Positive and excellent atmosphere, every coach is fantastic in every way. The thought of starting CrossFit was intimidating, but the whole experience has been so welcoming, and now I see that any age and any fitness level can join and be welcomed and have a wonderful time and workout. Having had little physical activity in many years, I was somewhat sure Id die. However Rachels guidance and support has given me the confidence to keep pushing myself. Class participants range from rookies like me to advanced with everyone supporting each other no matter their fitness level.

Dropped in to 196 during a work trip and was happy I did. Owner/coach Rachel was welcoming, attentive, and energetic. If you’re in the area or passing through stop in get a sweat on.

Coach and owner Rachel is one of the best coaches I’ve ever had. She makes every class feel like a personal training session, giving everyone personalized attention and positive encouragement. Awesome place and people

Great coaches always encouraging and helping with your form and technique. Always have an inviting group of members to work out with everyday. The facility has lots of different equipment to choose from, access to showers, and plenty of parking. Really just a great place to work out, it’s like having a second framily.

Dropped in to Crossfit 196 for a Saturday wod while in Maine for my son’s hockey tournament. Amazing gym.....most friendly owner and members. Clean, super organized space,and plenty of parking. Upstairs bathrooms and showers.....this gym is maintained so well. I had a fantastic experience and if I am ever back in lewiston, I would absolutely drop into this box again!! 🏋🏼‍♀️👏🏼

I had no idea what I was capable of as an athlete until I started at CF 196. Ive improved physically over the last two years in every way Ive tracked myself, from my weight to my mile time to my dead lift. Thanks Coach Rach!
