One of the best nail salon spas I’ve been to in a long time! Exceptional customer service! Wonderful staff and professional service. CLEAN and very relaxing during each visit. It’s a therapeutic experience. I highly recommend.

Cute, clean, and inviting atmosphere. impeccable service. they are going above and beyond in keeping everyone safe from the spread of covid. i was really happy and surprised to see they installed protective glass at each station. i am very picky about nail salons and this place exceeded my expectations.

Superb first experience! After leaving my other nail salon due to significant decrease in professionalism and quality, I was searching for a salon for a dip mani that didn’t skip steps. I have found my winner!! Hannah did a 12/10 job and I felt like a Queen!!! So clean, so professional, and top notch service. I will be a repeat customer for sure!!! Next time I’ll add a pedi too!

Very clean. I got the deluxe pedicure and it was amazing my feet were rocks before I went in there. My feet are now super soft which is what I wanted plus the extra massage was relaxing. Also they have the best massage chairs Ive been in. I would reccomend.

This place is so clean and nice! They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience and are attentive to details! Very relaxing atmosphere. This was my second time and I will definitely be going back :)

The nail technicians at Lex Spa are very professional and Zi am a huge fan of their gel manicures.

The BEST! Ann is the sweetest woman and takes pride in her work. I’ve been going to her for about a year and won’t go anywhere else. They have an awesome dip color selection and my nails can last over a month without breaking. The salon is CLEAN and quiet! I also get my eyebrows done here and have never had any issues. Best nail salon I’ve been to (and I’m pretty picky!)

I love this place! Its so clean and the cozy when you sit inside. I explained to Teddy how I want my Dipping Pink and White ombre, and it came out perfectly as how to want it. So natural looking! This is my go to place for Dipping now!

I have been a customer here for almost two years. I would assume that being a regular customer the service would be even better. I always do the dip powder and the pedicure and for months I see that the service is declining, the manager is the one who regularly does the dip powder and since this service is so popular she has to do the work very quickly to serve other customers. The last times I have gone, she is always hurting my fingers to the point of bleeding and she never finishes her work, halfway she sends another nail technician to finish the job so that she can start with another customer. I have tried to tell her that she is doing it very fast and it is hurting me and she always says oh sorry and does the same again ... she does not care. So today will be the last time I will go there. A shame because the place is very nice and....

Favorite nail salon! Close to Lexington and Arlington. Clean and friendly service. This is an O.P.I. gel after I had a tip and dip polish removal. Nails are in repair but you wouldnt be able to tell they are weak.

I came here to finally check it out after 3 months of its grand opening. What can I say...its good - but you have to watch the EXTRAS as it quickly adds up!Ascetically speaking its a nice open space that has been completely overhauled. Everything is clean and immaculate. They offer free soft drinks, water and tea and have lovely calm spa music playing in the background.The service itself was flawless and I had the lovely Hannah do a gel manicure for you. When I say the experience was perfect Im not kidding. I need cuticle removal, I need a perfect paint job, a perfect shape and a relaxing experience- this is all of the above rolled into one.

I’ve had two pedicures here and have been cut twice. Would not go back. I tried to give them a chance. But now I see why no one is never in there. 🙁

I just wanted a good manicure without breaking the bank. Well I got what i wanted and more from Lex Spa. They were able to get me in on a Friday for a full set with gel on top. I was greeted by Ann, the manager, and she brought me over to Lee. He did an INCREDIBLE job on my nails! Ive been to plenty of salons where they cut my fingers, they wouldnt cover the nail entirely, didnt listen to how long I wanted them done or anything. Not here, they did a fantastic job, and exceeded my expectations. It was such a large space, not too open, not too crowded. They offered me a drink, like water, soda, etc. They had nice current music playing from youtube on a tv. Ann kept checking in to make sure that I was satisfied, as did Lee. He talked to me about anything and everything, and kept looking over what he had done wanting me to know that he wanted them to be perfect. When I chose a color to do with a french tip, he made sure to let me know that it would be see through, and i should do the whole nail. I appreciated that because plenty of other salons have let me choose see through colors by accident and didnt say a word. I absolutely will go back and tell all my friends. Unbeatable prices for the quality, atmosphere, and customer service.

The best salon Ive ever been in. Ann and her team are the best. They make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. The place is so clean and relaxing needless to say they do an amazing job. If you are looking for a nail salon you should definitely try this spot out. Prices are reasonable and the finish work is phenomenal!!

I got my daughters nails painted. Just painted. They charged me for a full gel manicure. $35!!! For painted nails!! When i called they asked me for a receipt??? Which they never gave me. (I dont think Ive ever in my life got a receipt from a nail salon) the woman on the phone was very rude and told me there was nothing she could do. Needless to say I wont be back to Lex Spa. Do they realize how much competition they have in walking distance??? Star Nails was MUCH better. Price-wise and customer service.

Brought my 12 year old and a group of friends and myself in for manicures/pedicures for a birthday party. Staff were super nice and did beautiful job on everyones nails! My daughters french manicure was great, and my pedicure held up for several weeks. They went above and beyond to make sure the girls all had a great experience. The salon is very clean and appealing, and the staff are professional, talented and incredibly nice.

I took the Bidadari package where I was massaged, scrubbed and wrapped in herbs.The ladies were so sweet, knowledgeable, skilled. Its the most beautiful and cleanest place I have been. I cant praise them enough

Awesome place for mani pedis! Tons of color options to choose from too

All of the estheticians are friendly and know what theyre doing. I have been there several times for manis and pedis. They are cash only for tips, sometimes they let you use Venmo, but not consistently, which is my only complaint.
