Recently we were seeking to invest in some real estate in Ohio and began our search for a turnkey real estate investment company, as well as a property management team, to help us pursuit and achieve our goals. Ohio Turnkey (OTK) came up as one of the top contenders because we liked what we read in the reviews, what they stood for on their website and the great video content they had on YouTube. We decided to contact the company and ended up speaking with Nichell. Nichell has been employed with OTK for a long time, and was very knowledgeable about practically every aspect of their business and real estate investing in general. She explained that the owners of OTK are very down to earth and always looking to help out their current and potential clients in any way they can. For the past five months since I purchased my rental property, I have had the absolute pleasure in working with Nichell at Ohio Turnkey. From day one, Nichell was excellent in assisting me with my onboarding process for my rental property which lead to very little to no questions on my side. She made the process very easy and was very thorough which gave me a great peace of mind that I was in good hands (given that I live very far away...in Hawaii to be exact!).
