I found Happy Nails on Instagram sometime ago but i was hesitant to try a new place. I was going on vacation in July and I’ve decided to make an appointment with John . First impression the salon is clean and beautiful and staff are very professional. I’ve had a such an amazing experience from the minute I walked in to the time I left .The products they use is top quality. John is amazing my nails last me almost one month, no chipping or breaking . So I’ve decided to go back second time and i was not disappointed. I would recommend any artist at Happy Nails ! If you want Instagram nails and good customer service this is the place !Julie 💗

I really wanted to like this place. And maybe it was just the tech I had. But I did not have a good experience. First, I was there for a little over 2 hours for a new set. Second, I asked for short almond nails. I had to keep asking her to go shorter. And the end result was still way too long. While the work was pretty, it just wasn’t what I wanted. I had to go to a different salon later in the day and have them reshaped because I couldn’t stand the length. My last complaint is how beat up my fingers are today. There was a lot of excess glue on the underside of my nails and my skin got stuck. She ripped two of my fingers when pulling them away from the glue. They hurt a lot today. All in all, I might try a different tech. But I’m not in a rush to come back.

I am so disappointed at how poorly the customer service is. Very unprofessional and upsetting with how they treated me.

I like that you can show a picture of what you want and they can do it. Everytime I have been happy with my nails and pedicure. But for the price, they have to do better with scheduling. When I have an appointment I should be serviced at my appointment time. Not have to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to be free.

I went twice, once was to get a set of acrylics (my first ever set) and it was completely messed up. The acrylics were too thick and uneven, the tech nicked my skin several times and made me bleed over half a dozen times, the design that I asked for was done wrong as well. I went back the next day and got it fixed for free though. I am very pleased with the fixed result but I probably wont go back unless I know Im getting an experienced tech.

I used to love coming here. It is true they have lots of colors and a few good technicians that can do cool designs. However since they opened up after the covid shutdown their quality has gone to trash. Every set I have gotten since the reopening has at least 2 or 3 nails have lifted off or broken which never used to happen. Disappointed and not willing to waste $90 on a set of nails (pictured below) that wont even last two weeks.

This cute salon is hidden away in the Toll house shopping center right off of route 7. The salon is very clean and everyone was very welcoming when I walked in. I came to get a pedicure and gel manicure at 7 pm and they still took me even though they close at 8 pm.This place has a big selection of different color polish and dip! The technician that did my nails filed it perfectly as you can see in my picture! She even did the paraffin wax treatment at end for free!I definitely will be coming back and want to try the dip powder next time!

My sister got her nails done on Friday. On their Instagram, they have a strict late policy and when you are more than 10-15 minutes late, they no longer do service. It’s interesting that this is, considering they were 30 minutes late to begin her nails. It was claustrophobic in the actual space, not a big salon and tons of people squeezed in. We arrived at 6:00 for her nails, which is when we scheduled her appointment, but they didn’t even sit her at the nail table till 6:26. I think it’s very hypocritical how strict they are with they’re late service, when they themselves start on clients 30 minutes later than they should, having no respect for their clients time. The nail design was nice after they finally began, but will not return here again. Do better. And plan your appointments so you don’t have 20 women in the salon at the same time.

They were so incredibly friendly! The reviews saying otherwise blow my mind! They were extremely patient with me and my cranky baby while she executed my nails perfectly! I waited only a short time for not having an appointment and was treated so kindly! The facility itself is very clean and they offer lots of options color wise too. I’m not from around here but I will certainly make this my salon when I am visiting family :) I will also be recommending them to others in the area! I left very satisfied. Thank you so much!

Certain technicians do an amazing job. However, Its hard to get an appointment with them. This Salon is always busy so make an appointment in advance. Would give a better review if i could at least get a answer as to when one of the technicians i want would be available.

