The staff at this location were friendly and kind. Love how bright and CLEAN the studio is. The technician did a great job on my gel manicure. I’m fully satisfied!

I have visited this MiniLuxe location since it opened around 10 years ago. The nail technicians have been excellent - professional, friendly, fastidiously clean in all their practices. What has impressed me most about the whole team is their teamwork as a group. They care about each other and they care about their clients! Well done!

Nary is pleasant and friendly, and also lets me just sit and be quiet when I need to rest and recharge! :)

This is my first MiniLuxe pedicure since November 2019 (thanks, COVID!) and it was SO NICE to get back. It’s a different level than other nail salons - and worth paying extra.

I love MiniLuxe in Lexington. It is clean and always runs on time. Karen is a great technician. I’m so glad they have reopened.

Anyone know if this place is EVER opening again? Everywhere else has managed, but this location is STILL closed. Disappointing....they are the best around and Karen is a star!

My mom only has a rotary phone and does not use a computer so she is not in a position to download the mobile app. According to studio voicemail, all appointments must be booked on miniluxe mobile app.

Staff is great . Everything is clean . All tools are cleaned and are only used for you . Also, only tubs no whirlpool .Nail fungus is a serious issue with salons that don’t follow this protocol . It’s a pleasure to go there

I have been quite disappointed with the technicians in this venue. I have tried quite few and they have in general hard to understand what youd like, and the quality of the final service is poor. I even signed up for 10 minute massage and the lady only did 6. This picture below is 2 days after the service. Skin bleeding, bad color line, etc. Miniluxe is shooting for premium service and this hardly meets target.

Went in for a performance polish, was looking forward to go. Go there and they put me with Tamie, she was beyond rude did not introduce herself, did not say hello or anything told me to sit there and she will be right back ... second the original color I wanted she stated would look weird on my skin tone ? How rude ... nonetheless never going there again horrible service. Have better customer service !

I have been curious about this place for some time, and a coworker even recommended it to me, but have been hesitant due to the high prices. I bit the bullet when they offered a deal through Gilt City. I made appointments for a friend and myself and we were there on time and greeted (I use the term loosely) by the least friendly receptionist I have ever met. She spoke so softly that it was truly hard to hear her, and she was also not really that helpful. She must have been new. She did not know what to do with our rain gear, she did not tell us to wait and we would be escorted to the station by our manicurists, she just kind of asked us to pick our color and then ignored us. Not a great feeling, especially when youre new to the establishment. After waiting 15 minutes without any clue about who my manicurist was or when I should expect to get started, I finally went to the desk to ask. She said, just wait and someone will be with me shortly. So another few minutes goes by and then I was finally greeted by the manicurist sitting right next to me. She was the saving grace of the whole experience. Yen was kind, friendly, patient, and did a great job. If not for her, I would have completely lost it. Yen, if you ever go to another salon, let me know, otherwise, no, I will not be returning to MiniLuxe.

Came here with my Mother in Law over the summer and we had a great time. Polish was very neat and well applied. Foot and leg massages felt great. Bringing my Mom here this weekend, we are looking forward to it!

The team here is top notch and couldnt be friendlier. The front desk concierges are always attentive and helpful across the board and you never leave dissatisfied. This is especially true when Holly is working, she has the most welcoming attitude and happy smile. Makes you want to come back again and again to chat and make your day. She is the best part of the trip. Prices are super fair for the work they put in.

This salon is clean and neat. They do a very precise, professional job without much fuss. Their nail polish is specific to them, so dont go there if you have a brand name polish in mind. But their color assortment seems complete and comprehensive. They offer a no smudge or chip guarantee for 7 days, which is handy if you have a big event coming up. All around a great experience. You will pay a little extra for their service over many other places, but if mani/pedis are a rare treat for you, then certainly worth the extra for a job well done.

Sophea is an outstanding esthetician. She is very careful and proficient in her skills. She is a lovely person and I am so happy I found her at MiniLux. My feet and hands have never looked better. Thank you Sophea!

This is my go-to place for pedicures. Clean, lovely environment. Love Yun especially! Besides always making me feel very welcome, she quickly learned what my feet need and they dont hurt anymore! Its a little pricier than other places, but for me its worth it for pain free feet.

I got the gel manicure ($47) plus 20% tip - (started chipping at day 8: they only fix up to day 7: but advertised that it would last 3 weeks)the girl that did my nails was rushing, no one offered me a beverage- very unhappy - won’t be going back.

My experience here could not be more different from the comments below. Ive had excellent manicures from every technician Ive had, although I tend to stick with 1-2 people who know me well. Appointments are hard to get at the last minute, but are generally pretty available within a few days ahead of time, even for weekends. They have very long hours and are open every day, so they can accommodate most schedules pretty well. In contrast to a pricey nail salon in Cambridge as well as other nail salons in the area, Ive never suffered a cut here. Performance polish manicures last like gels. My cuticles look well cared for. It isnt warm and fuzzy -- not the full spa experience -- but for good manicures with absolute cleanliness, Ill take these guys over anyone else.

Said it closed at 8pm and was already booked for the rest of the day by 6pm. “Walk-ins” welcome!?

Their customer service is lousy. I called to make an appointment and the woman on the phone was just plain rude. This is a services company - if they cannot be nice over the phone I wonder how their actual service is. I did NOT make the appointment in the end and went to another salon.

They never have any time available. The front desk lady is annoying and useless. The products they use are way too un healthy. If you just walk by the store you get a headache. I do not recommend this place. It doesnt last long(polish) and the price is so over priced. I go to Beersheba just around the corner!!! I love them. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I live in Lexington and have gone to a few nail places around. Needed to get my nails done for my wedding. BIG mistake. Not only did the girl cut me once but SIX times. Yes thats correct 6 times. I almost stated to cry when she was doing my pedicure. Her nails were way too much and she keep pintching me. My poor fiancée was next to me the entire time and could tell I was in pain. After when getting my nails I kept saying ouch and she said sorry and sorry. After she was done my nails looked awful. Smudged and bubbles in them. The only good part of this place is the guy who sits up crying was nice. I will never go back.
