Stopped by yesterday to get a part. Still the best.

Good service, we got helped fast. We dropped off our lawn mower, fixed what was wrong and we came and picked it back up.

Rude and didnt even acknowledge me when I came in and patiently waited. Then didnt seem interested in wanting to help. I wont go back.

We took a lawn mower belt to Rays small engine after calling them. We took old belt to make sure we got right belt. Man behind counter was rude...he refused to look at old belt not for 1 second....said he only went by numbers..we read off the NUMBERS. He gave us a belt and charged at least $30.00. Took belt home and put on lawn mower...it immediately broke. We took both belts back to Rays the same guy was behind counter....told him it was wrong belt and showed him both belts....guy behind counter looked at both belts and said......we dont sell the belt you need....NO REFUNDS.......SO WHY DIDNT YOU LOOK AT BELT I BROUGHT IN AND TELL ME THEN THAT YOU DONT SELL THE BELT I NEED BEFORE YOU SOLD ME WRONG BELT. ...GREEDY....GREEDY....GREEDY....GREEDY I JUST CALLED BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FILLING COMPLAINT.