Here is a very honest review from someone who comes in for acrylics every few weeks.Their work is absolutely amazing and I cant even count the number of times I receive compliments on the work that Tiffany does on my nails. You can show her any picture you find online and she will be able to not only recreate exactly what you want, but she will make it 100x better. I ride horses a lot and I have never had an issue with breaking nails (Aside from one time when I got a fill from another nail tech).However, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, you WILL have a wait of at least an hour if its busy. And if you have an appointment, youll probably still expect at least a 30 minute wait sometimes. That can be very frustrating, but the work they do is well worth it to me! Just might not be for everyone else!

I made a reservation with them for 12.30pm and arrived at 12.25 for my nails. i am very disappointed that even after making a reservation apparently the next available person was going to be after 30 minutes of my booked time. The lady was not even apologetic to give me a new time considering i drove all the way and cancelled other plans for this appointment. I dont think if i wasntBLACK they would have dismissed me the way they did today!!! next time you do this to someone and its RACIALLY motivated, also consider what it taes for someone to free up their time to only be disappointed

Not sure why they have below 5 stars. I am so impressed by the nail techs here. They are truly talented in their own ways. I have been seeing John for my nails for the past 3 months, and I have been impressed every single time. He takes his time to shape and buff my nails, and makes sure my nails are perfect before I leave. I have always felt rushed at other nail salons, and at happy nails I never have. It’s truly a breath of fresh air. The prices are a bit steep, but it’s honestly worth it for the quality of services and expertise. You show them a picture of what you want on your nails, and they deliver the exact thing; if not better. If you REALLY want to see how their nail designs look, you need to look on their Instagram page. They have over 10 thousand followers for a reason.

Tiffany & John make a great team and I cant wait to see what magic theyre going to create for my next set! I usually get the full acrylic set with designs and my nails feel extremely comfortable. I have never had my nails done sooo good! Tiffany is the best and from what I’ve seen it looks like the other techs are great too.

I drove 40 minutes to get my nails done at this place and for what? To be ripped off. They charged me $86 (not including tip) for an ombré full set. It didn’t even turn out how I wanted to and the nail technician added sticker butterflies that look like they are from the dollar store in ALL the nails even though I did not ask for them. I would’ve been happy paying that much for a job well done but I feel like I was ripped off. Not all the nails are an even length and there’s small bubbles on some of the nails as well. I had high expectations that fell very short.

Stay away! I don’t get manicures very often. They are a once-in-a-while treat for me, But when my daughter asked me to go with her on Wednesday evening, I happily went. However, I have had enough to know that the manicure should last more than a day. When the nail polish started peeling and chipping the day after I got it, I thought about letting it go, but decided to bring it to the attention of the salon. I stopped by after work on Friday. I had somewhere I needed to be but I didn’t want to wait another day to show them what was going on. The response I got when I did was, “well you got regular nail polish and we don’t guarantee that. I told you that gel polish would last longer”. I said I understand, but it should last more than a day. This went back-and-forth until finally the technician said he would fix it right then. I explained that I couldn’t stay then but I could come back tomorrow. He said no, it was now or not at all. I again explained that I couldn’t stay. He walked away exasperated. Another woman stepped in and again explained to me that they don’t guarantee regular nail polish and even suggested that this particular nail polish wasn’t very good. When I asked her why they used nail polish that wasn’t very good, she said “people like choices.” I told her this was terrible customer service and eventually just walked out of the salon. It would not have taken much to make this right. Even if they were busy the next day, they could’ve given me a credit to come back another time. With so many other salons in the area, I would encourage everyone to find someplace else to go.

Hands down the best! Moved here 5 months ago and I’ve been to 10 nail salons...some back to back if they were terrible enough. Then along came Tiffany and John 🥰🥰🥰. Wonderful and easy. If you’re appointment is towards the end of the day, they may be a little behind because of other high maintenance people that came before you, but they NEVER rush your nails or cut corners. it’s kind of a plus for me cuz then I can run a few errands while I’m in Leesburg before my spot.The ONLY place to go.

