I tried this location for the first time and was excited after seeing the many high quality images online. My mani/Pedi however doesn’t reflect the high quality work they promote. I don’t mind paying for quality but $90 seems like overkill for the performance I received. In addition, my nail tech put a different color on my nails from what I had asked for. At first I thought it was my fault for not paying close attention to the color but then I saw that the bottle had a different number than the number I asked for. Ugh, I really thought this was gonna be my go-to salon2 starts for their hospitality and clean space.

I’ve been coming here off and on for over 2 years. I think this salon is okay. The only issue I have is the owners attitude and the lack of creativity when you haven’t booked an appt during the week. If you come on the weekend, prepare for inconsistency. Some of us only have that option, due to work. It’s busy but every customer should feel like you actually care. If they want a design, suggest one. I see pictures posted and get excited, will ask for designs or creativity, and the nail tech acts as if I’m a bother or either rushing. Shape will be good but it’s basic. I’ll pay for whatever. They are expensive anyway, but I won’t pay for “it’s busy, I’m tryna get you outta my chair” vibes.

The staff is very friendly and the salon is extremely clean. Prices are reasonable. Great service! Highly recommend

MALE WORKERS ARE RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL, ILL TAKE MY MONEY AND TIME SOMEWHERE ELSE. TOLD ME IF YOU DONT LIKE IT YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHINING, NOT HIS PROBLEM AFTER I HAD EXTREMELY HOT WATER POURED IN MY BASIN FOR PEDICURE.. YOU CANT KEEP CLIENTS WITHOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The salon has a very peaceful atmosphere. It was very easy to relax. And I love TINA! She gave me exactly what I asked for, all while still being able to work with my budget. She has earned herself a regular client, I WILL BE BOOKING WITH HER AGAIN VERY SOON

I LOVE this place! The staff is so welcoming and funny. There is always good and entertaining conversation. The prices are fair and the quality of their work is amazing. I am always happy with my nails and they last for several weeks without lifting. I make appointments and they are usually always ready for me when I get there. Definitely the best salon I have been to in SC!

These guys were amazing! Ly did my nails and he did such a great job, and the atmosphere was so fun and welcoming. Tina was joking with everyone the whole time. And when I was done they said it was cool to sit in the massage chairs for a minute and relax. There were no crazy unexpected up charges like some places. Just super straightforward and professional and fun. Then I apparently left my credit card and they called to let me know. I’ll recommend them and go back next time I need my nails done!

Hey ladies if you’re looking for a nice place with great people and great service you need to go here after trying so many other places and not being satisfied I finally decided to give Tina and Ly a try and y’all I’m very pleased not only the service but with some down to earth people if you’re picky this is your place I can truly say satisfaction guaranteed and if not they stand by their services so give them a try you’ll be pleased.

Called ahead to be sure they would be able to get to me timely with an appointment since I would be on my lunch hour. The lady that answered the phone couldnt answer all my questions so she passed me off to another lady that had absolutely no customer service skills either. I felt like I was a bother. She was rude and short with her responses. I reluctantly made an appointment because they are so close to home but ended up canceling. I drove the distance to another nail salon because they were warm and welcoming and friendly when I called.

Not the worst but not the best as a first time customer. Overbooked. Waited almost an hour from the appt time I was given to have my hands looked at. There was cursing out loud for customers to hear. Children running around with a dog, that kept running from the back room. Nail tech Ly (Lee) did a nice job on my medium coffin nails and didnt show any frustration while looking for a glitter to compliment my bday look. Will try them 1 more time in am or early afternoon.

Im new to the area, i happened to have came across their instagram and was taken away by their work. I met Tina and Ly who both are such wonderful people. I had my nails and toes done, the guy who did my toes did a wonderful job especially the massage. I have found my forever home.

Christina is the best nail technician Ive come across thus far. Went to the gas station and the cashier had the most amazing nails and I got her nail technicians phone number. Been going to Christina for a solid 9 months now will never go to anybody else. Constantly get compliments on my nails even when theyre old! She does the best designs and it is an amazing artist! I had a really bad experience today. I checked in at 10:15 am for a manicure & pedicure. 2 1/2 later. I had to skip on the manicure and told the nail tech that I had to go. He charged me $55. for a regular pedicure. Then he said to me in a mean nasty tone of voice that its like this sometimes. I was the 3rd customer at that time. This nail tech yelled at me as I was getting into my car across the parking lot. I regret todays visit at M&M nail salon and I do not recommend anyone to get their nails done there ever!!!!

My go-to place for manicures. Really nice couple from Vietnam runs it. They always do a great job. The place is immaculately clean. You should call to make an appointment if you can, but they take walk-ins.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this time if I could give it 0 stars I would. I’ve been getting my nails done at this place ever since before it changed names and owners. Now it seems like they are in such a big rush all the time. Zero attention to detail. Today whoever did my pedicure did such a horrible job. She made my toes bleed. Did not apply the polish correctly. Did not massage my feet at all, she only dabbed the lotion, spread it everywhere. I got lotion left all over my calves. I’m in pain and hoping my toe doesn’t get infected. I got a party to go to today. What I thought was going to be a relaxing time turned out to be just horrible. I’ll never come to this place again.

Ive been to many Nail Salons since Glamour Nails in Lexington closed and have not been happy or satisfied with any of them. Then I came across M&M Nails in Oak Grove and could not be any happier!!! The staff are engaging and professional. The facility spotless and everything sterile and sealed in individual packs ready for each customer. The first time I went there I was treated like Id been going there for years. I absolutely love my nails every time I leave there. I even called them when I got home from my first time there to tell them how much I loved my nails and the way I was treated (like family not just another customer). I would and do recommend them to everyone I know and even people I dont know.

Here at M&M nails you get just that and more. It is a very nice and relaxing environment and Tina, Ly, and the rest of the crew go out of their way to make your experience phenomenal. Now, this place isnt for the light hearted. Tina and Ly are some real down to earth individuals and will tell you like it is while making you laugh; so dont take it personal. Lol. Like I said, I have finally found my nail home.

Stopped by for the first time today, for a fill in and eyebrow waxing. I cant say enough good things. They were fast, sanitary, affordable and did a great job. I will definitely be going back!!

My name is Brenda A. The owner here was very impatient with my 3 year old granddaughter. When I asked her to just speak kindly, she raised her voice and said this was just how her generation talks. A nice day out turned into a nightmare. Other technicians were very friendly. She said she was from Atlanta and that is how people talk there. That was the most ridiculous statement I’ve heard. I happily tipped my tech and my daughters tech. The owner didn’t get one cent for being so short tempered with my granddaughter. I’ll never return.
