristine, even the wipe strokes were in a perfect swooping pattern on each door trim. As someone who focuses on the little things, this blew my mind, and was a fantastic touch.The engine bay was beautiful, the exterior looked like it was freshly painted, and the wheels have never sparkled as much as they do now. My car was there over a month ago and it still looks great, even the tires! I didnt jump to write this review right away in case I missed anything that they might have, and again to my surprise, it was completely flawless.I definitely will be back. Ive had good and bad detail experiences from other places, but this has been the best by far. Getting your car detailed is not cheap no matter where you go, and I truly appreciate the work that was done by the team at Auto Expo. Thanks guys!!

I will not bring my car to this place again! Did not clean the mats, left them dirty! Did not fully dry the outside. The employees were too busy talking to each other and two of them were arguing with each other on who was going to shine the tires! Not worth the $26.00 I paid!

I was driving by noticed they had a good reviews and swinged on in. The vacuum line was the one place they kinda irritated me after a 10 min wait and a cleaning guy seeing me saying nothing or asking nothing hey here to get your car clean?Got a bit frustrated and then find out they have a separate line for vacuuming . There are no signs that state that you need to be between the two vaccum units.Overall seems great just need to communication is lacking both on the front desk part and the cleanign crew park.

I have been getting a good interior and exterior cleaning for years from the shop, back to the old location. They always have someone on point with a final review. I just used them for a dent removal on an aluminum body car that was right on a crease, and they did a great job! Reasonable price and the car looks great again.

DONT GO HERE! They didnt do a good job on my boyfriends vehicle. They over charged him. This company said they waxed his vehicle & you can tell they didnt do it. Or it was that bad of a job. We are very dissatisfied!

Wow, my 2002 Mercedes looks like new!! This team saved me 1.000s of dollars vs. quotes at the Mercedes body shop. The guys here did and awesome job on the detail, body work and being totally honest on what they could/coiuld not do. High recommend. Thank you Auto Expo Team. Nice work. Rhonda

They did a good job on the outside and on the jams but they missed quite a few places on the inside. I got the 5 package. Which they were going to clean the mats. They did not do that. They were just vacuumed. For $30 I was expecting more. However it is a hard quick wash and not a detail so my pickiness has to give them an extra star for that.

A great facility with professional and friendly staff. Wait times are minimal and the owner is hands on and very friendly as well. Quick turnaround on wheel repair and has become my go to place for wheel repair despite living quite far way. Prices are reasonable with work work that surpasses your expectation. They take their work very seriously.

They do good work, but online prices are not correct and when i went to pick up the car, it was $120 more than what was listed. No explanation or no sort of rectifying that to make it right. Won’t be coming back here.

First rate service. Owner and son very visible and want to make sure car is washed and vacuumed best in the State. New location makes it easier to access

Bad just berry bad

I made an appointment for a full detail on both our cars, two separate weekends. Their website said $195 and I also confirmed pricing when I set up the appointment. When my husband picked up his car, the girl at the front desk asked someone the price, one guy said $195 and the owner that was sitting there said no, it was $215. My husband paid and left. When I called the next day about the pricing, the owner couldnt be bothered by a customer to speak on the phone, a worker there claimed that when I brought the other car in on the following Saturday for the next detail, hed speak to me about it. I asked if that meant he would credit the $20, she wouldnt say yes, and in fact, made a statement that they would charge $215 for the other car on Saturday. I told her to cancel my detail and she hung up on me. Very rude, bad customer service. They have now lost 2 customers (and I hope more if you listen to this review) for all the car washes we do as well as the annual details on all of our family cars.

Ok, this is my review after using this wash for over 3 months. I got one of those prepaid wash cards (which I regretted after my first wash).So the facility is nice and new, the wash is fast enough and the waiting area is nice. All good things. However if you care about your cars paint, I would strongly advise not to go here.The first time I went here I noticed that the person washing my car took the same brush they washed my wheels with and used it on the body of the car. This is a very big no no for anyone that knows about washing cars. Your wheels and tires are the filthiest part of any car and taking that brush and using it on the body is just asking for scratches.I pointed this out to the manager of the car wash and thought it was a one off. I was mistaken, it happened every other time I went there until my pre paid card ran out.There are also smaller things that bothered me, sometimes they spray the door jams but get water inside the car. Other times when they put tire shine on the tires they also dress the inside of the wheel wheels which sounds like a good idea until you look down there and see just sludge from the dressing keeping all the dirt stuck on.My advice, dont get fooled by the premium looking building and waiting area. This is a subpar wash and you can find much better as you would expect of a hand car wash.

So disappointed. My car was very close to being damaged!!!I live close and just got a new car - so excited to have a close-by hand wash car wash. This is NOT the place to take your car for a wash!!First the layout of the business is terrible. Cars exciting the wash interrupt the entrance for arriving cars and could hit your car as you pull in for service. We were asked to drive the vehicle around the building. We found three guys standing waiting; however no one knew how to drive our car. They pull the car in and have to hit the emergency stop TWICE and ended up having our car jumping the automated tracks TWICE because they didnt know how to put the car in neutral and the kid took the key fob out of the vehicle forcing the to not recognize that it should move. We had to walk out of the waiting area to help them. The owner happened to be there. When we talked to him, he exited the waiting area, spoke with washers and then he DISAPPEARED!!! Not an apology. Not an explanation.NEVER AGAIN.

Went in for a car wash. Didnt expect my car to come out dirtier in some spots $24 later: left with a car that had a grease smudge on the front headlight. Furthermore there was wet spot on the passenger seat and some more bug spots that were not cleaned. I would have done better spending $5 at the gas station around the corner.

Well after they ripped the leather on the center console then had the gall to tell me I must have done it. Funny how clean razor cut in the leather must have been me trying scam them. The barefoot man with the sideways NY Giants hat that was my detailer came out and said he couldnt remember if it was like that or not, so clearly it was not their problem. Also all the water spots, dirty cup holders, and spotted windows must have happened after the detailing I waited to finish... That was my experience at least, its possible I caught the manager on a bad day I guess, but I would tell my friends it that they would probably get better service and quality car cleaning at a gravel yard.

I had a very buggy car from a trip to Wisconsin.....they get it amazingly clean, and the staff was courteous and efficient.

Paid 30 dollars for the number 5 wash. Windows were smudged and dirty still. They didnt vacuum the back. The interior was dusty and dirty. They didnt even take a cloth to it. Extremely disappointed wont return.

This is Not a Detailing shop. Vacuum & Exterior Wash Only! I waited an extra 30 minutes before I asked someone if my vehicle was finished. During that entire time they had left it running and not notified me or anyone else that it was ready. Seriously disappointed.