Horrible, just horrible. I gave them a second chance and boy was I right the first time. I showed them two pictures and asked which one can they do, they said both and came up with something absurd that didn’t look right. Then they ran out of material so my nails had basically no coordination whatsoever. When I asked them to remove the 2 that stood out like a sore thumb. They over-charged me. I paid over $130 for a mani pedi. Only had design on 4 nails. Don’t know how that math added up but they are notorious for over charging when you don’t agree with their design ideas. On top of that they are extremely rude. I noticed they were only nice to a certain race. Which forces me to believe they pick and choose who they want to be nice to. Deeply disappointing given the times we are living in. Just awful.

Tiffany and John are talented and very professional. Her team is helpful too. I dont have to go to Maryland anymore for beautiful nails!

I have gone to many many Nail Salons in Leesburg up by the outlet mall areas, then some in downtown and these ladies are the best so far! Very happy Jenny is very professional and flexible. Never going back! My nails did not last me a good week. I was out of the country and I had to remove 3 of my nails (gel acrylics) because they were lifting up. One was getting caught in everything and hurt so bad that I was forced to take it out. When I went back in a week and a half later, I was told they only guarantee their nails for 5 days. The lady that redo my nails was telling me that I broke a nail so they weren’t responsible. I kept telling her that that’s because that one nail was already coming off and it kept getting stuck in things and was hurting so bad so I was force to take it out. I was outside of the country so I couldn’t make it in their shop sooner. You would think after their poor job and my headache they would give me some discount for the redo but instead I was charged full price. When I made my appointment over the phone I asked for the deluxe mani/pedi combo for $65 and when I arrived for my appointment I confirmed again it was $65. Some how there was miscommunication with my nail tech and she ended up doing the baby soft spa in a box (an extra $10!!!). Not the end of the world but when you confirm the price twice I’m not ok paying for a whole other service than what I asked for. If you make an appointment and confirm it when you get there, THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY MISCOMMUNICATION! Not going back

I live at Tyson’s and will drive to Leesburg with no hesitation at all. Happy Nails is fantastic! I searched and searched for a top notch nail salon and I was particularly interested in John doing my nails! My nails look fabulous and I will also say that I watched the other nail techs at work & they are all very very good! Look no further.... you found your place!!!

I came here at the recommendation of my hair stylist who always has awesome nails. I came for a pedicure at 4:30 on a Wednesday and waited a half hour before leaving. Who the hell has time to wait that long before even getting in a chair? Definitely not me. Don’t even bother if you don’t have an appointment.

They denied me service because I have a service dog .... 🤷‍♀️ like having a disability is not hard enough.

I love this place! No matter what crazy idea I want for my nails, they make it happen. They’re always very accommodating and welcoming. There is a wait sometimes, but it’s so popular, so it’s to be expected. Best nail salon in NOVA! I drive 30 minutes to come here to get my nails done.

My first experience at Happy nails was amazing! Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of my nail tech but he was so funny and did my nails so great ! 💕 The staff gets along well and seem to get along incredibly well. I would definitely come back again 😌.

This nail salon does amazing work. But they’re scheduling system is trash! I called in to make schedule an appointment for 6:30 they told me that was fine. I came in at 6:30 was told there was a little bit of a wait. I waited for and hour and ended up walking out without getting my nails done. What is the point of setting up appointments If you can’t manage to get clients in at the scheduled timed. Would not recommend unless you have 1-2 hours free to wait around.

I love going to happy nails ever since it opened, the atmosphere is always great and my nails always look amazing! At first I would only see Tiffany but now I’ve had Kenny and Hana do my nails and both of them have done really great jobs. The artistic ability at this place is amazing and I’ve never had one of my acrylics come off even though I go a month in between visits and I constantly have my hands in water(I work at a hair salon) which shows how good the quality of there products are. I’m constantly recommending this place to all my friends and they have all started to go here now too and love Happy nails just as much as I do!

