Ever since this guy Andy started working as a janitor of some sorts, the place has been sparkling clean and organized. Hes really nice and friendly too. There was this other guy working there and he didnt do anything but play the video games, Im glad I havent seen him back. But Andy is a keeper.he works very hard. Always moving and cleaning. What ever you do spin city laundry, Lebanon, dont lose him!

Would have been nice to use the restroom while my laundry wash washing but no it was locked other than that issue its a decent laundry mat.

No attendant on a Wednesday morning. Had to move my load 3 times before I could wash with a debit card. Had to do 2 loads in that one machine. ATM is not working. Had to go to Walmart for change and they only give out $2 in quarters because of supposed coin shortage. Save your money and your sanity and order a portable washing machine off Amazon. Those things literally pay for themselves. Spin City is a neglected dump.

This is the first 5 star laundry mat that I have been to in quite awhile. There is at least 50 machine and it looks like only two are down in the whole place. Wow! Clean place, close to WalMart.

The guy that works at Spin City is so nice! Place is surprisingly pretty clean.He makes all the difference I think.

Decently priced. Machines accept quarters and debit/credit cards. There are a couple arcade games to entertain children as well as snack and soda machines.

Love that it stays open until 1am. I work graveyard so being able to do laundry at night because I sleep during the day is....pretty sweet!!!

Washers decent. Dryers under powered compared to most we use nationwide (RVers)

Its ok. Clean, multiple size washers and dryers. Fair prices. Bathroom seems perpetually out of order, and theres no separate sink or paper towels. I spilled laundry detergent and had nothing to clean it up with but my own towel, and nowhere to wash my hands. During a pandemic, handwashing would be cool.

Ive always found that Spin City laundromat has reliable facilities at very reasonable rates and the hours of operation suit anyones schedule and for the most part its quiet and clean the machines are mechanically sound and reasonably priced.

Most of the machines are broken or steal your money. Dryers work sparingly . The guys who clean the facility are very friendly and helpful.

Nice attendant. Hes really friendly and keeps the place super clean. I like that some of the machines take a debit or credit card to start, although not all of them function as they should.... needs repairs. Be sure to bring your own soap and fabric softener etc. The supply in the vending machine is one option only, powder detergent. Nice place though

Meh, its laundry. First opened all types of amenities. WiFi, TV, electric outlets and a working bathroom. Such a great place that the other (2) laundromats closed. Now has sharps container on premises. No bathroom, WiFi or TV. Dirty and machines dont work. Dont always feel safe. Closest laundromats are a 30 to 40 minute drive away. Glad it is open.

It has alot of dryers that arent working and you dont always know until after you have your clothes in and have put money in machine. Also hard to put quarters in without getting stuck

I was greeted at the door by an employee named Andy. He could tell I was unsure about which machine to use, and asked if I had any questions. I showed him the laundry I needed washed and he explained my different options. After helping me, Andy proceeded to mop the floors and wipe down all the major surfaces. He circled back by after my clothes had finished washing and gave me very helpful recommendations for which dryer to use and for how long. The facility met all my expectations, and the customer service was above and beyond; thats ultimately what motivated this review.

Coin machine out of service and according to past reviews has been for a couple of weeks. ending machines out of order. Floor is dirty. Cheapest washing machine is $2.50 and is tiny. No wifi.Washers and dryers do work well.

Not a fan of the people that are high that confront me. The place is clean, but the atmosphere makes me nervous. I wont go back by myself.

I like the location; right by Walmart. I put in my laundry then go shop. Spin City is roomy, always has hot water, and there are long tables for folding clothes. I would like to see improvements made to the restroom.

Don’t use your debit/credit card, it’s not convenient at all. It’s a scam! One swipe of my debit card gave 4 minutes of dry time. Well each swipe charged my debit card $5!

I do not typically use a laundry mat but needed extra large capacity machines for blankets, and was glad to find one close by that was card-enabled (as opposed to cash). Unfortunately, many of them didnt work. The restroom was unusable and a complete mess, the garbage can was overflowing. I understand services might be cutback due to COVID, but the place really needs some attention.

Alot of homeless and intoxicated people sort of take over the place in the evenings

If you need todo laundry, this isnt a horrible place, but look at EVERY machine before you start doing laundry, and figure out how to add soap before you put money in a machine.

