We use these guys for all of our tire break and even engine and everything else repair. Customer service is top-notch use the in and out of there first thing the same day. I can send my lady there to get an oil change and they dont pressure her to do any other stuff with upselling which is really nice

Totally unique experience, understanding, knowledgeable staff that not only can but will get the job done! Doesnt try to empty your pockets, or treat you as less of a person (females you get me). I have been going to college in the LC valley for almost 4 years now. And let me tell you what, it’s hard to find a good honest company that takes care of your car! I tried a few companies and was disappointed with extra charges, lists of things wrong with my car etc. Point S was recommended by a friend and I am so thankful!They are my go to people for my car needs! They offer fair pricing and try to help you to the best of their abilities! I have been in several times for something simple like changing a tire and they go they extra mile by making sure all the other tires are properly filled and rotated, without me asking! And free of charge! They are the best!

What can I say?..... to busy for there own good. When they get busy they pick and choose what diagnosis they give. A vehicle knocking not pinging knocking at start up and they say its normal

EDIT: I was contacted by the manager and he did a really really great job of understanding and listening to my concerns! I’m pleased with the outcome and Ray even offered to reimburse me for the cost that was spent trying to find and fix the problem!A month ago we moved to the area. My car was overheating and I swung into Bruneel to have them check my fluids, then made an appointment to diagnose the problem. They replaced my radiator, air conditioning, and front brakes. As soon as I got my car back I knew something was wrong. My car previously purred to life when starting, but now had an almost violent start and it was making a strange grumbling sound. I took it back to Bruneel. They looked everything over, then charged me an extra 200.00 for changing the belts. What? The car was still making the same noises, but added to those noises was a clunking sound while braking. I took it back again. They told me I needed to take it to the Honda dealership because of an axel problem. Meanwhile, whatever they did, fixed the starting noise and the grumbling, even though they said they found nothing wrong. I believe we have a transparency problem. Two shops later I find that it wasn’t the axel it was the pins from Bruneels brake job that they did. I called, reporting that I wasn’t happy because now I’m into this car an extra 375.00 for a very easy fix. I was told the manager would get back to me and I still haven’t heard anything, so I am left to assume that this company doesn’t value customer satisfaction. They did try their best to find the problems, in my view, that they created. I didn’t even want any kind of refund. I just wanted to be heard, after a month of continuous problems. If you’re looking for an honest, transparent shop for your car I would highly recommend Lupers Automotive instead.

Excellent service! I didnt realize I had a special kind of oil in my vehicle and, while the didnt have my oil, they were super helpful in ordering in the supplies for it and they got it done at a great price! I highly recommend them! ☺️💕

I got an alignment done everything seems fine so far. Everyone had a pleasant attitude and was willing to answer any questions I had. Best of all it was pretty quick. I definitely wouldnt have a problem sending someone there.

Terrible customer service. I broke a wheel stud removing a tire they put on my vehicle (4 months prior). They over-torqued the nut and refused to make it right.

Had an alternator failure while fishing . They tracked down the part and had me fixed up in a couple of hours! This was on a busy Saturday and on short notice. Really pleased with the results and the service.

Disappointed the tire rotations cost $20 bucks now. The price to put the air filters in was a bit high as well. Other then that they always do a great job on my car.

Cheapest alignment in town. Best part it only took about an hour! Definitely be coming back if any other services needed.

Went in for a warranty on an unbalanced tire. The service was excellent and they even went out of their way to check and confirm a wheel bearing issue. They ended up getting the tire balanced out and really took time they didnt have because they were so busy to explain the situation to me. Great group of guys definitely would suggest them.

Had new Nokia tires put on wed and they did a wonderful job. Got me in n out quickly and they made sure to make sure i was happy n satisfied. I would recommend them to everyone!😁

Had an oil change done to a Dakota, I failed to tell them that my drivers side window was not functional- they rolled it down and dropped the window into the door. Even near closing they were willing to fix it and get it back to where it need to be. Thanks!

From the first phone call to get information about purchasing tires it was excellent service on the phone. Then I went in to see the tires and was very impressed with the all the staff. Great customer service. Went in a couple weeks ago for oil change an air filter change and to check my tires to make sure they were good for driving in the snow because i thought there was a rock in the breaks the guy who was working on my car and came in to talk to me about everything personally double and triple checked my tires when I explained what was going on.

Took in my old car and I told them to look it over, change the oil, and make it travel ready. When I came into pick up the car I asked if flushing the radiator would cost anything. The mechanic then rudely said well yeah. duh?Oh Im sorry I dont remember asking for the attitude. I asked if they did an inspection of everything and he didnt answer me. I was supposed to drive four hours to Missoula. I decided not to and I figured out they didnt inspect any of it. My front end isnt aligned correctly, my brakes were horrible (I knew they were but they should probably tell me), and they said it runs great. Well if it runs so great why did I pay $40 for terrible service, getting no inspection, my alternator was put on wrong, and why does it die when it idles?Absolutely terrible, rude service. I would not recommend.

First, lets begin with rude staff. My last 3 experiences have all been horrible and either cost me a lot of money, or almost did...I took in a truck I was looking to buy to check out a possible steering issue. Everything looks good they said. After purchasing the truck and spending almost $500 dollars on the obvious problems I was shown later by a competent company, everything was good.Next time I went in, I needed brakes on a car. Told me it would be $600 for all wheels with old calipers. They almost talked me into it. Checked the next competitor, they were nearly half the price with brand new calipers. Similar experience with tires that they supposedly were giving a price break for certain employees of a company. 30% higher, even with discount.How is this company in business?

Went there to have tires and shocks put on. The mental reject behind counter refused my shocks but could do tires. Said they were short on staff, but they werent busy. I did them by myself in 10 minutes literally after i left for home.Kinda made me upset they wouldnt install them since they have the tools etc handy. But this was my first bad time going there, usually theyre pretty good about helping a guy out.

I got a good deal on some all season tires, but the customer service was lacking.. I brought a wheel stud with me and asked if they could throw it on while they did the tires, they said that would be an extra $30 because they have to take the brake off to do that, so for the labor of doing it they charge extra. Ok. I agreed to that. When I returned they told me that it would be more than that if I wanted them to put it on because they would have to take it apart.. ok well isnt that what the extra charge is for? I told them whatever I will do it myself never mind. They refunded that $30 charge but I think when they know what I asked for, a simple thing like putting a wheel stud in, they shouldve done it for the quoted, agreed upon, and paid for it price.. thats good business. Anyways I am happy with the tires and warrantee on them, not with the service level I received.

Bought tires over the Internet and planned on having them siped mounted and balanced locally. The staff at Burneel took the time to further educate me on my purchase and said to save the money for the sipe since my tires had eggressive enough tread and siping would shorten the life on the tires. Like it when a mechanic talks himself down. Saved $60 because of an honest employee.
