I love this place! My family and I live in Jupiter, FL and while we were on vacation this Christmas we were able to visit OPEX Midlands. What an amazing facility! It is very clean, welcoming, and inviting to athletes of all skill levels. Coach Scott and Coach Kari were attentive to all the patrons working out and provided excellent coaching for me while I was exercising. Great coaches with a highly personalized approach to your fitness. The patrons of this gym are all extremely supportive of one another and everybody is made to feel welcome. There is absolutely zero gym rat/meathead attitude in this place! They also offer seminars on wellness and nutrition. Its the total package and it has completely changed my life.

Most amazing trainer I have ever had. Very specific workouts catered to my very rigid goals. The only limitations it has are the ones you put on yourself. You will definitely get out what you put in. Highly recommend this to anyone that wants to take their training to the next level.

I began my journey with Opex Midlands in 2016 while living in Columbia, SC. Prior to Opex, I had tried EVERYTHING to get excess weight off and live a healthy lifestyle and nothing worked. After becoming an Opex client I have lost 50 pounds drastically changed my lifestyle. The most amazing thing to me is that I have been able to keep the weight off and the healthy lifestyle going.