Big washers, dryers were not very hot but they got the job done.

Its gotta be the best laundromat in Lebanon...its the only one we got!

Guy was sitting on a bench inside playing hotel california by the eagles on his guitar. Another person was roaming around strung out on something rapping out loud. Never a dull day at this laundromat. 5/5 highly recommend

I give 4 stars just for the guy that maintains the place. Friendly, helpful, also offered to get everyone drinks, plus he works his butt off taking care of that place. DO NOT go on Wednesday. Its for a great reason but it gets taken over by a church or churches that wash clothes for the homeless & you dont stand a chance in there.

Machines work fine but Absolutely filthy... 8:30 am on a Saturday and trash everywhere... Dead mice on the floor and public restroom locked... Ridiculous!

Wow! I just moved into the area and had to do laundry at Spin City while I wait for Lowes to deliver my washer and dryer. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, abundance of machines and folding tables, and overall cost. I have never used dryers that dry clothing so quickly! The owner (?) even offered to buy all of the patrons a soft drink while we waited for our laundry to finish. What? I had an incredibly positive experience.

The place is not very well kept and many washers have less water than what is essential to wash the average load of laundry while the washer next to it has an abundance. (Taking into account, size, material, and all the relevant stuff)This customers complaint has at times been overlooked and no refund received for out of order machines. However, it is the only local laundromat and we must be thankful we have one.

Stayton city location does not have Wifi even and is always dirty

The bathroom sink was broken off the wall, supposedly a homeless person attempted to bathe in it. Theres no sink anywhere to wash your hands if you get detergent on them. The machines are decent and run ok with liquid detergents, dont work well with powders. One man there had his clothes grey locked in the machine and it wouldnt run the cycle. Luckily another person was able to help him Jimmy it open. The help line isnt always answered when called.

I rarely have to go to the laundromat unless it is for the big things like a sleeping bag lol. But coming here, I found large washers, was not busy and so was in and out quick enough. Prices I think were very reasonable and will say fairly clean... yep even the bathroom. So I do recommend this spot if you need to take the big old comforters, your sleeping bags or just the weekly laundry...

They have plenty of machines, and at least a restroom in this facility. Prices are reasonable. There machines have not been vandilized, and have been clean each time I have been. They do have a few little shops nearby for drinks. A vending machine might be nice here, a snack while waiting.

This is the crappiest laundromat Ive been. After the washer finished, my clothes didnt even get washed! They were still dry!!!!!!The bathroom was out of service too. NEVER wash your clothes here. Five bucks I cannot afford down the drain!!

Could use a working bathroom but the WiFi is great for passing time while doing one of lifes most boring tasks. Tip: Dont go on a Wednesday if possible. Really busy day.

Quite a blessing for the community. On Wednesday they allow people to wash. Furnished by different churches in town.

DIRTY JUNKY NEEDLES IN DRYER!!! ATM NEVER works & none of the places attached have one. The quarter machines are a hit or miss. The washers & dryers, also are iffy. Its usually dirty. There is a very friendly young man that tries to keep it clean but patrons disrespect the place & trash it, so he is the only reason I feel bad for a 1 star rating. Also, NEVER EVER use th bathroom. Besides, someone stole the sink. Lots of tweakers

Update:One year later. They added a bathroom and fixed the AC. They took away the WiFi though, the machines are still pretty thrashed, and some of them STIIINK.Not terrible, but they need to clean the front loaders. Some of them smell nasty.Solidly mediocre laundromat.On the upside, about half of the machines work, and they dont eat too many quarters: a $4.75 wash only cost me $5.25.There does appear to be WiFi, there are old arcade games, and some nice person put out childrens books. The benches are newly painted.On the downside, there is NO BATHROOM, no sink, the machines are rather busted up, there is garbage everywhere, and the AC barely functions.They made an attempt, I suppose?

Expensive. Only 3 small machines working. Kids climbing on the folding tables with their dirty shoes yelling screaming. Couldnt get out of there fast enough. Wont go back.

Half the machines are out of order. The bathroom is also out of order. Floors were dirty with trash, food, and lint. Ive been to other Spin City Laundromats, this one is pretty terrible.
