Wrights towing did a phenomenal job! The driver was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable when taking care of my Tesla. They take care of your car as if were there own no matter the circumstance your in. Would definitely recommend there services to anyone and would give a 10/10 if I could.

I stopped by the gas station on my way home Thursday night and my car wouldnt start when I came out. This service was so fast and friendly. Ive never had such great service from a towing company. Being a woman alone at night, I was nervous about being stranded. But they assured me Id be taken care of and theyd get me to my towing destination safely. Although I thought I just needed a jump, an attempt was made,, that didnt work so I had to get towed. Its so frustrating when your vehicle gives you problems at the most inconvenient times. Despite the situation,, a smile was put on my face and my vehicle is safe and sound.

The dispatcher was very nice & the tow driver didn’t take long to get to my car & he didn’t take long to bring my car to the destination. I will most definitely call them again, if I need to. Thank y’all so much

Freddie was great very professional, and helpful. I would strongly recommend and use this company again. I was coming from my son football game and hit a very bad pot hole on old Charleston rd. Within 2 minutes my car start shaking. Freddie arrived in the rollback but when he got to me. He realized that I would need a flat bed. He called Wayne and told him that he just made it because the insurance company gave him the wrong address and a man pull a gun on him for coming to his house. I hope his vehicle wasn’t up for repo. Freddie noticed that the upper control arm came off and he was able to repair it for me. He was willing to go above and beyond to do what needed to be done.

This company go above and beyond! Tennessee and his partner helped me and my husband so gratefully! Even with assisting with the car to get started and never left us until we could get back on the road and running!They were very professional and machincally inclined! To the owner keep your valued workers and reward them because if it wasnt for them we would have been paying over 1,000 to get back to Savannah!!

My grandfather who is a retired, disabled VET was stranded in the Kroger parking lot for 2 hours. I first called expectedly upset because we were told someone from Richard Wright towing would be out to him within 45 minutes.There was no follow up call or notice to my grandfather who asked for help and was simply trying to understand what was going on. The young lady that answered has apparently NEVER talked to someone frustrated looking for direct answers because when I questioned her she stated I was being disrespectful. Then Wayne grabbed the phone and instead of trying to resolve the situation he attempted to chastise me about my attitude. Meanwhile its kids, dogs and all kind of commotion in the background like weve interrupted their Saturday. I went further to say if she felt like I had an attitude Im sorry but she should have said that, instead she laughed immaturely and passed Wayne the phone.My grandfather was the one who suffered in this because of their lack of professionalism and understanding my frustration. Would they not be upset if their mother/father/grands had been sitting and waiting for 2 hours with no contact or follow up as to what is going on?They decided to be ultimate jerks after telling me someone was 5-10 minutes away (which is what I questioned by the way) to then cancel the tow leaving my grandfather stranded.My agent was on the line so I hope he takes the necessary steps to have them removed from the recommended list of towing companies.

Excellent workmanship and above and beyond service. The work was exceptional. Paint and body work was executed with flawless precision! Car looks better than new. The black paint has such depth. Liquid in appearance. Much appreciated to all that were involved with this project.

This company was dispatched to me through road side assistance. Their estimated time of arrival was 1:56am. They never showed up. Called them over 20 times trying to reach someone, even called the emergency line and no one ever answered the phone, nor showed up to provide the assistance that was requested. This was very unprofessional, would never recommend this company to anyone. If I could rate them a 0 and give them no stars I would. The only reason I gave them 1 Star is because the option for no stars in unavailable.

They were called by Allstate, on my behalf. I was stuck on the exit ramp off I-77 last night and the tow truck driver was friendly and made sure I did not get any damage to my vehicle. Excellent service, but I hope not to use them again. lol

I was having issues with my car and needed to get it towed. Steven was very nice and professional. Once he arrived he did some preliminary test with car which helped a lot once we got to the mechanic. With me being a person with no experience with cars Steven was also able to talk to the mechanic and communicates things to them about the car for me. Hopefully, I won’t have to be towed again but if I do this will be the place I use again.

Went on a business trip for predeployment and my car was towed by this business. Charges were expensive for a 1 day tow. Initial charges were 270! I also found out my tags expired last month but instead of just paying the 270 i was charged an additional 125 to get it towed to a family members house. I understand this is a towing business but charges were too excessive and high. This will be the last time I visit, which is bad because I see they do great automotive work. I just wanted to post my experience.

This is the only way it would let me respond to timothy dents post. your car was parked for several days on a property that states NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. When our tow driver went to check the properties he had tagged the car that states it would be towed in 24 hours. then 24 hours later when my driver returned he hooked to the car because it was still in violation. my drivers have to call the license plate to police to report the impound and while doing so they advised us that the tags was not only expired but was registered to a honda. which didnt match the car. we can not allow any customer to drive away from our property with expired tags or no license ect. he asked if we could tow the car 37 miles outside our area to a friends house which would have normally been $75 hook fee and $3 a mile which would have been a total of $186.00 I agreed to tow it for $125.00. its funny we have been in business 25 years and towing the entire time and never had a complaint about our towing or towing service. this should be a lesson learned not to park in front of a sign that states NO OVERNIGHT PARKING...… we gave you the benefit and left it for 3 days before towing it. I will honor this negative post because your upset but clearly im not the one who parked there.

I haven’t done business with Richard, but I know I will. He is a 5-star dude, who is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable with several 1st place trophies. I had a few questions and he gave me a wealth of information. He even advised me on how to save money on my Bobber project.

This has been by far one of the worse experiences ever!! From one business owner to another.....I brought my motorcycle in to get some speakers put on it. During our initial conversation, the price was quoted one thing, however when I went to pick it up, the price somehow went up an additional $150. I paid the total of $950. Once I left and had a chance to review everything, and looked over the receipt that failed to break down the costs of parts and service, I noticed that there was $150 that wasnt accounted for. I then called the owner, Richard Wright, and asked him about the over charge. He immediately became defensive and very aggressive, trying to convenience me that the extra was because his worker had to go pick up a part!! Mind you I had already paid $400 in labor. He finally agreed to give me only $100 back, and told me to never come back to his shop again!!How in the world do any business owner have the right to handle a customer like that just because they ask for an explanation of a bill, and HE cant justify the overage!! Well when I went to pick up the money, I asked to speak to him directly, and he refused to come out the back to talk to me!! As a business owner myself, I am very displeased with this level of unprofessionalism, and the quality of work done to the bike was not worth what I paid for. I will NEVER patron his business again, and will try to fore warn others as well.

Richard is honest, fair and his work is second to none. Highly recommended. He has completed many jobs for me, my family and friends and once finished even an expert cannot tell there was any damage.
