I would rate this business as 5 Stars for many reasons along with what is listed. We bought furniture that was to large to fit through our basement sliding glass door. We loved the furniture so we decided to get a new door. Care came out for a free estimate and understood we really hoped not to wait the standard 5-6 weeks for an install. Our representative Don started looking for a door that would fill our needs that was in stock. All throughout the next day, a Saturday, Don and I were emailing back and forth and he found us a door, and we were thrilled!! They called on Monday and were here on Wednesday.On top of that, the furniture was very large we had to move into the basement. My wife was struggling to lift it with me and they offered to help move the furniture for us while the door was being replaced. They moved the largest piece of furniture so my wife didn’t have to! That meant a lot to me that they offered to help us.They had great prices, great customer service, and they cared about our need for the door. The quality of the entire team and products are second to none at CARE Contracting. We replaced a pair of standard 80” french doors, on the front of our home, with steel, glass pane 96” French doors that include intricate detail work inside each pane. They were also able to replicate the same detail work inside the transom above the doors which looks fantastic! The aesthetic difference is unbelievable, not to mention the additional light the doors let in which brightens the entire entry way. We could not be happier with the final results. We had all of the windows in our home replaced and some not only replaced but enhanced. Our kitchen windows went from 2 windows to 1 huge all glass window with semi tint to block UV rays (all the windows are semi tint). It gives us a far clearer view of the woods and such out front. We also had a side widow structure enhanced to another, even bigger (biggest all glass window possible to install) all glass window that gives us a great view of the driveway and mountains outside. Very happy with Care Contracting! We planned to have two doors replaced, got a quote from them and a few others, then paused on the project for a while given the current situation. Picked it back up much later and changed a bunch of things. During this time Care Contracting was very responsive to our communications but not doing that terrible hard sell thing so many companies do while we were deciding or postponing. When we were unsure of things we sent an email or had a productive call, and everything was clearly explained. After we confirmed the contract all went according to the timeline, installation was smooth, and they cleaned up / removed all materials. New doors are amazing! I wanted a new exterior back door installed in my townhouse. I researched several companies and chose two to provide estimates. Care Contracting was the obvious choice after the first couple of interactions with the company. First, every companys face is the Office Manager. This position makes or breaks every first impression and all lasting impressions. Ms. Tracy Brennan is simply the best Office Manager I have ever worked with on a project. She is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Tracy kept me informed from my first phone call through the end of the installation. When Tracy schedules an estimate, measuring, or installation; she starts with a call, sends an email calendar invitation for the agreed upon date, and then confirms with a follow-up phone call. You just do got get better than that. Additionally, Care Contracting sends photos and descriptions of who you should be expecting. I think this is a fantastic safety measure. Matt, a solution engineer, was punctual and walked me through every step of the cost estimate and installation process. At no point in time did he try to up-sell material or product. He described the good, bad, and indifferent of each option. Care Contractings estimate was extremely reasonable--I did my homework not as a gotcha but just to know what to expect. I was so impressed with the office management and the estimate, I signed a contract with Care Contracting on the spot. Care Contracting sent a different person to verify the measurements - you know the old adage of measure twice, cut once, right? Again, another impressive measure I have not experienced with a company. After the measurement, Tracy scheduled the installation date with me and the team arrived right on time. The team had me verify every one of my expectations so there would not be any mistakes. The installation team spent approximately three hours to remove and haul the old door, completely rebuild the frame, install the door, and install the threshold, molding, and seals. No touch-up work was necessary, and the cleanup job was perfect. I noticed a difference that morning on how much less my air conditioner ran with the new door installed. Tracy, of course, was in touch immediately to make sure the installation was completed as planned. The products Care Contracting use are top of the line, the installation planning, process, and execution were superb; and the office management is perfect. Feel very safe working with this company, folks.

