Billy is a great barber. I recommend him to everyone. I will only get my hair cut by him.

Billy is a down to earth guy who isnt too busy. Great hair cuts. He is abiding by the COVID rules so you must have a mask or you can get one from him for a couple of dollars. He also isnt doing beards right now for obvious reasons.
