It is a genuine experience. My H&R block representative has been with the Company for a long time. She is diligent, looks and interprets my information and has a wide breadth of knowledge.

Ive had the same tax preparer for the last few years and I really like him. He knows me and is very personable.

NEVER EVER working with this office again. . unbelievable. I submitted my tax info online 2/13 have not heard from my tax pro since 2/17 to know that she is working on them. when I call the help line I was on the phone for 2 1/2 hrs being bounced around with NO help just to be told case numbers were closed when the case number was just opened. . this is the worst experience ever with HR block after so many years. with the price I have to pay to have them done and the headache I have dealt with this year I will take my business somewhere else.

I like Laurie, she is very good at her job, she takes the time to make sure you get every deduction that you are eligible for

She also advises us for the coming year on any changes that would be beneficial to our situation. I truly enjoy the annual visit to see Brenda, as she really knows her stuff and is an absolute pleasure to work with!!

They messed up alll my banking information and now everything I get via tax return or stimulus payment get sent to wrong bank and I have to wait weeks to see anything have yet to fix my issue and never reimbursed me for there mistake still charged me there fees to fill out my taxes that they messed up in the first place and they have yet to actually fix it

Katie was wonderful. She was pleasant and helpful when we were going over the tax return. The questions I asked she answered easily for me to understand what was going on. I will definitely go back to H&R Block and request Katie.

Just because its my opinion

We have Donna Reinbold for many many years. We are thankful for having Donna taking care of our Tax Return. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and kind.

1 w2 1 student loan deduction state and federal 198.00 really come on. Then the prepare took 12% of entire income instead of 10% for the first 22000 then 12% from that point on. Pointed it out said oh no we dont do that. Next year I will go turbo tax and nuts to your rip off. 198.00 really????? Been a customer over 30 years. Excuse me I stand corrected: ex customer for over 30 years.

I have been doing my taxes with your company and Phil for many years. He makes sure I get every possible tax credit I am owed.

My daughter’s return was rejected online, so she made an appt w H &R Block. She is a full time college student, working part time-earned $4000 last year. Will get $45 back. You charged her $138! And then told her she really didn’t need to file. AFTER she was charged three times her return. You should be ashamed of yourselves for not informing her that she didn’t need to file. Crooks!

Your employees are very professional and knowledgeable.

Went to file my return this year 2019 and a week later the office calls me and says the accountant that did my return did not file it that day. So im still paying for a service that was unprofessional done and I dont believe in the way this was carried out.

Had to wait to be seen 15 mins past my time and i was late for my son
