C2 performed a full gutter replacement for us a couple of years ago and did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. The good:Pricing is highly competitive – couldn’t find a better price for install of a door. Everyone I worked with was very nice and communicated well. They worked with me with no issue when I had to reschedule the work due to a family funeral two days before install. 10/10 as far as communication and interaction go (including the install team).The not so good:At least two weeks before the project started, I let the project set-up team know the type of trim I have and they let me know that they bring various types of trim and they may or may not have the type I use. It would seem to me if a customer told you this info ahead of time you could prepare either by buying the correct material (and charging for it) or altering the contract and price. To be fair, I should have mentioned this during contract signing but I didnt know what type of trim was going to be put in my house until after I had signed. I did ask for a discount and they gave me $25 off, however it would have been preferred to just have them bring my 1*4 trim (since he said they just ran to the store to buy the trim before coming to my house). In addition, the wood casing in my door has water damage and mold, but it was not taken out and replaced. Its structurally fine for now.Overall:I will not do repeat business with the company, but based on all other prior positive reviews my situation is likely not the norm.

From the moment we requested an estimate our experience was beyond our expectations. After the roof was inspected, we received the estimate the very next morning. The price was very reasonable and we accepted the contract. Within a week and a half the job was completed. No mess left behind. From diagnosis to completion, less than 2 weeks!! Remarkable. I would first like to say that its pure heaven to enjoy a good rainstorm and not need to worry about making sure there are buckets strategically placed in my laundry room.We desperately needed a new roof and gutters so this past year we had C2 Operations come out and do a free estimate. Chris came out and carefully checked my roof and gave me an very fair estimate for both the roof and gutter. I told him the sooner...the better. The next week they were out doing what they do best. We did what was instructed in the contract as far as cutting the grass, moving furniture and items that would be in their way but we had a few obstacles in our driveway and front yard that could not be moved. That however, was no problem for the crew. They were able to unload the truck and put the packages of shingles on the roof without damaging any trees or objects that unfortunately were in their path.They had the roof done that day (we have a standard roof) and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.They were out the next week to do the gutters and gave us the same quality work as they did on the roof. My main roof and gutter issue was that I had a Trumpet vine that had gotten under my shingles as well as my siding and gutters causing great damage to my home but C2 Operations made sure that the vine was completely gone and there were no remnants left behind.Honestly...if you want someone who is well qualified and has integrity as well as a respected Marine Corps veteran, you have found your guy! I was referred to C2 Operations after trying unsuccessfully for a couple of years to have a water infiltration (into a shared wall of our townhome) issue diagnosed. Simply finding someone willing to do a smaller job and not an entire roof or siding replacement was tough enough, but then diagnosing an elusive problem with no clear cause (which was also putting my family at a health risk) made matters even tougher. Zero success until C2 showed up. C2 Operations was willing to come out on relatively short notice. The gentleman came up with the best diagnoses after looking things over thoroughly, taking picture of the roof lines and high siding to make the explanation of what was happening more effective. The repair option included reusing my existing siding after rebuilding the affected areas - a solution that saved me a lot of money. C2 performed a total roof replacement, replacing the old shingles with architectural shingles. The job involved removing 4 skylights. The estimate was right on what we ended up paying for the job. The workers showed up early in the morning the day of the job in order to complete it in one day. They worked until the job was finished. They cleaned up the yard of the debris and nails left from the old roof. I would, without a doubt, recommend these guys for all of your roofing needs.

We hired C2 Operations to replace our house windows (32 of them) and add a door into the side of our garage. C2 Operations provided the most price competitive of the 4 bids we received and offered a higher quality windows based upon our research compared to the other contractor that was close on price. The communication prior to the install was timely and very comprehensive. We knew what the install crew needed completed by us prior tom their arrival to be most efficient. All of our existing windows were removed and new ones installed on the same day. Day 2 was required to complete the exterior trim work. We could not be happier with the quality of the windows and the workmanship of the install team. They also did an excellent job cleaning up debris from the job.
