Went in with two of my friends they got Acrylic nails done one of the friends nails they did the wrong colors then the other friend got Acrylic nails with a sunflower design and it doesnt even look like a sun flower. Got my nails done (Dip powder) the guy that did my nails kept my nails in acetone for a hour my fingers were burning he was very rude he started on my nails did talk to me at all then I asked him if he was going to fix the nail he messed up had a attitude and said IM NOT FINISHED. Then started going really fast with the nail tool and was burning me because he was pressing down so hard. Ill never go back there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE. Save your money people

Absolutely loved having my nails done by Ti. He did my nails exactly the way i wanted and made sure they were all the same length, shape and none of them were crooked. I have NEVER in my 7 years of having my nails done had them done this good!! I’m so very satisfied and will definitely be giving him all my service from now on! Not to mention he was super fast!!

They did a great job on my eyebrow wax! In and out and the lady who did it was so sweet and kind. Tamed my crazy caterpillars and made them sleek again! Looking forward to going back for a pedi asap.

CRYSTAL IS MY NEW GURL!I came in with no appointment with my husband, we both got a pedi and wax on our feet and it was so relaxing. My girl got my toes right, we all talked had a good time even joked around. Very personable and cool place. They get busy so it’s typical for people to walk out because they don’t want to wait butttt! Check my nails out!

We had a ten am appointment waited twenty minutes to be seated for pedicures say in the water till it was almost cold there was a woman who came in before us whom had been sitting waiting for a pedicure for literally 35 minutes whos Pedi water was much colder than mine. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest.

This business seems to have a issues with professionalism and doing things correctly. My sister went here for a fill and it did not last more than a week she attempted to speak with management who was very rude. There are some in the shop who do not have licenses and should not be doing nails something needs to be done!

Went in today and got a full set and design on my ring fingers I was charged an extra 20 dollars for the length I didnt really co ider them all that long....oI was charged 80 dollars its ridiculous they dont go by the prices listed and quick to come up with these figures and excuses to why I would have to pay a substantial be going back period and then one of the guys that work there sat directly beside me as itryinwithout paying...I wont be going back period very disappointed

My daughter got a gift certificate from an Aunt for Christmas from this place. Her aunt was told at the time she purchased the gift certificate, that a full set of nails would be $40.00. When my daughter arrived to get her nails done, she was told by the technician that the nails were going to be $45.00 and she asked me if I would give her the difference so I said sure! When the nails were done & we got to the register, the man at the counter spoke to the technician in another language, then proceeded to tell me that the nails were going to cost $50.00! I was floored! I will NOT go back to this salon as it seems to practice the classic bait & switch and overcharged us by $10.00. I will NOT recommend this nail salon in the future.

They did an okay pedicure but ask for the manicure she didnt really give me much of a choice on the color she basically picked out a very ugly cheap glitter and painting my nails half cops they were smudged and messed up before I even got to the nail drying seat bench thing she knew this but didnt bother they were really busy and I had three different people taking turns checking on me I remember sitting with my feet and really cold water and I was asking them to put some more more water in and they told me they didnt have any more hot water at all dont know if I believe that or not but I just wont be going back there again theyre just not for me Im just very picky when it comes to paying a lot of money to get my nails and toes done

I decided to drop in and get a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. They were very friendly, Clean and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful Deluxe pedicure and a very precise wax.

The employees was nice but the price was to high me and my mother went in and got an manicure and eye brow wax my nail some how came to $60 and $10 for wax and my mother got hers done for $50 and $5 for an wax I dont recommend to go here because they are rip offs but they do an amazing job on nails .

After making my aunt bleed the bald headed one called my aunt mean bc she asked to be given a minute to compose herself(from bleeding still and crying from pain). My aunt is elderly, disabled and just wanted pretty nails for her wedding. Nobody even tried to apologize or fix the situation. Ive never experienced such unprofessionalism and just down right rude business.

The guy that did my pedicure did not take his time. He rushed with everything. Hurt my toes while cutting and digging and didnt even massage me. Just slapped some lotion on me and put a wet towel on top. Then when I went to pay, he told me 5$ more than what he told me it would be when I walked in. My toenails look pretty but overall Im not satisfied. Overpriced. Go to blush. Its worth the wait.

Don’t go here! First you’ll wait over an hour to be attended to. Secondly, they overcharge from their listed prices. Horrible service and poor quality. I overpaid by $20 for a mediocre dip job! Based on other reviews, it looks like this place has a switch and bait scheme going on. I suggest if you had a similar problem with them, you write a review and contact the local BBB.

I went to go get my nails done here yesterday, next think I know I’m picking up my dog and my pinking nail broke close to my nail bed and bled a lot . On top of that I have never in my life paid $30 for a set of nails it was always $25 when I told the guy what I wanted he said okay and that it was $30 still cut my nails shorter then what I have wanted them too and I didn’t get the shape I was looking forward too either . How they treat customers is plan wrong . I was sitting in the waiting section, first ones to get there first even signed in . They allowed the others to go ahead of me with full sets that got there after I did ! Rude boss and rude people that work for them . Plan and simple ! I have been coming to that place for almost two years . Any one else got a better nail salon to go to besides this place ? They just lost a good customer for good !!!!

I only asked for a clean up around my eyebrows, she reshaped them and now i have a eyebrow shorter than the other.

The lady Jessica was rude. She cut my foot that hurt and bled. It was painful and ugly for a week. She used the nail drill after my express wishes not to and thinnned my nail to the point it hurt and the powder manicure was wrecked after only a week. Not only that, I was overcharged. Worst mani pedi ever!

Excellent service and very happy with our pedicures. I brought my Mom in with me for her first pedicure and they really made her feel welcome also and did a great job.

I went back there again to give them a second chance but I will never go back there again! When I walked in there again the owners really were not that friendly to me and the second time I went back there they were going to charge me more for my nails!!

Nails did not came out as expected.When i got there it was empty and they where taking their time on doing my nails but as soon as clients started to arrive they started rushing so none of there clients would leave as a result of that my nails came out too bulky and the shape was really bad.

Called and asked what a gel fill and polish would cost was told 25 i went to get a fill and polish it costed 35 went back today and was charged 45 for the same exact thing! When i mentioned it was 35 last time the owner told me to get acrylic fill in next time... fact is i always get gel and its never costed me that much mind you these prices are with the discount they give you for coming in on a weekday.... very disappointing

Been coming here for years and love the expirence every time I come and get anything done.

Very expensive and not a good job. I saw the workers talking about the clients, i did not know there language and they spoke amongst themselves the whole. But some things are obvious when all the women look at someone and say something and they all laugh. Not in very good taste.

Been a customer for years and seems like everytime ive went in the employees and even boss seem to get more rude everytime !

Horrible place!!!! Please take the time and go to another salon. They will probably respect you a little better! I am mortified that anyone can allow you to pay for a service and when you say your not happy because 2 of your nails are a different color and 7 nails arent even painted correctly that you are told... We cant give you your money back and we dont give you credit... You come back and... WE FIX... Really... I have dont want you all touching my nails... If I say just give me my money back... Then just do it! That means I am not happy with your service. 2 days later 2 of the nails they painted with shellac just peeled off... this is a problem because I have a 9 month old baby that is teething and I dont want him eating the nail polish that is just falling off of my fingers... 4 days later now I have 6 nails that the polish has come off... The worst service EVER!!!

I only trust classic nails with my eyebrows and nail needs!!! Thank you so much!
