Really nice and honest folks. my tire went out on i85 and they made a horrible situation a lot easier. The front desk lady was absolutely the kindest and even gave my dogs treats. The tech that was in charge of my car also did amazing and informed me of what was going on every step of the way. my car is a modified FRS and a lot of shops wont wont try but this guys did great.

I called about some tires on my wifes 370z on Monday 8/15/21. I gave the guy the size I needed. He said he would call me right back. Its Friday still hadnt heard from him. Ive spent a bit of money with this store and others. I guess they got all they wanted from me so I bought my tires at another business that was very appreciative of my business. So carry on Firestone, no more for me.

I gave it a 4 start because their prices can be outrageous on some things. Great customer service though. People are always nice.

Needed the master cylinder on car changed. Told us it would be done by the end of the day but then the part was damaged from getting dropped. Took another 2 days to get the part. Drove the car all the way to NJ only to get caught in a rainstorm and realize the windshield wipers aren’t working because something was disconnected. The wipers worked until we dropped the car off. Fuse is not blown and the back wipers are working just fine. Never taking a vehicle there again. 9 hours away from home and can’t drive without wipers.

Told me that they couldn’t do my alignment without first adjusting my pitman arm on my steering box. So I told them to go ahead and make the adjustment. 2 hours after I had been there they never made the adjustment and tried to align my front end on my truck and now my steering wheel is off 90 degrees to the right. Do not recommend using this place for anything

My Mother had a strange sound coming from her tires so she went to have her tires looked at and they recommended two new tires. She got the tires and the sound persisted. She took it back, still no reason given. She then took the car to Todds tires and they found the problem immediately. Her tires were split. Firestone should have caught that. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

So I just called about doing some aftermarket work on my new truck and was told they wont do the work. However, last yr with my old truck at a different location they were willing to and did. The local rep here in NC told me to go back to MA and get the work done. I guess seeing how rude they are here i will no longer be a life time valued customer of Firestone and cancel all my maintenance services. If anyone can suggest a place it would be appreciated. I will never take any of my cars to a Firestone again. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had car issues on the highway and was forced to go to this location. From the sound of it the tires or the brakes were causing issues. The tech drove the car for a few minutes and said the transmission was causing my issues. Even after asking to have the tires and brakes looked at once again, the service advisor and tech refused to look at anything else including checking the transmission fluid levels. Was told the transmission is a sealed system (not true) then told to go somewhere else!! Due to the incompetence of Firestone I had to drive to Greensboro (another 30 miles) and it was the rear caliper and a bad front tire!!!! Awful place stay far away!!

Told them NOT to rotate the tires with the balance and alignment, they did it anyway!Now my better tires are on the back of a front wheel drive car!

This place is a lie. Only thing I can say about them are they are nice occasionally. They try to make you buy other things on top of what your getting saying you need it when you dont. We were suppose get a free oil change because of our spending of 1000 and more on my husbands truck and my car...they told us we have a free oil change then went up there month later they pretended like they had no idea and made us pay anyways. I just dont trust this place. I feel no reliability.

Ive been here twice in the last year for service/repair. Both times the staff have been knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and as far as Im concerned, have gone above and beyond. My kids even enjoy going here (the staff are very kid friendly which is a must in my book). Would recommend to any and all!

Went for a regular auto inspection today at the Lexington NC store. They failed my inspection for tires and a light (that worked). I knew my tires werent bad so I told them it was a sales tactic and I would go elsewhere. I was made to pay for a full inspection. I took it elsewhere the same day and it passed NO issues, tires were measured and photographed specifically for the purpose of being able to report this store to the main headquarters for trying to take advantage of me! So so angry!! Not all women just believe what you tell them!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Excellent customer service. Had my car towed to their shop under recommendations by AAA. Unfortunately my vehicles manufacturer is stingy, and they require the particular service I need to be accomplished at a dealership. I will be going to these guys for future service that I may need.

I had a great experience today. I just recently moved to Lexington and after seeing reviews online, decided to get an inspection and new tires here. Sherri greeted me warmly and seems very friendly and personable. The work was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Walked in had bit of a wait but we were pleased with the work performed.

Had an emergency brake job while on a long trip. They fixed the brakes and got me back on the road quickly. I was able to get back home from a 600 mile trip.

