They are not willing to help you. They just want money. I got cheated out of a months pay when I was in the hospital with COVID. And the government said they were supposed to help you. It didnt happen with ALLSTATE

Friendly agents willing to work with you and help how they can. Not a group just working for a check. Definitely recommended

When i first got my scooter covered by sandy and elys regardless of how busy they were not once did i ever feel like i was being rushed whether it was when i first made my policy or making payments. They do their best to try to work with their customers whether you were gonna be late by a few days with your payment or just needed to know any information about your policy and ive never even gotten a HINT that unlike most places that being nice is a part of the job but that everyone there is soo nice because people matter the most in there business model ill be getting my insurance here for years to come! :)

Working with Sandy and Misty has been such a blessing!! They are about us and always treat us as family. I had a problem with my roof recently and had a bad experience with an adjuster allstate sent out. I called and talked with both Sandy and Misty and they worked so hard to get my roof looked at a second time and was fully covered! I was so upset the first time around and thought of switching insurance companies but once they helped us I will forever be with them!
