Very well run shop. Seems very honest and true to their word. Called and made an apt. They took my car in right on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I got a rear brake job done. I asked to keep the pads, and they saved them for me just like I asked. The price was great too. Ill come back here for sure.

My husband and I are from Louisiana, we were on our way to NC to visit our daughter and for our granddaughter’s first birthday. We had two blow outs on our camper within an hour of each other period, we had used our spare on the first blow out. We made it to Cox’s before closing, even though they were short staffed and it was getting to the end of the day, they were so pleasant and helpful. Our tires were replaced, our camper checked out and they gave very useful recommendations. I would give them 101 extra stars for their kindness and service provided.

Good people to deal with. Took my sons truck in for a new set of tires and front end alignment. They did a great job and the wait wasnt bad at all. I highly recommend them.

Unbelievable service! Had a tire repaired here at a very reasonable price few weeks back and just came back to get another tire done and he pointed out that both pieces of metal were superficial only and no need for repair and no charge! Ill definitely be coming back here!

Very quick service. Always friendly. Been here 4 or 5 times for tire mounts, oil changes and a tire sensor issue. Never had a problem afterwards.

I sent the girlfriend to have work done on our truck not knowing they had changed owners. They treated her very fairly and advised of a few issues I knew of. They gave prices for repairs but were polite when we turned down the repairs. Definitely a place to keep going too. Nice to see the new owners caring for their customers.

I am going to make L R Hook Tire Co my go to source. They are very friendly, honest, and do the job in a very timely manner. They do not find things wrong with your vehicle. I just put new tires on my car and the price was very fair. I certainly do recommend them.

Got me in & out fast. $59 to mount, balance & dispose 3 tires I had bought elsewhere. Thats about $19 a tire. I could of probably got cheaper but they were nice & fast.

This tire store is a Firestone dealer and is locally owned. Hook Tire stands behind what they sell and the customer service is Fantastic. I had a small leak in a tire from there and it took some time to find it but they didnt stop until they did.You wont find cheap tires here. Quality, service, great people. I Highly recommend them. WB

Ive had several sets of tires installed by lrhook without issue. Very friendly, good people. My own VW mechanic recommends them. BUT, I went in there to get tire balance checked recently - due to a shaking after getting new tires from Costco. I knew something was off. They checked/balanced the tires and charged me $40. I had to ask them if they discovered anything, which seem to throw him off. He said one of them needed adjustment but I couldnt tell where they changed anything.Shaking was still there. Long story short - ended up taking the car to the dealer and getting a Road Force balance and they discovered one of the tires was bad. Went back to Costco, made them replace the tire - car is as smooth as it should be. When youve had a few opinions already, cut straight to the Road Force balancing for those hard to figure out balancing issues.

Excellent service, friendly, fast and were less expensive than every other place I called.

As a stranded motorist, I walked to this shop and asked for help with getting gas, the staff provided me with a few gallons of gas, refueled my vehicle for me, and offered me a ride back to my vehicle. All without expecting any return payment. I cannot speak for the work they do as of yet but these folks are kind, generous, and willing to help others - stand up business practices and customer service.

I went there for a alignment and ended up with having to replace my right outer tie rod Bc they didn’t tighten the bar back up after doing my alignment. I won’t ever use them again. Don’t charge me 80 bucks and mess my truck up. 👎🏻👎🏻 So I take my service somewhere else

Edit:After previously excellent service, I purchased tires on TireRack for another vehicle and had them shipped here for installation. There were no problems with the installation, but the tires (Michelins) were terrible. I returned to see if they could resolve the issue, but after a quick look they refused to do anything, and told me to find a Michelin dealer instead. They obviously did not test the tires before installation or verify that they would fit my needs. I might as well have installed them myself. I found another dealer that would resolve the problem and guarantee the replacements, even though he had nothing to do with my original sale.Original:Had a problem with a tire and everywhere I called told me it needed to be replaced - the manager here was the only one that I had called who actually offered to take a look if I would come by.He looked at the tire, explained the problem, told me why it actually didnt need replaced, and even asked me to drop by any time if I wanted him to check on it. I was very impressed with the service and honesty here, and I was happy not to have to buy a replacement tire.
