I’m writing this review 1 week after installation day.First, let me start with the estimate. The representative who came to provide me an estimate was prompt, professional, and polite. Matt asked the right questions to help me pick the best system for my home. Most importantly, to me… he didn’t talk down to me.I’m not a generally handy person, but he talked to me in a manner that made me understand what we were discussing and fielded my questions easily.On installation day things were handled just as well. A technician (corbin) came early to start removing my existing furnace. He laid down carpet protecting plastic and was efficient with his time. The installation was done in stages, with 5-6 technicians coming during the day. Without fail, the were polite, and welcomed questions. I had a new furnace and central air unit in one day thanks to the crew at OyBoy heating and cooling.

Brett and his team were absolutely professional and knowledgeable. They updated the home from a furnace from 1978 and a swamp cooler to central air and heating. They took care as to not damage anything as well as did an excellent job at cleaning up. Not only did they make the installed equipment look great, they answered every question and then some that pertained to the entire new unit. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs as well as any other service they offer.

Brett and Tim came out to replace my HVAC system. They finished a 2 day project in 9 hours and did it with smiles on their faces. They were professional and efficient. Called OyBoy early in the morning and they sent someone to check the AC at 9:00 am. I had called other repair services but they were booked at least two days out. Jayden arrived a little before 9:00 am and within minutes diagnosed what the problem was. He did not have the part needed to fix the problem but said he would get it. About 30 minutes he came back and installed the part. Jayden was very professional and knew what he was doing. The cost was minimal and very reasonable. We were very thankful for their service and will use their service again should the need arise.

Zane and his partner did a great job. They were on time, took out the old furnace and installed the new one with very little interruption to our daily routine. When the instillation was completed Zane showed me their work and explained in detail what they had done including instruction on the new thermostat. I upgraded my system (which previously consisted of just heating and A/C for the main floor) to a higher quality system that included the basement. The entire experience (including sales and installation) was very positive. The workmanship was great and Skyler, the installer did a great job of cleanup after he finished. Our son-in-law had a humidifier installed on their heating/AC system. After feeling the difference in their home, we were impressed, so our son-in-law referred us to Jason Bowman at OyBoy. Additionally, we had some other system issues that needed to be addressed, so we were glad when Jason came, as he spent over an hour with us evaluating everything and making suggestions as to settings, maintenance, and possible solutions to our tankless water heaters which werent putting out consistent hot water (not good when taking a shower!). Jason expertly answered all our questions, even suggested setting up an appointment with a tankless water heater expert he could recommend. We love having more humidity in our home and the laundry ionizer we had installed also works great -- we no longer need to buy detergent! It was a pleasure working with Jason and his team. Everyone at OyBoy seems to be very knowledgeable and are great to work with.As far as our tankless water heaters, Jason set up an appointment for Absolute Air to come and take a look at our system. It was determined the tanks were getting towards the end of their life expectancy, so they gave us two options, one included keeping our current tanks and installing a recirculation valve in our upstairs master bath (cheaper), the second option included purchasing new tankless water heaters as well as adding the recirculation valve in our master bath (more expensive but solving the problem long term). We chose the second option purchasing the new tanks and are amazed at how well the system works and couldnt be happier having consistent hot water again! Absolute Air was also very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. Im so appreciative that Jason, instead of possibly solving our tankless water heater problem he didnt hesitate to recommend an expert.

Aaron was our salesman and pointed out issues with our furnace that were dangerous. He called his manager and even Lennox to verify. He quickly got us financing and the installation was scheduled right afterwards.The installation team, Jackson, Jaden, and James, arrived on time and were professional and courteous. They put plastic on the carpeting and left no mess. They walked us through everything and we felt informed and included in the process. Great experience.**Edit: The billing process was a nightmare! We went thru Lowes and paid them in full one week after installation. Took the billing dept 3 weeks to figure it out after I did the legwork. Frustrating!

We decided to upgrade our HVAC and get all the ductwork done for our basement we are finishing, they were very professional and always on time. We were very impressed with them. It was a huge job and took a crew 4 days. We love the system and how well it was installed.

Brett and Talae took our 100 year old house into the 21 century with their install of our new furnace and air conditioner. They worked diligently and thoroughly during the long two day install. Not only did they make sure all equipment was installed perfectly, they fixed our thermostat location, removed our 20+ year old furnace and swamp cooler, and then took the time to answer all of our questions. They made sure we were totally taken care of. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with their work.