They kept trying to make me do a different design than what I asked for and being pushy about it. I showed you what I wanted for a reason, I dont want to do anything else. She seemed really annoyed when I said no, I want to do what I showed you. They also kept telling my friend she should pick a different color, its her nails why do you care what color she chooses? The nail people hurt me and my friend multiple times and it still hurts. They were rude and made fun of my friend and I. They charged me almost $30 extra than my friend which makes no sense considering we got the exact same thing done. My nails are cute though they look a bit sloppy, I couldve done them myself. She was really rushing towards the end because new customers kept coming in and it showed.

Had a Wonderful day here. Very humble workers who are willing to take their time and have careful details to your desires. John and Tiffany have great experience and would recommend them. The place in general is very clean, spacious, and welcoming. Worth the time!

Staff are very sassy 😂. They didnt have the colors I have (two of them) I had to choose whatever color. First time ever that I go to a nail place and dont have the products they offer. However my friends nails were beautiful ahe was happy so I guess that made it worth it. (It was her choice of nail salon)

I originally loved this place when the new owners took over. Very friendly and sweet. They have definitely changed. Poor customer service and long waiting time even with an appt. I always make an appointment for my daughter And they always always run late. The last 3 visits she has been in there over 3 hrs. This is unacceptable. They don’t care and didnt even apologize one time. I am done with this over priced place. To top it all My daughter only got an acrylic refill and gel polished and they charged us $40.00. Never again!!!

Went here based on their nails from their social media page. I got a marble design on 2 nails and a solid color on the rest. The marble design turned out great, but the other nails didn’t turn out as well. She didn’t put a top coat on any of the solid nails so they were sticky and didn’t dry glossy. They are also streaky and have bubbles in them. She also didn’t bother to smooth down my nails underneath, didn’t file my nails evenly and did not touch my cuticles. Not to mention I was charged $30 extra for a fill. Don’t know if I will coming back.

I got there at 4:30 by 5:20 I left the only one person that acknowledged me was busy and told me and my daughter to sit down in the two open chairs. The lady that works in the chair I sat in came grab her phone and other things did not say a word to me and walk back to the back and left me there. We were there for almost an hour and wasnt approached. Never coming back.

Horrible job, My nails came out big and not the shape I asked for. They also cut my cuticle during it. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

No idea why this got Loudoun’s best. I came on a Monday afternoon. Waited 25 minutes for a manicure and then it took 35 further minutes in a chair with nothing happening for my manicure to start while people who came after me got help right away. They could have cared less. Don’t waste your time or money here.

They didn’t ask me if I wanted gel nails then charged me for gel full set acrylics, I paid 15 extra dollars which I don’t really appreciate at all. The set looked good but they didn’t let me know they were doing gel. That’s messed up.

I have been to this salon three times total during the month of October coming back with the same problem. I get a fill with gel and after less than a week of time the “gel” and acrylic starts to chip. I thought maybe it was the tech the first time missing a step or something but no. It has to be the quality of their products. I pay extra for gel for a reason and this is the only place I have had this problem. Last time I went they told me I would get a discount and big whoop it went from $53 because I had to get just 1 new tip put on to $50, which is the price I always pay. What a joke. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Ken was amazing and knew exactly what I wanted! I had an amazing experience for my first time and my boyfriend couldnt agree more, he got a manicure and he felt so relaxed despite being the only boy there! Ken made us laugh and everyone was just as nice which rarely occurs at the places ive been to. I’ll definitely be returning in a couple weeks for a pedi and refill!

I’ve been searching for a long time for an establishment that could do nails that were on trend. Happy Nails not only does trendy nails they perfect them! Getting my nails done used to be a chore now I get excited every time my appointment is coming up! You will not be disappointed here.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars because they over charged me and my friend, we are young and I felt used because of our age. My mom came in before we got our nails done and told them we wanted regular acrylics (which on the website it was 30 dollars) but somehow we ended up having to pay 55 dollars? When we were done we my mom went back into the nail salon and asked for a refund, however they made my friend redo her nails just so she could get her money back. This is the worst place I have ever been I highly recommend not coming here!

