Kristi is an amazing masseuse! I was in a ton of pain from a pulled muscle. If not for her I’d have packed up and cut our vacation short. I had tried other places in the area but none compare. I am so grateful to her for bringing my pain level from a 10 all the way down to a 4. She reads the body and knows where to put more pressure and where to ease up. I can not say enough good about her or the spa. Thank you Kristi! See you next trip down to SC. 😁

I get my brows done here. My skin is sensitive and Brittany does a wonderful job on them. No pain! Dont call for a manicure or pedicure. They dont have the staff so if you can leave a message it doesnt mater they dont call you back. No courtesy call backs.

I have received multiple services at Glow and every experience with the staff at the spa has been phenomenal. Swedish massage with either Kristi or Brittney is amazing. I would highly recommend Glow.My only concern with Glow is the expiration dates of gift cards. Their cards expire after 6 months, but there is no expiration policy visible on the card or on the wrapping that surrounded the gift card. I recommend that Glow disclose their expiration policy on the gift card.

Kristi Massage Therapist is an awesome ONE! Today was my second time booking with her and once again she did not disappoint! Having a pinched nerve and slipped disc L4-5...I decided and Kristi agreed and suggested that massage therapy before chiropractic therapy would loosen up my muscles. My chiropractor Dr. Drake Jacobs can do his therapy and should prove to be beneficial for me! #NoNsaids4METhank you once again Kristi..planning too see you soon!

All the services Ive had done there are done with perfection & their 1st concern is your comfort & satisfaction. My husband raves about my hair every single time. I highly recommend Brittany! I just had a massage and facial that were wonderful! I am a physical therapist and have high expectations. Brittany is the full package. She is professional, knowledgeable, articulate, and intuitive. During the massage, she had firm pressure with smooth transitions. The facial felt fabulous and my face is GlowING!

My stylist was polite & I was pleased with my cut. However, she left me while my foil was processing & texted on her phone in the reception area the whole time, leaving me alone with no other person in the salon area. My partial foil & cut was $125. I feel this was extremely overpriced. Unfortunately I wont be back for these two reasons.

Audrey took the time to help me through a rough kids cut my daughter got at a nearby salon. She was mindful of her comments and proactive in her suggestions. We will be back! Thank you!

My stylist Liz recently moved over to Glow Salon and Spa, so I have visited twice now. I cant speak to the manis, pedis or massages, but Liz is an excellent colorist. The spa owner is super friendly and sweet, plus she never let me run out of filtered lemon water after my long work day when I told her I thought I was dehydrated! A friend from work goes to Glow for her manicures and pedicures and she is very particular about those. She highly recommends Glow as well.

Not the best experrience for the price they charge. I think Kelly was the name of the lady who was rude and impatient. If you need someone to be patient do not go here. Plenty of other salons in Lexington.