Unfortunately, our experience w/ OyBoy was on the whole negative. The initial quoting process was fine, but there were problems between the front office and the technicians. In short, when they arrived they did some work that we did not want done (exhaust a dryer vent which were planning on moving anyway) and did not do some work we did want done (replace a furnace filter cabinet). This was after I spent time on the phone with their front office explaining exactly what I wanted done using their own quote estimates for reference.The reason this is 2 stars is because the work they did do was satisfactory, and they did not charge us for exhausting the dryer vent. Unfortunately, we still have to pay someone else to a) finish the work Oyboy didnt do (replace the filter cabinet), and b) undo the work Oyboy did which should not have been done (remove and close up the functional-yet-useless dryer vent).Oyboy likely does good work, but when their front office and their technicians arent on the same page, mistakes like this will continue to happen. A simple confirmation/verification of the work to be done via a phone call or (even better) email before the work is performed would have caught this. Even though its an honest mistake, Im the one that has to live with the consequences.Edit (May 25, 2021): Oyboy has done their best to rectify their mistake. They came out and closed off the dryer vent, including texturing and painting the outside to make it look like the surrounding brick. Done in one morning, quite professional and to the point. I can state that, for the record, when Oyboy does mess up, they work to make it up to you.

Jason came out and quoted me a new system and warned it might be three to four weeks before they were able to get the units due to COVID. About a week later I got a call to schedule, and they had immediate availability to install. I appreciate how quick they were able to get everything done given that my old system was dead in the water and draining my wallet.Merl came out on Monday to install the system and he was fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves and spent the time teaching me about the system and what to do for maintenance as well as what I needed to do to keep my warranty valid in case I needed repairs. 10/10 will use them again

I went through the quote process with 4 other companies before choosing OyBoy. Jason is great at what he does. Instead of asking my budget and selling me exactly that, he evaluated our home and needs and gave us the best system for what we needed at a price we could afford. His bids came in under everyone else with the name brand products. I dont feel oversold in anyway like I did with other companies. In fact, Jason was able to throw in a bunch of upgrades and still keep it affordable (electrical work, attic fan, humidifier). Ours was no small job since we needed a new furnace, new A/C, an entire electric box makeover and a conversion from a swamp cooler system. Jasons team did it all for us. The installers were TOP NOTCH. Merl is smart and a hard worker. He was in my home all day and again, did what was best for my home and not what was necessarily easiest for him to install. I really cant say enough about how much I enjoyed working with this crew. It was also great that they do contracts through Lowes because it made financing the huge project really easy (and interest free with a new Lowes card). I dont think well ever use anyone else for our heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend OyBoy.

Felt that the company was honest and put the customer satisfaction at first. Initially they came to clean our air ducts & vents but we were not completely satisfied and when I called them they promptly came back without charging extra and they did a fantastic job. I found this company through Lowe’s and was so impressed with them. I tried to schedule an AC tune-up with another company that I got repeated advertisements for but they were booked until next year! These guys came the next week and were great. They had shoe covers they put on each time they came inside. I got a reminder text and call and even got a text with the technician’s picture so I would know who was showing up. They were in and out with the tune-up and replacing a part within an hour. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Me and my wife were asked at Lowe’s if we would like our HVAC system to be looked at and have it tuned up. They had Aaron come and stop by. He looked at our old system and let us know issue we may run into or have run into. Our old system was over sized and not everything was installed to code. Aaron even looked at all our vents and helped us figure out that a lot of our registers had come unconnected which was the cause of a lack of air flow to many rooms in our house.Aaron gave us a free estimate for a new system. He showed us all the options and gave his recommendations. We decided right then to get the system upgraded (this was a Tuesday). Our installed was scheduled for Friday that same week.Jaxon and Javier were our installers. They showed up right on time and set to work. The install went from 8:30ish to about 4:00, making the install only 6ish hours. Aaron also stopped by during the installation to check on everything. Jaxon and Javier were very professional. The installation came out clean and everything looks great. At the end of the service, they ran through everything they did and answered any questions we had.I would highly recommend OyBoy for any HVAC needs!

Jaxon Hancock and Javier Estrada were the installation team that serviced our new home addition with a heat pump type AC/ and Heating system and we couldnt be more pleased. The two men were extremely helpful providing value added service which made the system very stable and effective, plus they cheerfully leveled the compressor on our existing home, which action might possibly give a few extra years to the compressors life. Jacob came to our home in a clean, white van. He explained his service and what he does better than any HVAC person I’ve had in the past. He was able to foresee problems with our 19 year old air conditioner, but didn’t push any costly repairs with the fall season approaching. Pricing was extremely competitive.

Had a guy come out to do some maintenance checks on two furnaces. Guy was wondering what he was doing there if nothing was broken. That was weird. He only replaced one of the filters. But everything checked out, even the 40 year old furnace.