I just recently tried this place out based on reviews I saw online and the first experience I had was good, despite having to wait awhile, so I decided to go back. The second time around I decided to try out a buffing powder on top of my gel manicure. The next morning almost all of my nails had already cracked. I went in and they redid them for me but they left me sitting with acetone on my nails for over an hour, while taking new clients and doing their nails, but completely ignoring me. I asked multiple times when they were going to help me because my hands were starting to burn from the acetone and they only ignored me. After an hour and a half I couldn’t stand the burning any longer so I took the gloves and acetone foils off and went and asked to just have what was on removed and given a refund. Then someone came rushing over and started working on my nails and I just accepted it and let her do it. I was hoping that would be the end of it, but no, the next morning multiple nails were cracked again. In hindsight, I really should have expected this, considering the first time I went there a woman came in while I was getting my nails done and complained about her gel manicure chipping the next day after getting them done. So I went in and asked for a refund; I didn’t want to even bother getting my nails done there again. They refused, saying they can’t give refunds, but said they would once again fix my nails and would do dipping powder instead of gel so it wouldn’t crack. I said no I just wanted a refund but they still refused to give me a refund. I didn’t want to sit there for multiple hours again for the third time in a row so I scheduled an appointment for a couple days later (today) and got them fixed. They didn’t bother moisturizing my cuticles or nails at all either times they fixed them. Nor did clean or touch up my cuticles at all, which was needed (especially today). They didn’t even want to clean the excess polish from around my fingernails. They kept insisting it’d come off if I washed my hands. So I did, then showed them how it was still all around my nails, so they finally cleaned it. Then they told me that would be the last time they fixed my nails which I’m fine with because regardless of if these last through tomorrow or not I do not want to go back there. Over all, this establishment has low quality gel polishes, buffing powders, and most importantly, horrible customer service. I would not recommend giving them business at all.

I’ve been going to happy nails for about 4 years now it is very clean & all of the staff is nice! They all help each other & you can really see the teamwork. Also they do all the latest trends & do amazing nails & pedis!

I have been going to happy nails for about 7 months now. I found out about this place from a friend of mine. Their IG page is great. Ive seen 3 different nail techs and all have done a wonderful job. My nails last and I am always pleased with how they look. They have all the newest and latest supplies for nail designs. I reccomend trying happy nails out. You wont be disappointed.

This was the quickest full set of acrylics i ever got done and it shows. My nails did not look cute. the guy helping me was in a rush. i contacted the owner via Instagram and they tried to follow me back which made me uncomfortable. maybe just respond to my concern? they wrote me, told me i should have said something while i was there. not going back

Love their service and quality of work. Tan, the nail technician does a great job. Just FYI these people are professionals and have college degrees. The people here are amazing in what they do. I will definitely recommend them to friends and my clients.

There are only 2people that can do everything. You make an appointment then when you arrive they are unavailable and you are pushed to some new person you have never seen. I paid $61.00 not for a full set either. Within 2 weeks, I had broken nail 2-3 nails lifted.

Everyone here is so nice! Easy going and fun environment. I’ve had both Andy and John do my nails and they both do a phenomenal job!

Hi learned about happy nails via Instagram. I’m getting married next week and was in search of someone amazing give me a set of nails and make them look like no other. You can tell this place is a hit from how crowed it got the moment they opened their doors. Since they have several staff members, they were able to get everyone seated and attended very quickly! Tiffany was the person who helped me today and she was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!!! I live 45 minutes away and will continue to make the drive for the quality nails I received today! I couldn’t be happier and am so excited to show these off on my wedding day! 100% recommend, but make sure you book early, they are high in demand!

