I have tried to call five times in two days with no answer. There is no option to leave a general message, super frustrating. I feel like someone should be able to answer a phone and help. Thankful to be finding this out now versus having to file a claim and not being able to reach anyone. Would not recommend this business.

Went from a rate of 8.55 percent to a rate of 17.81 percent charged to me with no explanation. Ended up paying hundreds of dollars more each month. Highway robbery. This company also didn’t answer their phone, or email. Terrible company.
