I went here to get air in tires as the tps light came on. They were honest, in telling me the potential issue with it in the future, was out here also for working the area, but this is a good place to go, personally.

Had a trailer tire that needed a valve core replaced. Went inside and was greeted by two real nice guys and was asked if they could help me. I told them what I needed and immediately one of the guys went and got the wheel off the bed of my truck and I stepped outside to talk to a friend and the guy was loading my wheel back on my truck and said he had fixed it. They have gained a new customer and I appreciate their help. God bless you guys.

I have been doing business with you for a while now. I will not go anywhere else. I moved to Kingsport TN over a year ago and I still cross Tennessee, Virginia and about an hour to get to lexington N.C. I do that to have both my vehicles serviced with you. Chris is great and so is joey. They know what they are doing and are fantastic with the customers. I have 4 other family members that also have been going there for years and they are very satisfied with them too.

Great place to get all your vehicle needs

I had an appointment out of town but woke up to my tire on my new Subaru being flat. With it being a holiday weekend all five places I tried to call were closed. Finally I called Mock tire and I tell Chris I will be there in 15 min. Chris was super helpful took the Forester back as soon as I got there. Didn’t cost much to remove a screw and patch the tire. They even changed the lugs out for me (been meaning to do that for a while).This was my first time going to Mock tire, they gained a new customer. See y’all next time one of my cars needs a patch or new tires.

My boyfriend got a flat on the highway and this was the closest tire place. When we get there, they don’t have the specific tire we need, however they helped us put the donut on and pointed us in the direction of a place that had our tires. The staff was incredibly nice and super helpful. 10/10 do recommend!

Went in with flat tire late one afternoon. Ordered replacement tire, it was there by 9:00 a.m. next morning. Was ready within a hour or less. Very fine gentlemen, go beyond means to help you out. Very appreciative of their great service.

Update.... less than 2 hours after posting the below review i was contacted by a lady who handles the marketing and social reviews for this and many locations. She asked me what had gone on which I explained and then she called and talked to the manager who said he had made a mistake and wanted to make it right. She called me back to let me know he would be in touch about my refund. Steve called me the next day and offered a refund of the difference that was quoted as well as an apology for the mix up. I went in person to process the refund on my card and get a receipt. We spoke of a similar situation he was going through, shook hands and I told him I would be back (as I had never waged to have to go somewhere else). I am pleased with his quick response to have her (Toni) reach out to me, and her understanding of my point of view. Thank you!! ------------Ive used this location for 10 years of service on all of my vehicles for everything other than an out of town issue. I called last week to get pricing on a new set of tires (being the 4th set I have bought for the same car in the 10 years from them). I was quoted 2 options, I went with the less expensive. I had already dropped my car off the day before so they called that afternoon once they were finished. I go in to pay, hand over my card, and when the receipt was printed it was more than $100 higher than what I was quoted. When I questioned the manager (who was the one to give me the quotes that morning), he looked it up again and said no this is the cheapest Ive got in that size. Telling me that morning that I could get a set for $320something @$74.50 each to me paying for $457 @ $105 per tire and then arguing with me that I was wrong. I had no proof of what he had quoted. But I made it clear that I was pissed and would no longer bring either of my vehicles there nor would I recommend them anymore as I had always done. Ive known a couple of the guys there since high school and I thanked them for all they had ever done for me but I thought it was beyond ridiculous that the manager would not honor what he had told me. It wasnt like I was asking for the tires to be free. The same tires I could have gotten at Wal-Mart Tire center as well as 2 other competitors for $20+ less per tire, but I never price compared before because I just like going there. After the experience and being over charged, I was very tempted to leave the car and tell them they could take them off and keep the damn tires, I would go right down the street and save some money. So much for being a long time valued customer!! The managers name is Steve that gave me the quote and then argued with me over what he told me after he had ran my card!

Our company has dealt with BerothMock tire associates for decades, at Elkin, King and Mt.Airy. Recently, I ordered a tire for our business truck at their Lexington location. One of their staff, from Wisconsin, brought my attention to my dual wheels being misaligned, preventing proper access to the inside tire valves. He just went ahead, put the truck on the lift, removed and aligned both duals and added 30 + pounds of air to proper 75 pound rating.He didnt have to volunteer to notice and correct the problems, he just did it and stated his company wouldnt like to see anyone leave their business with such a hazard unremedied. Kudos to a great tire company with outstanding technicians who go above and beyond...to make their company better. Thanks, Wisconsin, I really appreciate it.