Over the past two decades I have utilized this location for my company and personal vehicle needs. The team members are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and personable. They are the reason I choose Firestone in Lexington for all of my automotive needs. The team members there are the absolute best! Looking forward to seeing them next week when I purchase my tires.

Excellent Customer Service from the Service Adviser Sherrito the Technician Charlie. They took care of all my car needs and were efficient and caring. I will definitely use them for all my car needs from oil change, air filters, tires, etc. They deserve the upmost recognition for there overall leadership qualities, home town hospitality and excellent work. Stayed late to fix our tire and get us back on the road.

Called on Monday to get a battery. Told the battery I wanted was in stock so set up appointment for Tuesday to have installed. After checked in a few minutes later was told they did not have the battery I requested and offered me another battery. The reason why I called was to insure they had the battery I wanted. End of story got my battery I wanted somewhere else where I was told they had it in stock. Unlike Firestone they did.

Had to wait really long. Changes price from what was said on the phone than what they told us after everything was done.

I went in with check engine light,after two days they could do nothing so I went and picked up the car now it has a new light flashing that it didnt have before

I always receive great service and never have to worry about them trying to pad the bill with unnecessary services. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and provide great service.

Early morning, headed to work, my tire had a leaky TPMS valve. Firestone got me right in and fixed the issue promptly. Customer service was great, repair fast and very reasonably priced. Some forget your not only paying for the price of repair but also for the guarantee it’s safe and within reasonable time period, you’d back up any issues after the repair.

Went to Firestone early in the morning, needed a tire mounted and put on to go to work. 7:20 AM. There was 1 guy working and 1 car in front of me. I asked if she had other employees coming in and she said yes at 7:30. I thought it would be a 10 min. wait and he would change my tire. He showed up to work 30 min. late. After a 40 min. wait she finally comes out of the office and pulls my car in. She then tells me she can not mount my tire on the car. I asked her why. She said : you said you had a full size tire I told her I do have a full size tire, the donut was already on the car. Needless to say I went to Foster tire and I was on the road in 12 min. All 3 of their employees showed up for work on time. Evidently Firestone allows this guy to come to work any time he wants. He was 30 min. late and when he did show up he did not start working he sat down on his behind and did nothing. She said she spoke to him, didnt change things, he still sat on his behind. Not fair to the other employee who actually was doing his job. Never again Firestone. Poor management

The team was awesome. They helped me get a great deal on tires and an alignment. I had taken my vehicle in prior to making an appointment to get tires to have my brakes checked to find out why I had no pedal and they took care of that in less than an hour without me even having an appointment. The service there is awesome and not nearly as expensive as the repair shops I had called to wet quotes! I will definitely be using Firestone for my car care need from now on!!!

Sherri Legg is the kindest, most helpful person that I have ever encountered. I went to her and asked for a very difficult tire to find and she was very helpful in helping me to make it decision on the correct size. I have been dealing with Sherri at this Firestone for more than 20 years and it has always been delightful to have her take care of any tires or service I have needed.

I had a problem that required a quick check on the issue. They had people on the job that are highly trained and went over their work to ensure they had the problem solved and gave me economical solutions that worked for my budget. Also the waiting area smelled new, had fresh coffee, clean bathroom and the floors were polished and the service was exceeding expectations. Its also in a good location with other general businesses.

Ive been doing business with Firestone for years. My most recent tire replacement purchase included the Road Hazard Protection, for which I was not asked. Real happy with the service for many years, but please ask before you give me something I may not want.

The group at Firestone did a great job on my car and tires! Checked around with a couple other tire shops first NTB being one of them. Felt I the other stores quoted a tire package that they would make they most off of with a lot of extras. When I call Firestone, Jeremy gave me some options to choose from, one that worked out great gmfo MY needs! I not only received great service, but a better set of tires than others quoted for around $200.00 less and still have the balancing, rotations and all! In addition, Firestone was honest and didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need (like a wheel alignment others built in from the start) when they checked it was right on point, so it wasnt needed! The tires ride great, quiet ride, very happy! If you want a good honest deal, go see the Firestone team in Lexington, NC!!!

