They NEVER answer the phone! Ive had my policy for a couple years and its rare for them to answer the phone. Ive never got a call back!! Got into a wreck a couple years back and they told me to deal with it my self and contact the company above them. At that time they took forever to call me back. The owner isnt very nice either she will laugh in your face and be rude. And they are EXTREAMLY HIGH compaird to other insurance companys. There is Many cheaper!!! They are not there for you and you can save $$$ going other places.