My wife wanted our sliding glass door replaced on our upper deck. After several quotes we opted for Care Contracting because they were professional and did not employ pressure tactics. We were stunned to learn that we would safe more than 50% with Care Contracting. When I learned that my neighbor needed a similar door because their door had already rotted off the tracks Care Contracting came and installed their door two months later. My wife and I debated getting a new front door installed for some time. The price was always our biggest hindrance. From day one these guys were the best, they did everything to help us make this project a easier. We had all 15 windows replaced on our 1960 house, they knew we were trying to keep with a budge they were less and in some cases extremely less then the other guys. Todd was amazing he never pushed us or annoyed us with phone calls his visit was fast and right to the point did not take long at all unlike others that took hours for an estimate with so many being pushy for upgrades. they were very patient while we got a loan from our bank, and the windows were schedule 3 wks later as we were told the first day, others were weeks to months later; one even couldnt install until after the winter which was the purpose of getting the windows so we wouldnt have extreme power bills in the winter like the year before. You could feel the difference right away, no more tacky window wrap on the windows, nice clean finishes and they picked up after themselves. the crew were so great and so nice, they were so polite which you never seen anymore, and the work wasnt outsourced which is great because when it is they usually take short cuts. I also never seen workers be so attentive and focused, they prepped removed the windows, fixed frames, and replaced all the windows in a matter of 4 to 5 hours, I was amazed. This has honestly been the best experience I have had with any company since moving into our first homes and we have legit replaced the entire inside an all most all of the outside, which has not been fun. The windows are beautiful and are so appealing from the street. Definitely made our house a home. I highly recommend them, especially seeing we got an estimate from several companies and no one was even close to them in price, so I know service would of been horrible...

First, the sales discussions with Chris were very straight forward with clear pricing and no high-pressure tactics. And the price was competitive and within our budget. The installation took place about three weeks later. Don and his crew completed the work in two days - including getting and installing a window to replace one that was delivered damaged. This is my second project with Window Source and the first one was about three years ago. As was the case back then, I came back due to the integrity behind the business. We are building a house and we asked our contractor to subcontract the siding, windows, doors, and roofing. We connected them with Window Source and eventually went with them again. The first time was just Windows. In both cases they were clear and professional. In the job just done, we can validate honesty in this business. A few hiccups having contractors work together is expected, but it’s how they have dealt with it that prompts me to write this note. I believe you can trust that this business will do what’s right and has proven so in two different occasions now. Great company to work with on any scale project, from experience!

Update (8/15/17):I got the double gas filled windows (9000 series) but noise cancellation feature wasnt really working as I expected.Update (8/9/17):Okay, I got my new windows installed yesterday. Here is pros and cons.Pros: Good quality window. Smooth scheduling the appointment to install.Window was ready faster than I expected (only took 1.5wks). Window was solid and seemed great. Right color and right size. Window installing crews came on time.Cons: Unprofessional crews, clean after installation wasnt done properly.I had a few issues with their crews (total four crews came in). First, two of them asked to use the restroom. Thats not really professional but it was okay with me. I told them to use the one on the main level which is for guest use. I found out they used my master bathroom which is a PRIVATE bathroom not for any guests. They also used my basement restroom too. Not only they used my restroom but they also left the toilet seats UP in all bathrooms. I could see the splashes that they left. NOT OKAY. I found one window wasnt sealed properly. I told them to reseal it. They just left. I called the office and one of them has to come back to re-caulk.They also laid their tools on my bed. They used a dirty looking blanket (it might be the cleaned but just looked dirty) between their tools and my bedsheets - still NOT OK. I had to wash all my sheets.They cleaned somewhat after they finished installing new windows but I found wood chips and aluminum foils on the floor.

Window Source of Virginia put a new roof on my home earlier this year. All was well until the very heavy rains of the spring. As in any new roof sometimes things need to be tweaked with use and that is what happened with my roof. There was a leak that didnt show up in the normal way (ie. no internal leaking, it came down between my wall and my townhome neighbors wall and showed up as a puddle in my unfinished basement. )At first I thought it was ground water seeping in, but I called WSofVA to have them investigate. Their technician was superb. They did a water test and found the leak and repaired it. They spent a lot of time in diagnosing and repairing. They easily could have blamed the water table as I told them that was my theory, but wanted to make sure the roof was tight. Thankfully, they saved me an unnecessary sump pump and fixed the leak at no cost to me. They even paid my ServePro visit fee to make sure there was no moisture in the walls (which there wasnt!). It is easy to recommend a contractor when everything goes well, but not so easy when problems arise. To me, that is when I want a quality contractor, someone who will stand by their work. A big thumbs up!!!!
