I had a scare after some recent travels and Phil made time to come out the same day I called, arrived promptly, and had a knowledgeable and friendly demeanor that put me at ease. He performed a thorough inspection (thankfully I was bedbug-free,) and his demonstrated understanding of bedbug lifecycle/breeding cycle, behavior, and physiology left me feeling assured that I could trust his assessment. Philip took a call on a Saturday and treatment was done on Memorial Day. He was detailed regarding preparation and answered several questions on Sunday via text for prep. He arrived as scheduled and provided a detailed explanation at the end of service. Philip was professional and thorough. Definitely a five star operation.

Philip is THE BEST in the business. I manage several properties and hearing that one of them is infested with bed bugs can be torturous. I called 5 companies that specialize in this and could feel myself getting ripped off. Quotes upwards of $1500! I called Philip and he spent an hour with me on the phone and educated me on the current problem and THE BEST solution which is HEAT. He takes a thorough day to heat the entire home to kill any bed bugs and eggs that may be sitting. He spent an entire day, heating the home for over 8 hours then spent over an hour caulking and applying the silica application. I met him at the home and he was sweating busy at it trying to get rid of the problem. Philip IS THE SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM!
