Great think they knew you your whole life,shouldve been there along time ago like 50 years, go to the farm they really help

Been with them for many years now and I cant find a single thing to complain about honestly. Their customer service is always exceptional. They always go out of their way to help. Prices are hard to beat for the level of coverage you get.

Most Farm Bureaus are pretty good especially in the more rural areas. But if you shop around you will find better coverage and MUCH better customer service than you will with this particular location. Incompetence is abundant at this location. Try State Farm they want to earn your business.

Im still in shock that a car insurance company base their covering you on credit !?!? Thats complete bs! Should be on driving records not on if someone has perfect credit or not ! Definitely would not recommend.

Due to my bad luck, I had to file 2 claims within a month. The process was quick and easy and they didnt give me a hard time about it.
