I was a little hesitant after looking at some of the reviews but I went anyway! So glad I did! Im so pleased with my first experience with dip nails! The young man was quiet but did an awesome job! There were several regular customers in the salon and it really was very comfortable. Being an OTR driver, its nice to find places easy to get to for a manicure. Ill be back!

I made appts for three pedicures two days ahead to ensure there was ample staff. We arrived at our appointment time. My daughter wanted a mani and pedi and the other two of us just pedis. My daughter’s services were done in less than 18 minutes - no massage, no lotion, just a quick fingernail and toenail polish. He barely trimmed her toe nails and cuticles and did neither of those things with her fingernails. I asked him if he was going to do the massage part of her treatment and he said yes….but went on to do someone’s nails and never came back to her. My pedicure was supposed to be a deluxe pedi and the only thing better about mine was I did get a minimal leg massage (no foot massage) and the hot wax treatment. The third pedi was also mediocre at best. We were in and out in less than 35 minutes. Basically they’re charging $35 for a $10-$15 foot bath and polish. I would not recommend this salon if you want to get some value for your money.

Went in with my mother, niece, and daughter for pedicures. The lady did really good with my niece and daughter. A guy did my pedicure and it was a horrible experience. When he started, more customers were coming in so he was rushing.....rubbed the scrub on my legs for like 2 seconds and then washed it off and let the water out, he then painted my toes and did a horrible job at that.....then rubbed a little lotion on my legs and walked off. The lady who did my mom’s pedicure as well did it fast but did a better job at the polishing and ending up having to repaint all of my toes. To me, the point of a pedicure is to focus on my feet and for u to not even rub them at all, I shouldn’t have paid for the service. I just will never return to this nail salon....only giving one star because my niece and daughter seemed to enjoy their time.

I went to go get my Gel nails, with my friend and we think they finish very fast, we got them done on Friday and they started to chip on Saturday, we got bad service never going there again! And the staff talks in there language and it seem like they are talking about you because the stare at you then they talk!

Paid $35 for shellac manicure its made it four days and the whole polish has peeled off as a whole. Worst shellac polish ever.

Worst service Ive ever gotten with my nails! The lady was absolutely rude! Didnt have the colors I wanted, so I picked something else! They couldnt do the simple design, I had to have a sticker if I wanted a design! A kindergarten could have done a better job. Cut the nails really short and put tips on, and I only wanted Shellac with my natural nails! When I asked for them to paint a part that they missed she was rougher then. They are not straight and are jagged. Will never go back!

Really bad customer service the guy doesn’t know what he’s doing or make any designs.

Could have been better.....I came in and patiently waited for 30 min before someone could see me. I asked for short and round and I got short and choppy. Im pretty sure she did them in 20 minutes tops because she was in a hurry to get to the customer behind me that she knew so well. When I went home I had to file them to make them look better. I know she can do better. I seen my friends that went to her the next day and they looked great. But also knew her very well. So basically, if you dont have a good customer relationship with these people they wont take their time and or care about quality. I will not return.

I had the best experience here! I was a walk in and they had me started in 15 minutes, gave me exactly what I wanted, and talked with me the whole time! Love this place, will definitely be coming back!

The owner is AMAZING! She always does such a good job, she offers pretty much any beauty service a girl could dream of, and if you arent happy for some reason she will always try and make it right! The business always has a laid back vibe, and good conversation! Tao (dont hate mr if I spelled that wrong miss), the owner is so great! She really gets to know her clients and her hired help is pretty great as well. She is the ONLY nail salon I go to in Lexington! Love it! 💜

I have been going here for almost a year now. Love them!!! My nails have never been so long naturally and as healthy as they are now.

Ive been going there for years and having Thao do my nails and she is always super fast and does a fantastic job. A friend of mine went along with me yesterday and got her done as well the girl who did her must have been learning because wasnt very confident in doing them. Someone else ended up doing them she asked for a coffin shape but they were basically just square but they still looked very pretty. The process seemed to take quit a bit longer than usual might have gone a little faster if the tech didnt check her phone every few mins and start texting.

The best place to have nails done with the most smiles. I totally love my nails and the new way they do it. I give them a 10👍

While its a nice salon and clean, I only go here if I absolutely have to. The first time I went here it cost me a $100 to have my toes, my 10 year old, and my 4 year olds fingers (just polish) and toes done?!!?😳 We all just got polish, no gel or dip as it was just our toes(except my 4 year old who got just polish on her nails)$100?? A bit much I think and when I asked about the price the lady just snapped at me and told me $100. Cut to today.I took my 10 year old daughter to get her nails filled, dip not acrylic. Just a fill not a new set..and it was $40? She didnt get any design or anything special, just a dip color. I looked at their price and it read $30 for a fill, when I asked the guy he just kept saying $40. Since her nails where already done I paid for it. But the inconsistencies, and the way the ladies talk to each other, look at you then laugh makes me feel like they are talking smack about you:/

The first time I get dip powder at Jasmin nails I love it they are do good job and very friendly ; I always get dip powder in Kearney but never stay on just couple day they’re feeling off, I got done 2 weeks a go still stay on doesn’t feel off at all, I love this place will return again.

Worst pedicure ever! I never leave reviews but this one was worth writing. Ive been getting my nails done for over 10 years and just recently moved to a town near here thinking this would be a nice place. The salon is clean I will give it that, but the guy was so rude to me and pedicure only lasted about 20 minutes. Will not be returning!

Not impressed at all. I walked in, the salon wasnt super busy, and I immediately noticed the workers were annoyed with me being there. I was rushed in choosing my color and the application was sloppy. The lady didnt even do the full manicure. I didnt even get the color I chose. Not a friendly environment and overall a very disappointing experience.

I have been going to Jasmin Nails and I am thoroughly delighted with the services I have received, the colors to choose from, and the care and effort on the part of the technicians!

Ive never been to Jasmin Nails, before today.I went there as a Walk-in Customer on a Sunday.I showed up and there was a Guy and a Woman working with a couple Customers.They both looked up when I came in and barely acknowledged me and were not Welcoming at all.Just for context, it was not a busy day for them.I sat down and just waited patiently for whenever they had time. I was only there for 10 minutes and in that amount of time, The Nail Lady who was working with a Customer on a Manicure was extremely Cold, Non-talkative and Rude to her.The Customer simply stated that she thought the nail color was lighter than she originally thought and was thinking about a different Color.The Nail Lady became very Loud and upset at her Client.Stating multiple times First you say you want this Color and now you say you dont want it!She was rolling her eyes and was loud enough for everyone to hear.Her Client was visibly embarrassed and started saying its fine, its ok, lets just leave it and the Nail Lady kept railing into her for changing her mind.I was disgusted at this Womans behavior towards her Client and I honestly was afraid to wind up in the same situation with her.So I just got up and left.
