Rented a 1 man auger to set some fence posts. They made the process of renting easy, gave me two tanks of gas, and had the best price around. Would recommend them 100%

I rented a skid loader and some dollies on a Saturday. Got there at 7am on Saturday only to find that my truck didn’t have the necessary hook ups to tow what I needed. Knowing the bind that I was in these guys went the extra hundred miles and delivered the skid loader for me at that exact moment. These guys are a lifesaver!!!! Thank you VERY much gentlemen!!!! I will definitely be a forever customer of eagle rental!

Be vary wary When dealing with these people. Maybe should I say you should be a tool expert when you even go into rent anything. But then why would you rent a tool if youre already an expert in that tool.Point being I rented a chainsaw for a particular job. When I went to pull the chain saw the chainsaw wouldnt start. But my wife who had rented it, at myself who brought it back to the store both could not get it to work. When I returned it to the store, they were able to get it to work. The problem being though is that they still charged me partially for the chainsaw that I never used it couldnt get to work, instead of crediting a brand new told by account which I could figure out how to work.I decided to get a circular saw instead of a chainsaw, because I had experience with a circular saw. So when I went to open up the circular saw and look at it I couldnt get it back in the Box while I was standing at the counter. The gentleman there, named Eric, was not very helpful, and I walked out of the store with the circular saw in kind of disarray and sort of out of the Box.You have to know exactly what tool you want to use going in, because they wont recommend anything. And they also wont refund your money entirely, or credit you.Lousy experience when it comes to customer service. My wife and I just moved into this area about 4 months ago, and Im quickly finding out that the people in this area arent really that smart, and combined with their lack of intelligence is a lack of basic customer service skills. So if youre considering moving to this area, understand that on the win some lose some side, yes you get low prices, yes you get friendlier people, but you pay for it with all of your purchases being kind of screwed up, and the customer service being lacking in every area