Went in to have my oil changed and have my fog light fixed all it needed were the bolts replaced to tighten it back in place they both were working before I took it and they wanted me to get alignment and a new fog light bulb when I told them I would wait on the alignment they told me they couldnt fix my fog light and to take it to a body shop get it home make sure my fog light was secured turn them on and now I have to replace my fog light bulb when I know it was working so fire stone in Lexington nc just lost my business

Great place if you need car checked out.

Absolute crooks. They charged me $70 just to turn off my rear differential lock when I thought more work might be needed. Then they had the audacity to say that more than $800 worth of work was needed on my car to pass state inspections, but I checked with a few other mechanics, and none of their claims checked out.Do not give these people your business, they give all mechanics a horrible name.

I called to make an appointment to get tires they were completely booked up but he said go ahead and come on up and Ill work you in. Not only did they work me in he gave me a great deal on tires. Thanks guys!

Stop at Firestone when the low tire pressure warning came on in my 2011 Chevy Traverse. The staff filled all four tires as a courtesy and were very hospitable. Great service.

Made us wait 2 hours to and it only took the guys literally 27 mintures to change the actual back rotors and breaks. All point inspection my butt jus a way to get more money.

I enjoyed my experience.. all the guys and one woman were super nice and went out of there way to make me happy. I took a pretty chappy car into get inspection and I really expected a lot more problems than 3.. I was told if I carried the car back within 90 days I didnt have to anything I had looked at b4 done a second time and they were true to their word.. lots of space to sit and be comfortable.. I was also told each time it would be 45 mins to an hour at the least b4 my car went in and both times it was in and out in less than 45 minutes.. if anyone gets mad than they dont care about their safety and or the mens jobs either and most of all have never had a job dealing with the public!

Love that they are open till 6pm on Saturdays they have saved our lives many times. Very clean and inviting environment.

These folks refused to install new wheels on my car because the risk was too great. In other words, since I wouldnt buy tires from them, they didnt want to do anything for me. The wheels came from Tire Rack, who has these clowns as a Preferred Installer. I suspect the real problem is the manager of this location since they have performed this service for myself and others prior to todays debacle. Additionally the manager was rude and arrogant over the phone. Very bush league.

Women beware!!!! Went into the Lexington location for a simple oil change. Was told my oil pan was gonna need replaced because the oil plug was stripped. Was quoted 450.00 ..told them not to do the work. Took it to another mechanic . was in and out in an hour. He said he just unscrewed the bolt with his hand after losseing it with a wrench. Chrged me 45.00 to change my oil. Firestone was trying to charge me for something I didnt need.. Pls dont trust them..always get a second option.

Ther is no perfect Firestone and this one is just as the others.They are okay as mechanical issues solving but definitely not the best option in town.They are a lot of Hispanic shops that work much cheaper and way much faster.I go to firestone due to the credit card

Took my car because it had a vibration and thought a tire may be out of balance or separating. The tech put it on the lift and couldnt find anything wrong with the tires, barrons or joints. So he drove it. He brought it back and said my transmission was going out! I left, I knew my transmission was fine. Later that week the vibration got worse so my husband checked it and it only needed a front axle! $80.00 later, with my husband installing the axle, MY CAR IS FINE!! The boy (who looked to be in high school) needs to take some more classes before being allowed to diagnose anything. To think I could have spent thousands on a transmission and all I needed was one axle!

Firestone in Lexington, NC is the absolutely worst place to take your car and they are racists. I got tires from there in October 2014. My tires blew within 72 hours and I had to have my guy go up there because they really did not want to replace my new not used tire.A few weeks ago I had a question I stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes as this ugly wrinkle face lady just looked and got on the phone. This older white guy drove up & came in. Mrs. Wrinkle face got off the phone and politely asked him if she could help him. Yes he was standing behind me. I was too out done after patiently waiting. I asked to speak to the manger tall skinny reddish hair guy equally as rude. He said wrinkle face was busy thats why she never acknowledged me. We were looking at each other!! As we were leaving he said something slick but wouldnt repeat it when we turned around.I will never ever give any fire stone a half a penny again. My family will no longer use there card.Yes racist ppl still exist!!!Yes they are open with it!!!Yes fire stone will lose money at this location someone will have them in court.Incompetent uneducated staff.