I have been here a couple times so far because Ive been looking for a new nail salon. Neither experience was terrible or exceptional but I will be trying them once more.The first visit I received a pedicure. This was a decent enough experience overall but I dont feel I was given the proper time. The woman providing the pedicure kept walking off to help others and when it came time for the massage (my favorite part) it was minimal. There was almost no pressure and seemed like all she did was touch each part of my calf and foot. The pedicure has lasted weeks though and still looks great! I got regular polish here.The second visit I decided to get my nails done. I prefer the SNS dip so opted for that. Most experiences with this it begins with a base dip, then a couple layers of color, then a top coat. Mimi didnt do it this way. I received no base, just the 2 layers of color, then was topped with gel which then had to set under the lights. I have never had this manicure done in such a style and seemed to me like a money saving rip-off. We all know the SNS is more expensive but if I am willing to pay the $50 then I should be provided with the higher end materials. Im really not fond of gel so that was a bit disappointing and my nail tips are not very opaque (I think this may be due to missing the base layer of dip.) But once more, the manicure has been lasting quite some time. Its just the top coat of gel has dulled near the tips so it has not maintained the same glossy look all over.UPDATE: its been just over a week and a half from the manicure and 2 of them split this morning.

Ok. Great nails and prices but LITERALLY one of the few decent places left in NOVA that isn’t open on Sundays. Had a party of 5 that only had this Sunday available and now we have to go somewhere else. Cmon guys.....

Abosultely love happy nails, they always take care of me. John and tiffany are amazing totally worth the 40min drive. Im super picky and Ill never go anywhere else. Half of the women at my job and my clients see them now and are always 100% happy. Highly recommend this place, the quality and the amazing atmosphere you cant go wrong when you go to happy nails .

They take forever, I couldn’t enjoy my chair massage during the pedicure because another technician was working on my hands as well to speed the process. I was still out in 3 hours. The nails look good. Overall, it’s an okay place, but way overhyped!

My 17 year old daughter went here and came home in tears because the nail techs harassed her. Her nail tech was rude and disrespectful, making many comments making fun of her because her nails were uneven and because she had asked if she could get gel nails. When she was putting on her shoes to leave after her appointment all of the nail techs began pointing and laughing at her. Her friend was also given gel (which has +20$) when she had asked for a Normal manicure and was not informed that they were giving her gel. And to top it all off they had to wait over an hour. Rude, disrespectful employees and incredibly long wait time do NOT go here

For the last year and a half I had been going to another salon, but once my nail tech moved... it was back to the drawing board. I tried another place a couple times but every time I went, they were always late for me and my nails ALWAYS lifted within the first few days. I decided to try happy nails because their instagram is amazing and quite a few of my patients referred them to me. I booked my appointment with John and although he was a couple minutes late for my appointment, it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT. John is a perfectionist. I showed him what I wanted and he literally exceeded my expectations. The whole atmosphere of the salon is so fun and modern and you can tell that each artist enjoys being there. My nails literally look perfect. The shape is absolutely perfect and thats always the most important thing when I get my nails done. Im so excited to have found a new salon and I cant wait to see John again for another masterpiece in 2 weeks. Thank you so much Happy Nails, you have a new customer

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.... Unorganized, under skilled employees and the man that works there is Horribly rude. I wasted my money and this experience ruined my day and my best friends. Please do not waste your time or money at this establishment. They All need to take a refresher course on doing nails properly and in customer service!!!!!

It’s good but they made me wait 40 minutes in advance to getting my nails done even though I had scheduled an appointment 5 days ago. Other than that it is very clean and the staff are nice.

Referred my sister here on her bday and they had the wrong nail tech doing her nails instead of fixing her nails they made her sit and wait to take other clients . Then charged her for a pedi and mani . We were pressed for time and unable to dispute the charges . Over crowded, with only a few capable nailTechs .

