Technician came to my house was kind, friendly and listened to me and the issue I was having. He went right to work getting my system back on line. I had absolute install my system when I purchased my older home. They come out year to check the system all the Technicians have been great. They have been one of the best companies I have worked with during my remodel and on going. Communication is awesome. I would recommend Absolute to all.

Last November, Slade and Wyatt installed a new furnace and a/c. Their professionalism was outstanding and the work was fantastic! Today, Caleb and Nick installed a replacement water softener and I am more than pleased with their work. They are both friendly, clean, and very professional. I had a technician come out to my house to listen to a sound my furnace was making. He was a friendly guy but from the get go seemed to have one thing in mind, how to convince me that my 15 year old furnace and AC unit needed to be replaced. He brought in some equipment and started running tests to show me that my system would be better off being replaced. I asked him about replacing the one part making noise, the blower wheel, to which he responded that he would recommend that I consider replacing the blower wheel and the motor and quoted me $1500 to do it. Or, he said, instead of putting that $1500 band-aid on it, I should replace the whole thing for $10,000-$15000. I told him Id let him know. I then had a guy who runs a small furnace business come look at it and he adjusted the wheel so it made less noise and said that I could keep running it till either the noise got worse or it went out and then he could replace the wheel for $120 ($80 part and $40 labor). He said the motor was fine but if it went out he could replace that for the same labor cost and a $350 part. That was less than half the price the Absolute Air guy gave me. That was the kind of service I was looking for. So, if you are looking for a whole new system, maybe these guys are a good option. If you are looking for someone to help you fix an existing problem, these guys seem to be like all the other big companies who arent going to get their hands dirty and just want to replace everything.

This was the best company we’ve used for AC/Furnace maintenance, by far! They were able to get us on the schedule pretty quickly, despite it being a busy time. The company sends a text a half hour before the technician will arrive which includes a photo of the technician along with their name and a brief bio. I appreciated knowing who it was that would be showing up. When our technician, Taylor, arrived he was very efficient and great at his job! He took the time to explain things to me in a way I’d understand and provided a full report at the end which he went through line by line, and gave his recommendations.This was a much better experience than I’ve had with other companies and I’d definitely recommend Absolute Air!

I was installing a smart thermostat today and accidentally broke one of the wires so that it was too short to reach the terminals. Because of that the thermostat couldn’t cool the house.My wife is 8 months pregnant and today has a high of 98 degrees so I would have been happy to pay the extra fees for after hours service to get it all working again, but when I called Absolute Air, Shay was super understanding and walked me through what he would try to do to fix the problem over the phone. He saved me a lot of money and I got to learn how to take care of the issue on my own.I’m very impressed with Absolute Air and will happily call them again when I have HVAC issues in the future!

Gary came out, did a very thorough assessment, and went over the details. The price quoted was as best as we could have hoped for. Next day, a friendly and dedicated crew showed up at the house; by 2:30 pm they went over all the things we needed to know about our new system; and then left us to enjoy wonderful cool air after a few weeks of not-so-wonderful hot air. Needed a tune-up, and they scheduled it very quickly. The technician identified an issue and had the part so it could be resolved on the spot. Ended up paying more than we planned for just the tune-up, but hopeful that the fix will give us more life out of our unit!

I recently purchased a home and decided to have Absolute Air do a tune up. They sent out Brad who literally was the best person ever. He did a great job and explained everything very clearly to me and I felt very confident in my choice for using this business.

Nori, the project manager, inspected our home and gave us a fair and honest assessment. he was thorough with his estimates and provided multiple estimates based on what we asked for. I had Ben Stuermer come and do routine AC maintenance. He was very professional and very informative about the things he was checking. I really appreciated it, since I don’t know much about my AC unit. I will definitely use these guys for my heat and AC and going forward!

I strongly suggest getting multiple repair and/or full replacement quotes. You may be desperate and sweating it out for a week. In my case it saved me over $10K.A power surge caused something to stop working. I called a few places, Absolute Air was the first to respond. The technician and sales guy were responsive, friendly, and informative (hence the 2 stars). They quoted a $4K repair or $10K full replacement. If I needed a full replacement or if the repair was needed, I trust they would do a very good job.I then called Black Diamond because they are highly rated by Gephardt. The repair guy said the AC unit is fine (he couldnt make sense of Absolute Airs diagnosis) and suggested a blower motor replacement or full furnace replacement ($2K to $4K).Finally, Ace Air Conditioning and Heating out of Bluffdale came out. He thoroughly checked it all out, replaced a diode on the blower motor, serviced the AC unit, and now my AC is working again. $350. Ill happily pay that and the diagnosis fees from others instead of $10K.

The person collected my personal information and then said that they wouldnt help me. I didnt really enjoy my experience with this group.

Ben Jessen, from Absolute Air did a maintenance check of my furnace. He was very thorough. He gave me a complete verbal review of what he did and issues that we need to watch. He was professional, but also very friendly. We were so impressed that we signed up for their annual maintenance plan for both heating and air conditioning that we will be paying for on a monthly basis.

Our technician was named Clyff. He was a great communicator, very respectful and very professional. I was super pleased with the work he did. In about 20 minutes he was able to diagnose our problem and quickly resolve it. So glad we chose Absolute Air or we would’ve been without heat in the dead of winter.

My wife and I woke up at 4 AM smelling burning rubber and thinking the house was on fire. Turned out our furnace crapped out on us. I left a message with Absolute Air using their website requesting a repairman to come take a look. Why back to bed and they called me when theyre offices opened up. They were able to set up a time with me for the repairman to come that day. Later that day he showed up wearing a mask and put on shoe covers. I received a text on my phone giving me a bio about our repairman which I thought was kind of cool. He got right to work diagnosing the problem. He was very thorough and updated us on his thoughts and discoveries. He said he could fix it but the part to fix it would be over $1,000 and that he had also found rust. This meant that our furnace had more problems and would probably need another expensive repair down the road. I opted to have a new furnace installed instead. I also opted to have the AC unit replaced as well. It was the weekend but we were able to set up an appointment for Monday morning to have the furnace replaced. The only complaint I have is that the installers came an hour earlier on Monday than what I was told and woke me up, which really isnt that big of a deal to me. The installation went very well and they were even able to move my air conditioner to a better spot than where the previous AC was.I was very impressed with everybody that helped us out. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and up front with their jobs. Everybody wore masks to help protect my family and the installers even put a plastic protectant on the carpets while they worked. They were very careful moving the equipment and not scraping or dinging up our newly painted walls. This was a very good experience and I would recommend them to anybody.

I was able to call and get a same day diagnostic appointment. They sent an image of the tech prior to our appointment so we were able to identify him. We also received a 30 minute notice prior to him arriving. Our tech, Michael W. was very informative, thorough, and transparent about the whole process. He didnt try to up-sell us or offer anything we didnt need. He was able to guide us into making an educated decision on our own. When we encountered an issue with finalizing financing paperwork he was able to correct that right then, we didnt have to wait for a follow up. 10/10 would recommend to everyone having A/C issues.

Unfortunately had a bad first time experience.. we called them during after hours and spoke to the after hour receptionist who informed us an on-call tech will call us within the next hour and we never heard a word! My husband and I stayed up exhausted while we both had work hoping to get a phone call.. it’s almost noon the next day and still haven’t heard from anyone. Very disappointed and don’t plan on using them going forward.

Absolute air performed maintenance on both our furnaces. It’s nice to know that they are cleaned and maintained so that they will last longer. A few things were found that are good to know about that we can take care of so that it prolongs the life of our furnaces. I would recommend them.
