He did a great job. The only problem I have with you is I think your prices are high and your technicians must be incentivized to sell more products. I think you have been coming twice a year for five years and have sold me something extra every time. Im beginning to wonder if you really have my best interests in mind or just your bottom line.

I was very impressed with Gabriel and his willingness to help and he was very pleasant. He took the time to explain what my system was like as it is very different from most systems. He was easy to talk to and although he wasn’t able to perform all that he came to do he promised to give my system a thorough check next spring.

I came home from work Monday to a warm house. Ugh!! I immediately called Western Heating & Air and they sent technician Kade Cook to figure it out! Great folks, they are my go to HVAC. I feel I have been dealt with honestly and in the past they fixed an issue that two other companies couldnt.

They came and replaced a capacitor that lost charge, with a new one. They arrived earlier than scheduled which is always welcomed when your AC is out in 90-100°weather. The technician was friendly and quick. Not sure if it was the best value around but at least reasonable. I would still recommend them for least simple repairs/maintenance.

Its too hot to have a broken AC for the weekend! I was so relieved that Ben could come out earlier than scheduled and repair my AC. Ben was awesome! He is very friendly and makes the whole experience very comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and gave me really good maintenance advice. The price was about what I expected. Very happy with the work done and very happy I purchased the maintenance package.

They were a little late past the window that was given but the service was excellent and communication about options and pricing was transparent and fair. Payment is easy using a tablet to sign and pay with a card. Taylor was friendly, funny and professional, along with the guy he was training whose name I cant recall. I would use this company again, but I would like to see them work a little more on their time boxing.

Jeff came out to troubleshoot my very old central air unit...I know it has been on its last leg for awhile. Jeff thoroughly went thru my furnace and A/C unit and explained everything in my terms and showed me the issues. My system is shot and I know that…I have a new system coming from Western, Mark helped me decide the best unit for my house and budget. If I did not trust this company and used in the past I would not have purchased a brand new unit for my home! I appreciate the professionalism.

My AC was blowing air but not cold. The temperature in my house was already at 84° In the morning. This was the only company that would come out the same day and within hours of my call. So the company was great at providing service. The technician was very professional and cordial. He was very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue within a short amount of time. Including the repair. I had cool air within an hour of his arrival. Many thanks to company and tech. Very pleased with experience.

Gabriel was very thorough and methodical with his inspection of our A/C system. He shared all of his findings with me, identifying parts or components that were still performing “okay” but that we should keep an eye on. He also was very kind to our son, explaining what he was doing and what tools he was using, and answering various questions about Mario characters :-).

I needed someone to check out a swamp cooler that a tenant said wasnt working well (it seems they dont do well in high heat). Tyler came as scheduled and educated us a little more regarding swamp coolers. It was working properly but it is not very efficient in the Utah heat.

Easton represented Western Heating and Air very well. He was thorough, patient, knowledgeable and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I did not feel any pressure from him to purchase new equipment.

Very very frustrated with my experience. I feel like the whole time they were here they were trying to upsell me. Kept telling me if I didnt do certain improvements to my system that the whole unit would fail. Then when they did find the supposed problem it happens to be one of two things on the unit that isnt actually warranteed. They were going to charge me $600. I finally got ahold of our original installer. They came instead. They hadnt even found the right problem and the part was warranteed. But at the end of the day I paid $185 for that nonsense. Such a waste of time and money.

Our technician Jeff was extremely thorough in diagnosing our air conditioning problems and pointed out issues to us involving our furnace which we were completely unaware of. I cant imagine anyone doing a better evaluation for us than he did.

Sometimes the costs hurt in the pocketbook, but its the nature of the business and they have been very straightforward on ways we can save, and at least we can count on reliable service.

This company is a God send that go over and beyond. They gave my sister and her family the Gift of Heat in conjunction with FM 100.3 on December 21, 2020 . I have never seen so much compassion, love, kindness and professionalism like this... they understand what it means to help others and give to the community. They treated all of us with dignity and explained everything throughly. Their technician ( I am sorry I cannot remember his name ) even crawled under their mobile home and fixed the duct work that had fallen, he came out covered in dirt . He was willing to go the extra mile, none of us knew that was even a problem . My husband I met with Brady and Chance first and they were just awesome ( sorry I am running out of words to describe ) Both helped us and answered our questions about my sisters 26 year old failing furnace. When they came my sisters home was 52 degrees. We were heart sick and how cold they were! Saying thank you isnt enough, last night they were warm for the first time and I slept better knowing that my nephews were warm! On top of that Robin also went over and beyond when she purchased gifts for my little nephews and brought them so much joy. I have posted on social media, I have thanked them in person, I have shared my thoughts and feelings so people know what Christmas miracles look like, but I honestly hope Ryan and Angie know just how special this company is, we will always call on them for anything we may need in the future. Expensive but fix the AC...if I wasnt a whimp I could have chnaged the capacitor myself but because I had juat had surgery, I didnt want to be messing with a capacitor.

Installed the entire central air unit in just one morning. We had good communications about what was needed as far as suitable size and additional venting. I did have to remind them about additional hard start connection, but they did that in no time. Very impressed with the unit, new duct work, and total installation. Would have liked more info on homeowner maintenance and care of the product, however. Left the site tidy. I would hire these guys again and cant wait for summer to arrive so I can use my new AC!