I am soo happy to have found this place. Came from TX where pink and white solar nails are still very popular, easy to find and cheap. Been with the same girl for 4 years and I love mine short & thin. Since being here in Feb, I have not found a place that, if they even do them at all, does a good job- and $60 for a fill!?!? No thanks! Google salons in Leesburg and it was between Leesburg Nail Salon or Happy Nails, both had great reviews with the occasional angry/unhappy customer. LNS said their pink and white lady wasnt in (plus it was tiny) so I went over to Happy Nails and am thankful. Walk in about 130pm, waited less than 10min prob. Was taken back to see Jenny (pronounced Janie). I swear 5 people looked at my nails and the whole staff was talking about pink and white lol, I know theyre old school. Jenny took off the old and did a full new set with a pretty pink. They are extremely short, thin, bright white, gorgeous pink and no air bubbles like a lot of people here seem to have. I know these are a lost art up here but I am so happy she took me and she listened to what I wanted. I love them!!!

Rude people and Worst place to get you nails and eyelashes done. Got an eye infection right before my vacation. When contacted them I sent them videos and pictures of my eyelash clusters. No good response did not offer a refund or a credit didnt even responded or apologized. Will never recommend to my friends and family.

Tiff is boss with her nail designs, and super sassy lol. Her staff members are kind and they do a great job with mani-pedis

I’ve been here other times and it was great ! but today was so different. my friend and I waited 2 and a half hours just to start our manicures. My lady (i don’t know her name) was very rude and CUT my fingers repeatedly. then continued to tell me that if i wanted the coffin shape on my acrylics, it would be 5$ more !! i have never heard of that before and i’ve never been charged more for what SHAPE i wanted my nails. i then told her how long i wanted my acrylics, yet she did the complete opposite and made them soooo short! not sure what was going on today but it was just terrible service! the next times i come to Happy Nails i’ll be sure to ask for John or Tiffany and no one else!

Worst service ever !! The man painted my toes 5 times & still came out jacked up !I was very patient and kind untill the 5 th time . The man argued and still do not offer a discount! The customer service was ridiculously awful!! Dont waste your time !!!! Ruined a best fiends day !!!!!

I went here for a gel mani/pedi for the first time today and requested Tam, who came highly recommended by my niece. Im so glad I trusted her and went to this salon!I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner and was given a large basket of colors to choose from. Once I chose my colors, Tam escorted me to the pedicure chair and gave me an ice cold bottle of water and helped me set the back massage feature just how I liked it. I am a diabetic and have very sensitive feet so I asked him not to use the pumice stone on the bottom of my feet or to give me a leg massage...but after he filed my nails and cleaned up my cuticles, he INSISTED I let him do the stone and massage and promised to be gentle. At first, I was a little put off by his insistance but he seemed to really want to offer the best service possible so I let him do it. Im glad I did! He used a sea salt scrub and massaged my legs so gently that I actually enjoyed it...that never happens! Even the pumice stone he used on the bottom of my feet felt good! Ive never had such a good pedicure experience and I will DEFINITELY go back to see him again.Tam took extra care with my horrible hang nails and overgrown cuticles. My hands and feet feel and look so much better!Im not sure which employee the bad reviews listed here are about but please dont let them keep you from going here! I honestly cant say anything bad about it. The shop itself is very clean and relaxing; all of the equipment looks pretty new; they have tons of colors; service is efficient and of great quality; and their prices are better than everywhere else in the whole area. Cant beat it!

Ive been a client for years. Family owned and operated. Pleasant and welcoming. Fair pricing and client minded.Post scipt August 2018: the business has been sold... the new owners seem to be a bit understaffed and it shows in the length of time it takes to complete a mani/pedi appt. -- Not because time is spent pampering you, but because they often times tag team in order to try and keep up. MAKE AN APPT...seemingly, due to lack of staff, very few walk-in appts are taken...most are asked to come back later. The staff doesnt engage in much idle conversation with the guests and smiles are hard to come by.
